Great, clean, cheap and clear! The storage unit was clean when I received it. They set up automatic monthly payments which are half the cost of other places. And when my debit card was cancelled due to the new chip cards, without my bank notifying me, they called and were very understanding and patient in getting my new card number. Notifications and receipts were done via email. Moving out was easy and the conditions for getting a reimbursement of the rent were clear in the contract, and reiterated in an email. Easy and convenient from start to finish!The only negative I could say is it can be difficult to get someone on the phone from time to time.

This is a review for the U-Haul service. Mark set me up with a truck and auto dolly/trailer for my move. He was extremely helpful and patient with me as I was indecisive about the size of the truck I needed. My indecision resulted in some extra paperwork and he accommodated that without complaint. He assisted with hooking up the trailer to the van and was overall just a very pleasant and professional guy. Thanks Mark, very much appreciated your help!

So far Ive had great experiences here. Storage unit was clean and the price was half what other places were charging. Staff is friendly. Not 24hr access, but that not a huge deal considering the lower price.

NOTE: I am reviewing for the U-Haul Rental not the Storage part:The price is so miss leading! We were told it was 39.95 to rent truck and that included 20 miles...(we drove 24 miles and filled the tank) Absolutely wrong I was charged $82.00 My receipt says Rate 39.95 then charge 39.95 and then fees. When I called the gentleman told me that it was fees and taxes and couldnt do anything about it. I will be posting on all blogs and review sights. Should have gone with Penske $48 and unlimited miles.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION!!!I booked a Uhaul truck through A Plus that was at a different facility (T&G Performace Automotive) and when I showed up to pick the truck up T&G was closed and nobody would answer the phone (got there as quick as I could...I arrived at 11:03 to locked doors / empty lot...their Sat hours are 8-11...3 hours??? Hardly seems worth turning the lights on). I called Norm at A Plus to let him know and he REALLY went the extra mile (even calling the regional manager) to find another truck for me. He was very polite and apologetic for the trouble which was out of his control. After speaking with the final facility (Elite Storage in Lafayette) that I picked the truck up from, it turns out they have had similar problems with T&G also.Big thumbs up for A Plus and Elite StorageThumbs down for T&G
