Store is clean and easy to maneuver. My only complaint is I wish there were more check out counters open. I understand self checkout is keeping employees safe though. Staff is friendly. Shelves are stocked and clean. Isles are not cluttered like other Walmarts Ive been to. This store is probably the best Walmart I have been to.

The store racially profiles people when you leave the door they only check receipts of younger people or people of different ethnicities. They let any older white person leave the store with out checking receipts. I have no problem with them looking to make sure people pay but it needs to either be every customer or none. Many other locations check every receipt of customers leavening which makes sense. This Walmart has issues with only checking receipts of people they want too and that’s not acceptable It’s called profiling.

Picked up groceries for a week from the big store. ADA compliant with plenty of free parking.

Better then the one off hwy 119 by far still. I come to the hwy 66 location a few times a week. I always know where Im going and can usually get in and out no problem.

It was a big fancy Walmart, the bathrooms could have been cleaner.

I understand theft is a issue at alot of stores anymore however when the same employees stop me EVERY Single time i go to leave after paying for my merchandise and spend 5 to 10 min going through my cart just to say ok everything looks good it becomes more hassle than it is worth and id rather spend a few extra bucks elsewhere just to not have to deal with being harassed and made to waste my time for nothing

I came into the other day and asked a young man for help. I believe his name was Michael. He was absolutely no help and directed me to the wrong aisle of the store. On top of that he was not friendly at all. I get that people may be young and inexperienced and new to the job but come on. Teach employees how to do their job correctly.

I asked an employee called “mister Hubble” for help. He refused, and then followed me around the store for about 15 minutes. When I confronted him, he ran off without saying a word. Otherwise a good place to shop.

While I realize there are supply chain problems there are other issues with the store. They changed their layout and it makes no sense. One thing that could improve t he situation is to put light bulbs and lamps in the same area and what ever light bulb the lamp takes should be available (This lamp used the smaller bulbs with the smaller base)put the lamps on one aisle and the bulbs on the next aisle over. They also had Toms whitening strips in a locked cabnet but no Toms toothpaste for adults. They have lotion in with the cosmetics which are now in a separated section that is designed to keep people from stealing cosmetics. Why cant the lotion be with the rest of the bath products. Specialized facecreams that cost a fortune can be in with the cosmetics.

I dont like Walmart anymore. When they put mens RAZORS in the cosmetics, this tells me they are turning Liberal!!🤬This is another way to try to Pussify American Men!!! I want my personal products in a manly area, not female cosmetics!! 😤🤬

Store layout is efficient and their shelves were well stocked and with self checkout makes your trip fast

Even though no one knows how to wear a mask properly, they keep things well stocked for the most part, homeless riff raff is kept to a minimum outside unlike its Kroger neighbor just down the street. Also, they always be JAMMIN with the speakers outside for the Walmart radio, I swear. Loudest system yet! Nice!

Door was horribly dirty. Cant find help. Asked for manager. Sheer was very rude. Only 1 cashier.. no help to get outside . Wont be back. Bathrooms were filthy! People who were stocking shelves left through carts unattended blocking aisles. Cant find anything to say something good. Store has gone to hell. !! What a shame.

Nicest Walmart I have ever been inside of in 30 states. Outside looked more like a Publix than a wallyworld. Fully stocked shelves, Nicest staff, they even do not look like they hate the world because Walmart is sucking their souls out through thier paychecks. People were courteous and smiling to each other inside.Of course, its still a Walmart. Do not go in expecting amazing anything. But pretty dang good for what it is.

The bathrooms were nice and clean, but an employee who referred to himself as “Mr. Hubbie” was acting very unprofessional. I asked him to show me to the utensils, and while doing so, he released gas, and seemingly soiled himself. He immediately walked away without saying a word.

