Since I was a little girl going to Bask in-Robbins, known to me as 31 Flavors was my all time favorite thing to do. It was a very special treat! The flavors have gotten more fun, their cones have gotten fancier but one thing that hasnt changed...their quality! You get a smile and a kind welcome Every time you walk in. If you arent sure about a new flavor you can taste it for free! They have great deals and you are always going to live with a smile on your face! If you dont believe me, I dare you to :o and give it a try!😊

I am an ice cream aholic so when I say an icecream or frozen cusstard shop is good its GREAT. Very polite staff who are always very kind and quick to serve. They also always have every flavor they serve in stock when I come in which is every weekend. Definitely highly recommended. A++

Very, very poor service. I ordered a two scoop Sunday and a double scoop. The same order as two days prior. I received two single scoops, and the employee says I got “kid” scoops. Seriously? Her response to me saying I wasn’t going to give them my business anymore was “That’s fine.” What wonderful customer service!

I caught one of the employees scooping my ice cream WITHOUT GLOVES ON. Were still in the middle of a pandemic. I also have an auto immune disease. I asked her (Gayle) to please throw it away and use gloves. There was obvious attitude because of my request. I called the store and spoke to Kathy, the DISTRICT MANAGER. She was rude, dismissive and couldnt wait to get me off of the phone. I ended up calling corporate and reporting this incident. Keep an eye on whos handling your food at this location.

Great prices for amazing tasting ice cream! I recommend the strawberry ice cream in a regular waffle cone.

I havent eaten here yet so figured Id give it a try since I love Ice Cream. I had a waffle cone with 2 scoops ( pistachio almond and chocolate) and as expected the ice cream melody was to die for. The service was fast but the 2 ladies working seemed to be drained of personality or maybe just had a busy days. Still overall the experience took me back in time to a simpler more delicious time.

The lady that made my shake and my wifes cone was friendly and nice and all, but the young lady that did not wear a hat kept messing with her hair, scratchin her arms and messin with her face, and DID NOT wash her hands before helping the customers behind us. I worked in the food industry all through college and i do believe that you are supposed to wash your hands!!!Yes, i paid and we left, and we will not be going back.Names are not mentioned, because i find that to be rude.

I love this place. I was disappointed when I moved from Missouri to Texas because I didnt know where (or if at all) the closest BR was. I found the one in Longview and it makes me happy. Absolutely love the mocha blasts!

Small store combined with Wendys, but big on taste. Hard to go wrong with Baskin-Robbins. Expect a short wait, good food tends to be harder to get at. Clean restaurant and awesome staff.

My family and I entered the Baskin Robbins of Longview at 9:40 p.m. We were the next in line when the employee began emptying the ice cream coolers and putting the ice cream away for the night. I asked them when they closed and if I was too late to get ice cream. They said they closed at 10:00 p.m. This was 20 minutes away. I asked if there was a specific ingredient in the ice cream because I have a child with an allergy. They told me I could go online and check it out. I think employees should serve until the closing time and be informed of their products. Trying to please the customer is a must in retail sales.

Took my kids here and it was ok I could have had more fun and saved a lot of $ going next door to Wal-Mart buying and making our own..

They did the best job ever on my sons birthday cake.

When i visited baskins the employee working was sick with a cold sucking their snot in as I waited in line. Didnt stick around for a cone and a cold.

I always bring my 6 year old daughter here on our dates. The staff is always friendly and the ice cream is delicious.
