In 2009 my wife and I walked in and asked for their largest storage unit as we had just moved to Longmont from Arizona with plans of only needing the unit for maybe a year or two at the max. During that 12 years we had a very good experience with Public Storage and in particular Mark. Every time we went in we had a great experience with Mark. He is a stand up professional, gets the job done and answered all of our questions. At the end of the day, we needed a storage unit and he is in the business of making sure they are rented and being paid on time. Who knew nearly 12 years later we would finally be able to take our stuff out and move out on our own. We are very thankful to Public Storage and in particular Mark for making sure if there were any questions, whether about the unit, access or billing, he was on top of it as was corporate if it needed to go that far. After leaving the classroom, I needed a place to store my many classroom items. The professional disposition of the Public Storage off Hover Avenue was much more than I expected. Mark asked appropriate questions to ensure my needs were being met, and gave his professional opinion on what might help make my experience better. Fast forward a few months, and a purchase of a house that wasnt ready to move into yet, I needed an additional storage solution for my many newly acquired house items. I called Mark, he assessed my needs again, and found a perfect solution to my latest needs. By the end of the same day, and with the use of Marks tools, which he graciously offered me to use, I had my belongings moved from one small storage unit into a larger one, along with all my new purchases.Further, I love that Mark takes his job seriously. I dont have to wonder if my belongings are being cared for, as Mark is always there. I do not need to worry about rodent infestation, as preventative measures are in place in all the units. I do not worry about leaky seals and weather getting in, all the units are meticulously maintained.Thank you Public Storage, and Mark, for making my life a little better!

Great storage place! Great customer service.

The small facility is located behind the cash and hard to see from the road. You must wear your mask and 1 person at a time is allowed inside the office. Yes that includes your children they must stay outside. The property mgr has got some customer skills to learn. However the public storage higher ups are on top of their game. With in min of contacting them I received a phone call with an over reacting gentleman who was jumping thru to make happy. It was frustrating because I was not trying for such a reaction. I had already fixes the situation myself right before he called the company definitely wants to maintain their customers satisfaction.

I just got a storage unit earlier today for my first time there but so far seemed friendly, clean, and to be a nice location with no mice.

This place is great. My father and I have been going to this location for the last 10+ years. We have never had any problems with the management what so ever and the property is well maintained. It’s also located in a very convenient spot!

Needed a quick storage unit to put my stuff in while going through a divorce. Mark was EXTREMELY helpful, courteous, and diligent on managing the property. This store has earned my loyalty for sure.

The guy that helped me was named Mark. I called 5 mins from closing time and he stayed late to help me. The next day I needed to return my trailer and was having trouble finding anyone to come help me unload the heavy stuff for under 75$. I asked Mark to borrow a dolly and if he knew anyone that could help, he lent me the dolly and his help unloading the trailer and even helped put stuff in the unit. He really went above and beyond and I can not thank him enough. A great place to store things and always friendly help, thanks again.

This facility was a lifesaver for my recent move. It was very close to home and very reasonably priced, with convenient access hours. Everyone I worked with there was friendly and professional. My experience with Mark was great. He checked me in and explained everything clearly. He has been very accommodating and is always very friendly when I visit the unit. The storage units are very clean and the whole facility is very well maintained. Security is good, too. I always felt safe, and felt that my belongings were safe as well. I would use this facility again without hesitation. In fact this facility gave me such a good impression that I am using Public Storage on the other end of my move. I hope they are as good!

They just raised my rates by 14%...not cool! I stopped in Saturday morning; the bathrooms were locked and dumpster was locked. If youre going to charge premium rates, first you need to learn how to offer premium service!

The location is great because it is easy to get to but still a little bit hidden. The units are clean and maintained. They have a 24 hour security system plus the manager lives on site so it feels secure. The manager Mark is really nice and helpful. I was able to get a unit on really short notice too so that was alos great. Quiet, safe, a and good staff. I definitely recommend.

Looked at several storage facilities, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and security. All the units in the size I wanted were taken, so I gave my number to Mark so he could call when a unit was available. Even though these are quickly reserved units, he did call when a unit became available, only a few days later, and was extremely helpful in telling me how to reserve it online, and a few hours later, I moved into my unit!