I often order Walmart pickup near my hometown in IL. This time, I wanted to make it easier for the beginning of our family vacation in CO. It sounded easy; fly into Denver, pick up a rental car and then my WM order on my way to our vacation cabin. Worked great until I was putting away my order and realized 20 items were missing, all refrigerated items. WM was 45 minutes back down the mountain. Customer service was nice enough to refund the cost of the missing items, but it didnt replace them. Instead of a time saver, it was a time waster. Delivery of the missing items would have been a lot better customer service.

This store has everthing in stock. I used to shop the 119 store but half the time you cant find the products you want. I dont know how 2 stores can be so different. The north store is always clean and organized 👌.

Personally, my experience has been decent. I feel bad for the pickup workers on Ken pratt because I heard that the back room where they work has the heater on so they only have the fans in there. That is no way to keep cool, especially when it is so hot out these days.

Pick up groceries is great. Quick and easy.

Self check out is fine for small orders but impossible for large orders.

Good Walmart. Has the quality youd expect of any Walmart. This one also sells guns but other than that I dont think its much different from other Walmarts.

I bought a fishing license here and lots of fishing supplies so I could fish in the mountains. It was good :)

What can you say they are Walmart and most of them are the same. Hard to get help at closing time . They locked up all the auto light bulbs / headlights. Probably getting tired of people stealing them. People pay for your things it effects everyone when you steal. Water melon is real good now

I went to have new tires installed on my car. I was pretty fast installation and affordable.

Clean and they have everything. Parking lot is a little bit confusing they could have done a better job with the design of that. I had to circle around the building 2 times before figuring out how to get back to a road in a certain direction.

$6 body spray and $15 jug of carpet cleaning solution are locked up, takes forever to get someone with a key even after you stop a manager for help, need to be paid for NOW or held at a front register!Yet.... $40 acne medication is on a shelf, $30 weight loss shakes, on a shelf, $500 grill.... out in the open!The most inconvenient idea they have had!At least the cashier was nice at the end, the other 2, not so much!

I went to this Walmart location the other day, and an employee named Mr Hubby(he asked me to call him that) helped me find all of the ingredients I needed to make the perfect batch of cupcakes. The only complaint I have about this Walmart is that it smelled putrid.

Usually I like this place its decent compared to most walmarts. unfortunately today was not a good day. I got me a scalp massage here a couple months ago I came back to get another one the associate has no idea where theyre at but he knows theyre in the store from the Stock.But he has no idea ware.so he said go online so I did thats usually the way I order my stuff from here.They said they got 10 of them or more but they dont know ware at either and that they probably went out on Clarence and thats why theyre so Low... I dont understand why you guys just dont order more if you see the item is popular and its selling you get more thats business 101.

On what started as a good morning was ruined when I bought 6 items paid for all. They literally watched me scan everything, so when leaving they ask for my receipt Coloradp state law maybe federal law SHOPKEEPERS POLOCIES / PROCEDURES ONE OF THE 2 CANT B 100%. Anyway, unless they suspect you stealing, which I gave them nob r rason for such, I said Im okay. One.of the SCO LADIES ran after me grabbed my bag and was holding me against will I was telling her that she wouldnt give. Knowing I paid I have my receipt, after lady ripped my bag and held me against my own will........And the Coach lady I explained how products were in locations multiple items of the same so looked legit were severely undermannedI took photos and Walmart used to give 50% on the first wrong item...she rolled her eyes but and said cover 19 the shelves were empty not hard to match product w right tag on half empty shelf. The toyamager did a fine job and I thanked her. Dont mean to go on an on but Custer service is what Walmart needs to have more edge over Amazon that and running ads for other business in store with their tvs, radio, etc......

