Truck Fuel and stop. 5 diesel bays. Easy access from IL53 and IL 64. No overnight truck parking due to Village ordinance. 2 Hr. parking allowed. Right next to Burger King and across from McDonalds. Truck diesel and DEF pumps available.

The best customer service in town. Justin, Julie, Ernest all are top of the line. This place is always clean and everything in stock.

Stopped for gas and received .06 off per gallon using Thorntons card.

Its mid-December and they put water for windshield washing buckets. Everything is Frozen sponges are rock solid and none of the dispensers had paper towels in them. Prime location very good business it could definitely benefit from New Management.

Its a gas station, got a tank full. Was able drive some more and the price was in line with all the other vendors. The gal behind the counter had such an energetic smiling face that she made the Chicago run of cloudy days a bright sunshiny afternoon. Coffee was fresh and who can ask for anything more.

Thornton’s is my favorite gas station. Gas prices are reasonable, they always have Diet Mountain Dew on tap, and they stock fresh doughnuts daily. The new Boston Creme Long John is so good.

Thorntons is like a family friend from way back when. Of all the jobs Ive had it is one that I will always remember. Pleasant environment the management team and coworkers were cool,and hey as an employee where can you go and get any size drink you want for a penny. The price eventually went up to a quarter because certain employees abused the perks and wouldnt pay the $0.01 or borrow a penny for a beverage, at least thats how it was 15 years ago when I work there.

This Thorntons has the best prices for gas in the immediate area, although the Shell thats kitty-corner usually tries to match it. The store has gas areas for both semi-trucks and cars. The car gas area is very well lit and clean. I usually visit after midnight, and I dont feel unsafe pumping gas there. The donuts are really good (especially if you get there at about 1am and theyre fresh), but sometimes the line is long and moves slowly. I also feel like people who are ordering lottery tickets or scratch-offs should have to stand off to the side until the line is clear. The guy in front of me very slowly and carefully chose $50 worth of scratch offs--it took five minutes, I measured on my phone. Thats an eternity just waiting in line with one cashier. Overall, though, the experience is pretty good.

They have E85 and 88?. Both are cheaper and my car likes them. Its hard to find E85 in Chicago.

I wouldnt get gas here because I have had friends that get gas at a Thortontons exclusively and their car craps out on them for a fuel related issue. Go here for a convenience store inside where they have a huge selection of stuff. Great place to go for a Slurpee (better than 7-11) and they have jerky that is amazing (although a little pricey)

I always like going here for cheap drinks and the coffee is well priced too. I like getting breakfast here occasionally. The breakfast burritos arent expensive and are delicious. I often save on gas too with my membership.

I got diesel fuel 2 weeks ago on Friday and I filled up tanks paid and left about 6 miles down the road truck started stuttering and shut off had it towed and changed fuel filters and separator went 2 work again and broke down again both diesel mechanics I went 2 said its definitely bad fuel they showed me it it keeps clogging my lines and shutting of my truck please help

Terrible place to get service from. I usually go here because it’s the easiest accessible once you get off the expressway. However out of the dozens of times I’ve stopped and purchased gas, breakfast, lunch etc, I’ve maybe all of once had a okay experience and that was only because they wanted me to sign up for the rewards card. The employees all seem miserable and they treat you like they’re being paid $8.25 an hour (joke intended). Nothing but ghetto low class women and trailer park trash men working here and their lifestyle shows. Today was my final day going here. Two registers were open but apparently the line was supposed to form at only one register. How are you supposed to know that when two registers are open. I stood at the register with the shortest line because why not right? Then once my turn came up the low class lady called another person from the other line to cut me. Only then did she inform me that there was only supposed to be one line for both registers. She clearly saw me standing there waiting just to rudely have someone cut me then inform me of the procedure. If that wasn’t west side of Chicago behavior wasn’t enough she then gave me this dry “sorry” response that really means “I don’t give a f@!k”. I left my purchase right on the counter and walked out to the trailer park trash sarcastic “have a nice day”. He clearly didn’t sniff his coke today. I much rather go to the street. It’s a little out of the way but I rather do that then deal with the street urchins here

Posted of staff and the gas transaction took 25 mins. The cashier didnt know what she was doing .Then she started blaming the pumps . The gas station is pretty new unless they have bad pumps capable to spoiling peoples fuel pumps like bp did couple of years ago

This Thornton gas station is one of the worst on December 9th 2018 at 11:30 am I walked into Thorntons to get a gift card the lady behind the counter did not know what she was doing at all so I waited there for her to try to do this up to 10 minutes instead of calling the manager Renee she kept trying to charge my debit card finally she called the manager up to help her after 10 minutes I was getting ready to walk out after the manager told me to give her a chance to do it so I did well I ended up getting charged four different times on my debit card I called Thorntons gas station customer service have you still did not get any resolved yet so please do not go in the store and ask for gift card when the employees do not know what theyre doing
