Very sad that they open when they want. I’ve always known for them to open up at 11.... sometimes I go at 12 and they are CLOSED. And they never answer the phone.

Where to start? #1 I ordered a monster Burrito sans the sauce on top and the rice. The gentleman behind the counter appeared to have a glazed look on his face as though he was only catching bits and pieces of our order. #2 The order comes out drenched in sauce, sour cream was a white puddle completely lacking form sitting atop the refried beans. The Monster Burrito was aptly named in that due to the unwelcome sauce it was inconquerable. The plastic fork was doomed from the start. #3 The request for a knife took a while due to the language barrier the young lady kept trying to hand me a mop. So whatever the english term knife means in Spanish it must involve a mop. FINALLY my husband must have realized that the language barrier wasnt going away and decided to Google translate knife which is Cuchillo so of course as a means to insure the conversation ended here between myself and the young lady with the Mop ( I have now dubbed knife) the gentleman brings me not just a knife but a spoon. #4 the monster burrito with the unwanted sauce wasnt too bad other than soggy which was the whole reason I requested no sauce but at this point obviously was lost in translation.Majority of the issues I found with this restaurant could easily be solved with a translator. Or even if Id have brushed up on my own spanish before stopping by for lunch.

Went there with my wife and kids trying to get some ice cream . And there were the 2 ladies behind the counter just gossiping. There was no other customers there we waited about 5 minutes and they still didnt attend us. So we left and came to bombongo instead. If they dont want to attend their customers they might as well close their buisness.

They should confirm with you that you have cash to pay with if they dont accept card. I was very lucky I had a few dollars in my wallet, I never have cash.

Poor service and I felt overcharged. SketchWhen you walk in youll notice no prices listed.While initially placing my order the gentleman at the counter informed me they didnt take credit cards. I ran to an ATM across the street and came back with some cash.Upon my return I didnt see anyone. I yelled Hello a few times and saw the guy cooking. He sees me looking at him and just turns back and doesnt acknowledge me. I was just sitting there with my cash and a coke I wanted to buy.After several minutes he appeared with my initial order and charged me $10.50 for a torta and a coke. This didnt sound right but again, the menu has no pricing. He also made my change with money in his wallet instead of the register. Which was sketchy to me.I took my food and looked for a table and noticed they were all dirty and had not been cleaned.The torta was REALLY good but the overall experience ruined the location for me.Never again.

Luger very ugly! The angry owner, yelling at the employees in front of the people! Your husband seems old starting problems with people who must close or change owners! Mangonadas are like badly made water!