My favorite of the two In town. A little smaller, a little older, but they have the niche items more often than not. And they seem to maintain a better stock of their items. Also, theres the convenience of having a Chase, fast food and even a dispensery all in the same parking lot.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Arrived to pick up a curbside order at 7:50pm and the associate on the phone verified the name and order and said they’d bring it right out. Pretty sure we then saw him leave the store shortly after and get in his car. 20 minutes went by and we called the store, got hung up on twice and on the 3rd time were then told by a “manager” that curbside pick up was closed. She then said she’d look for someone in the back to bring it out but it’d be at least 5 minutes. 15 more minutes went by... nothing. And they’ve stopped answering their phones. Will gladly take my business elsewhere. Consider retraining your associates because they’re trash.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. Im from Philadelphia. I was so excited. Until I opened it and tasted it. I think they need to taste a real Philly cheesesteak. What they gave me was nowhere close

Typical Walmart supercenter. Some of the produce was starting to go bad on the shelf but with a little picking thru, good condition fruit and veggies could be found.

Pretty standard Walmart quality. Went in looking for Bluray collections, that section of the store was an absolute mess.

It is a Walmart. But I found the parking lot to be easier accessable.

I spent 1.5 hours at the store on a Sunday collecting two weeks worth of items. I leave my cart for a couple of minutes to find storage containers that are heavy and when I track them down I go look for my cart and I cant find it anywhere. I ask a person working on unpacking boxes if they can help me out but they dont appear to have a solution. I go around the entire store for like 20 min in case someone accidentally took it. I go to customer service and no one talked to me for like 5 min, once a person was available they didnt know what to do so they called the manager. The manager checks and it appears as one of the workers took my cart and put it away so her solution was for me to go get all of my items again, like I have the time, the energy and the memory to know what was in there. I cried in my car for the wasted time and the frustration :/

Walmart... I think they have a wide variety of products, which are reasonably priced, all staff encouraged were very helpful and friendly.Some of the shoppers though would have been better suited preforming within a cage!

This Walmart is definitely not the cleanest (products on the floor, shelves super disorganized), the selection and ease of finding things is terrible, and the worst thing is a lot of the employees are super rude. I had an employee in electronics walk up to the case I was looking in, stand directly between me and what I was looking at and start stocking. When I said excuse me I was ignored. I said well I guess Im invisible, how rude. He said so what and rolled his eyes. That was just todays experience and also why I have and will continue to drive to the other side of Longmont to go to the better Walmart.Save yourself the annoyance and go literally anywhere else.

Two greeters stood at their station while customers arrived with no carts available. When I asked if thete were any carts their only response was Oh, there may be some at the other end of the store.

The store is dirty, customer service is awful, employees are lazy, you have to bring in your own basket from the parking lot, they dont have enough employees to open regular checkout lines, you have to use self checkout even with full carts, overall an awful place to shop anymore. If I could give a zero I would!

Been to many Wal-Marts in my lifetime and this is definitely one of the nicest. Clean, new and a wide selection of most anything you could want at reasonable prices.

Only one person at the customer service counter; waited forever just for no one to ever show up and help me with the kiosk. Then, I find out from a checker that the kiosk isnt working. Had to go home and cancel my kiosk order.

Had horrible experience with night shift manager CRISTINA, the store had announced everything yellow tagged to be 50% off and I grabbed my items and there was an electronic item that was on clearance with a yellow sticker for $20, so after waiting 30 min for her, she did not want to honor it although they had said everything yellow tagged in store, I felt personally targeted as everyone else was getting everything for 50% off, now if she had presented it in a professional way specifying how maybe it was a misunderstanding i wouldve been completely fine with it but her ATTITUDE and the way she said was not professional AT ALL and not to mention that when I was talking to her she was on her phone. People like that should not be put in a position of management that requires talking to customers.

Guy with the skull mask in auto was not a model employee...instead of asking what I needed.he demanded I walk around the entire building to the front, acquire a face diaper and walk back through the store to return my dead battery...after acquiring said facial attire I returned to auto to wait in line... to be offered a core charge for my less than 1 year old battery... that had a 3 year warranty.... so instead of asking what I needed and addressing it while I fufiled his demands... he assumed he knew what I needed and rudely told me to go get a maskwhat a new normal for the world. scream go get a mask then worry about the customers needs afterward. SWEET
