Front desk was friendly and informative. Technician was awesome and bubbly. Doctor was chill and professional. Overall smooth clockwork efficiency without sacrificing the personable and comfortable environment. As eye exams go, this was definitely my best experience.

It is great to see you growing. Even though you’ve forgotten how you got there. When you set an appointment at your location and your time convenience, don’t be late. Being 30-60 minutes behind at 9am isn’t acceptable. The care was lackluster this time. Staff, with exception to one person was mediocre at best. The contacts didn’t fit well and the staff couldn’t have cared less. I have worn contacts and when I told them one didn’t fit right no one cared. I was told to just wear it and get used to it. I now know it was due to poor fitment and I now have an infection in my right eye that I’m having to see my family doctor about today. You guys haven’t returned calls or text messages as you said you would and I will not be using you in the future. Much better service out there at a better price.

Longview Eye Associates is a wonderful place for eye exams, lens and glasses. The doctors are excellent and the office staff is very user friendly. I see Dr. Justin Ward. He immediately makes his patients feel at ease as well as doing a thorough eye examination. One nice amenity is the office offers water and snacks to their patients. Missed my 2020 visit due to Covid. So this is my first exam, visit and glasses order in the new location. Had a great exam. Sarah is good about taking time, explaining and visiting during the exam. The subsequent eye glass ordering was a good experience as well. Chrystal did a great job helping me out with getting the new prescription ordered. I love their new location and offices. Very open, friendly and welcoming. Good experience all around.

Facility was extremely nice, and every person I interacted with was incredibly friendly. They really took the time to explain everything and made me feel taken care of and important. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

The doctors are great but the office staff are some of the rudest people to deal with. Every year when it comes time to book my yearly appointment, I’m treated like an inconvenience. Don’t even try to contact the office about anything (contact/glasses problems, prescription questions, etc) because you will not get a timely answer back, if at all. I hate to leave the doctors but the staff is 100% the reason why I’ve chosen another facility to get my eye care from.

Dr Pratt, Courtney, and Pun were all so welcoming and helpful throughout my entire visit. I especially loved how helpful Pun was when choosing frames - arguably the most difficult part of an eye doctor visit! She helped choose the best fitting for my face, while also stylish and affordable. Pun also helped explain my out of pocket costs up front before deciding on frames.

I used this firm when Mark Little was the lead eye doctor, but since they have moved they have a long distance number to call and will not give you an appointment unless you give them your private numbers including social security number. I dont give my personal data to someone on the phone, who does not want to make an appointment for me and has no need for this information until I get there. Be ware of people looking to harvest confidential information. Go somewhere that is looking to serve you not rob you, or sell your data. There is no other reason to collect confidential information before the appointment.

Ive been a patient of Longview Eye Associates since 2007. I was 15 when I started going here and am now 30 years old.The Doctor and assistants during the exam were fantastic and honestly have no problems on that side of the experience at all.I came in today for an eye exam. Specifically told them I was wanting to return to glasses for the first time in years, instead of contacts.Finished my exams, and the lady at the front wanted me to pay for a contact exam I didnt ask for. When questioned she turned her head to the side like a dog listening to a whistle and insisted I pay for the exam.Paid for the exam, got my prescriptions, one of which I did not ask for, or need, and I will not be returning.Someone might want to tell the cashier lady or whoever scheduled the contact exam I didnt want sometimes its better to own up to it when you mess up and I bet you I would have continued returning for another 15 years.

I dont think Ive ever had such difficulty getting a business to call me back. Originally I scheduled an appointment that I had to cancel, so I called to cancel and reschedule but had to leave a voicemail and requested that they call me back to reschedule. No one called me back. Eventually I called back myself and got a hold of someone. Came in for my appointment. Everyone was lovely in person. But then I got home after my appointment and realized I had been incorrectly billed, so I called and left a voicemail requesting a call back. 48 hours, no call. Ah well, I thought, its been Thanksgiving, maybe it got lost in the holiday rush. So I called back again. No answer, left another voicemail. Gave them another 48 hours to respond to me. Again, no response. So, three times now over the last few months I have left a voicemail requesting that someone call me back. Three times, no one called me back. And this isnt even to mention the time they needed insurance information from me and I called and left the insurance information on a voicemail and my voicemail got deleted ...

Today I was a 1st time patient at Longview Eye Associates. Great experience. Everyone was friendly yet efficient. I was called back for my appointment in a timely manner. Marianne, the associate who called me back, started my exam and was with me throughout the process. She even gave me a tour of the new building after my exam. Marianne was GREAT! Dr. Blake Williams was most personable and thorough, giving me some options on my vision correction. I really liked Dr. Williams, too.My wife goes to a popular optometry office in Kilgore, but getting an appointment with them was infuriating. (Appointment calendar down for weeks? Closed some afternoons? Forget it!) With Longview Eye Associates, getting an appointment was EASY. Longview Eye Associates is 100% recommended.

I saw Dr. Williams and from the time I entered until I left the service was great!! Clean facility and Kerry was so helpful she talked me through what was happening and answered all of my questions. You know how sometimes they leave you in the room forever ( this didn’t happen), Dr. Williams took his time and made sure I didn’t have any questions.

My disabled older sister and I had a very unpleasant experience with this office on March 19, 2021. My sister told Dr. Hooper the contacts he was fitting her for were not the size she had ordered and he ignored her. I then asked him about her contacts being the wrong size and he ignored me as well. He continued on with her eye examination as if she nor I were there. I asked him a second time and he ignored me a second time. Very rude and unprofessional. We will never set foot in that place again. I don’t think us being black had anything to do with how disrespectful and unprofessionally my sister and I were treated.

My experience at Longview Eye Associates was as usual - prompt, efficient, professional, and altogether pleasant.

I didn’t spend very long in the beautiful waiting area they have. The staff was extremely friendly and warm but when I got to the receptionist after my appointment, I was asked to repeat myself a few times and when I did, she *politely* snapped at me. I was shocked because I didn’t expect it at all from a professional establishment. Unfortunately, it left the rest of my day bitter about the situation. Other than that my first experience here was very enjoyable.

My husband and I use Longview Eye Associates. We always have great service and the doctors and staff are super friendly. On top of that, they really know their stuff!! The new building is the icing on the cake!

Very professional group. Dr. Williams attended to me and was very professional and knowledgeable. I went in with a self inflicted eye injury apprehensive about the extent of the damage and ramifications for the future. Dr. Williams answered my questions easily and explained everything extensively putting my mind at ease.

Very slow getting my glasses. It will be a month since they were ordered and payed for. No explanation for the delay. Told it would take 2 weeks but that has stretched into a month. Terrible service from Marshall store.
