I was searching for particular items and the shops that I tried to buy from either ran out or was not returning my messages. I googled Catalyst on a whim and decided to take a drive. The check-in process was easy. I didn’t have to wait very long for help. Nick helped me with my queries and he is incredible! He is very informative and understands the client’s needs. He made my time there so easy. I went in for one thing and ended up leaving with more than I anticipated 😅 I will definitely return again!

He suggested a new brand which I have been wanting to do (He knows how to read mind guys lol) I havent tried it yet but Im so glad he took the time to think about what I might want or need. I love this dispensary chain; they have a great catalogue of products and a variety of deals. I haven’t met a budtender I didn’t like here so far (and I’ve frequented multiple locations over the past 2-3 years). Last visit was Friday, and Tony was very helpful with the preroll packs. Every employee I came across that day were polite and well-spirited.I tend to avoid the crowds and high volume hours so I don’t have much to complain about 💁🏽‍♀️

The staff is pretty friendly for the most part, but it’s a hit and miss with the staff and how much they actually know about the product or even the menu. The menu is also a hit and miss, most of the time I check the online menu because most of the time if the item I’m looking for is out of stock the bud tender will say that the weed maps menu is not updated. But I’ll check the online menu and even that one is not updated. Pretty much the inconsistency with the staff and they’re actual knowledge and the menu not being updated is disappointing. I come back for the quality products that are usually kept in stock

Just a Catalyst. Youre better off at Belmont or Eastside. Tenders here dont know their strains, the specials change overnight unlike other catalysts so Ill just take my money over there. They push specials that only they profit off of. Pay attention to the receipts and youll understand what youre buying

Taxes are already included in their prices plus they have discount certain days and promotions all the time and the prices are cheaper out the door than other shops that charge tax. For example Raw Gardens is $31 there and at a different shop its $35 plus tax. What got me hooked was they have a first-time patient thing of 20% off then another 34 your next visit and then 40% off on your third visit and they have like five shots in the Santa Ana Long Beach area. My experiences for concentrates only just to make that clear.
