This Ace Hardware went above and beyond trying to help me. The owner was very helpful and kind and the staff courteous.

Will no longer go to Villa Park Hardware. To busy kicking people out for not wearing a mask. My money goes to businesses that will know Im vaccinated and dont need a mask.

Everybody here is very friendly and very helpful. Theyll also help you with things to get to your car if they are too heavy for you.

Never had an issue with this location. Been going here for years. There prices are definitely higher than Home Depot but the drive there is 20 min meanwhile Ace hardware is a block away. Depends on what I need as well and then tend to keep things on sale. Also I am glad they enforce face mask as well because people lie about being vacated and people photoshop fake papers for proof as well. On top of that you can get COVID with or without the vaccination.Only thing I don’t like is how many people stand in front of these stores waiting to get into the dmv but that’s a whole other review and conversation

I had been looking all over for a place to buy the Ego line of yard tools, including this Ace. I happened to mention in passing to Jorden. He then looked it up and ordered everything I needed. Everything arrived the exact day he said it would. Any questions I had he took the time to look up including emailing the company for the hard ones. Some of this stuff was considerably cheaper on Amazon. But the personal service and security make it worth it to go through Ace. Plus I feel like working conditions are better at Ace. Jordan is a great thorough employee who helps me everytime without fail. I usually try to give at least one positive and negative on every review, so I have to go with that parking lot. I know it probably is not the fault of the Ace, but my goodness! It is pothole city to point that its an embarrassment to Lombard! People come from all over to go to the DMV and probably judge our fine city by the dump of a lot. Thanks for the help to everyone at this Ace.

Wonderful experience! After entering the store and looking dazed and confused an associate named Terry approached me and introduced himself and offered his help. We where able to communicate clearly and effectively so we started to seek a resolution. Terry was able to offer a plethora on different product knowledge. After a while an associate of his (presumably a manager) stopped by to offer his assistance as well. Even though in my mind Terry was clearly understanding and meeting my needs it was a positive experience and Terry did really well on connecting with his customers. Finally Terry and I where able to discover a solution and I’m very well over all pleased with his level of professionalism. I hope he’s able to see this! Or that this doesn’t go unnoticed.
