Finally someone who knows how to adjust glasses! Very knowledgeable and helpful. They adjusted my glasses I did not buy from them and I ended up coming back and getting 2 pair at a good deal! My insurance is out of network but I still got money back. Two thumbs up!

Misleading at the least. Out and out lied.I go into store and there are three other customers in front of me. Had just walked out of eyemart express because they didn’t process my insurance. I would have to file myself and pay up front.So I asked the guy, David, if they accepted my insurance gave him the carrier etc and he said they did accept that insurance.So after waiting about an hour it was finally my turn to be served. We looked again at my insurance, I brought up the policy on my phone, he reviewed with me again and stated that yes they accepted.I spent another 1/2 hour looking at frames and lenses. He up sold me on progressives and transitions as he stated they were free on a promo rights now. I was getting prescription safety glasses so there wasn’t a huge selection of styles and usually aren’t that expensive. So after spending close to two hours he informs me that I will have to pay 100% and they would fill out all the forms for me to file when I pick up the glasses. Should have walked out right there but since I had a lot of time invested and didn’t know when I could spend another afternoon looking for another optician, I went ahead and paid, just under $500, which is extremely expensive for safety glasses. Oh well live and learn. The forms were not ready when I picked up the glasses. Had to call 2 more times and visit in person. 2 more times to finally get the forms. WHICH WERE NOT FILLED OUT!!!!!Dry poor experience overall, I’ll never go back. Would not recommend to anyone.

I have come here for years. The owner is very caring and repairs the screws in my glasses, even ones not bought there, for free. I have another starting to wear glasses and we will definitely come here.

I had shopped at a couple places for my eyeglasses trying to get the best deal. I finally went to budget optical. The young lady that was there was very friendly and i explained what i wanted and how i felt. Im very picky on glasses and style. I wanted titanium frames. They had a pair i really liked and fit great on me. Then she explained the package for those glasses. Since i had been doing research already i knew what she was explaining to me. I was satisfied with the results and price from her. She said it would be 2 weeks to get my glasses from aug 1st. When i get them and see them and put them on then i will know more whether i will be satisfied. But as far as my visit went it was a good visit and i enjoyed talking with the young lady. I will post more after i recieve my glasses.

Went to get my glasses repaired,lenses had bowed and came loose from frames at the top. He said he could fix them,I thought I had had them for a year. He called the Dr who did the exam. Was told it was 2 years instead. Then he came and told me. I cant help you. Doesnt stand behind his product that he sells and told me a bald faced lie! That he would fix them. Will never buy glasses there again

I don’t have enough time in the world to share ALL OF THE CHAOS I dealt with, with these people. This is my first REVIEW EVER. It takes a lot for me to take time out to do this. Hopefully I can save people time and money. I bought 2 pairs of glasses and a whole set of contacts from this place at once, couldn’t tell you how much I spent TOO MUCH. They told me they would be ready in a week or two... TWO MONTHS LATER after calling and harassing them they’re finally ready and THEY NEVER CALLED ME. EXCEPT my contacts never arrived. I kept calling and they kept saying tomorrow and putting me off WHEN THEY ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE, they ignored most of my calls and I’d have to call numerous times then I had to start driving up there (over 30min drive btw). I went up there 3 MONTHS after placing my order no contacts no nothing. I told them I didn’t want to do business with them and I wanted a full refund which they REFUSED. The lady THEN BROKE MY GLASSES said she would replace them (but still refused to refund me) and here we are 7 months later and I still don’t have my glasses. So I PAID FOR CONTACTS AND 2 PAIRS OF GLASSES, WHAT I GOT WAS ONE PAIR OF GLASSES AND A HORRIBLE TASTE IN MY MOUTH. THEY KEPT THE MONEY AND DIDNT PROVIDE ME WITH ANY PRODUCT.ANDThey were extremely rude, sometimes I’d drive all the way out there and they would be closed. These people tested every bit of patience. And if that wasn’t enough I saw them BEING RUDE TO A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER!!! These people are crazy up here! I hope I can save someone their sanity I will say I wish I saw the reviews before I chose to do business with them. So much more happened with this company too but I’d be writing a whole novel if I wrote about everything.

I went in on Friday April 26th and ordered one pair of sunglasses and was told they would be in the next Friday. No call from them for 10 days. I called and they said they should be in the next day. 4 days later I call again and once more it will be the next day. Finally they call saying they are in on may 14th. I arrive at the store and IT IS CLOSED!!! Save your patience and avoid this place like a plague. NEVER AGAIN!
