The staff is very rude. I came in to print but Im not computer savvy. I didnt know how to use the online feature. I was told it was the only way I could print my items by the staff. I expressed to the staff that I was unfamiliar and needed help sending my items over to them. I was told that they didnt know how to either. There were 3 ladies and 2 of them were very vocal The staff informed me that their title wasnt a computer tech in a very nasty tone. As I begin to walk out the door defected one of the ladies stated I love my co workers as a way to take one last dig at me before I walked out. I would expect this type of behavior from high-school students but definitely notfrom 3 adults who are all old enough to be my grandmother. I am in my 40s by the way. This was a very horrible experience especially since I watched as they helped a older gentleman that walked in behind me. I was told by the corporate office that their job is to help customers who have trouble and they apologized for the 3 ladies behavior. I definitely would recommend going elsewhere if you need any assistance.

Super rude! I was a much inconvenience today. Self service fax was out and it seemed too much to just have a question answered. While the manager I suppose that’s who she was, was chewing on a workers behind I was told they will get to me when they can. Well when that was convenient for them I was rudely told you know you can usually do faxes yourself but since that’s down we will do it for you back here. I was treated rudely today and I do not appreciate that at all! I will find other places to go for my future needs.

I use this location weekly if not daily for my job. As This is a flagship branch for FedEx in Longview, they get a plethora of personalities and temperance. I have witnessed the manager as well as several other of the staff deal with situation (with a smile) that would make lesser men and women tell the irate customers exactly where they could put their packages (I could not do their job). From impossible I need a 1000 custom color photos turned into pamphlets in 2 hours while they are swamped to showing up after overnight cutoff demanding the service because of entitlement. What truly touched me was the computer center an area with computers loaded with various software for anything from resumes to making professional menus or academic materials etc, all the tools are there. To watch someone take a break from fulfilling orders and processing packages, to go over and show them how with the patience and kindness of a top tier teacher to those who struggle to know what a desktop icon is, and maintain that level of saintly/kind teaching, all the while watching their own work pile up as the their day just keeps getting longer (It all has to get done), is nothing short of humbling and I thank each and everyone one of them for their hard work. Waching them work is mood improving for me and I never mind the wait because I know they will take care of me. For anyone reading this who complains about 15 minute wait during busy times while other customers are getting served, trust me, its worth the wait, they will take care of you, they are just popular and rightly so. Thank you all for your continued high quality service.

I’m actually really disappointed in my service from these guys the past 3 times I’ve gone. I miss my Tyler location. Here they don’t really consider or think about the customer. It’s more about getting the transaction done and making a sale. I was forced to buy a print I told them I was obviously unhappy with. Then instead of offering a different service they told me “well you can pay for this and then go and buy that version after” I’ve never in my life have HAD TO PAY for a bad print. On top of that like I said they’re more about rushing the transaction and getting it over and done with than actually taking their time to make sure the customer gets what they need. Sales are pushed like crazy at this store because I felt like the entire time I was trying to make a purchase all they were worried about was whether not I added more to my purchase versus what I was actually there for. The best part is the obvious “fake customer service” energy. Where they’ll talk super nice to you and sound so so sweet but they aren’t actually helping you their just doing the bare minimum of their job. And that’s get me in, out, and to spend more money. I’ve just never had such a bad taste in my mouth after leaving a fed ex until this one....

Horrible place to go for any help with prints. I have bad asthma and anxiety so I cant wear a mask. I was refused help due to not wearing a mask. I told them about my asthma and anxiety an asked for help again as Im not good with technology. Was told one again they couldnt come from behind the counter for their safty cause I had no mask on.

From my phone call with FedEx this morning. I will not use them. Lisa was very short with me and rude. If youre going to work in customer service you should be patient and friendly and not rush your customers off the phone. And answer their questions without being condescending!

Thankful for the opening time of 0730am, let me drop off Christmas packages before work! Employees were helpful and professional. Also, very pleased with the smoothness of my package being delivered internationally! Longview to Wales in 4 days, within the ETA! I’m a happy camper with this local office and with the entire company in general. Thanks y’all!

I called for a 12 x 18 full color print on foam board at 12:00pm today and I had to get it done FAST! They gave me a price and turn around time of 3:00pm same day - no extra charge. I called back at 12:20 to get their email address for me to send them the file. At 1:20pm I was driving on the loop and got a call to say it was ready! Stopped in and the friendly staff remembered me. Had a great experience!

I will never use FedEx u send a package and they charged me 100 dollars for next day delivery and it’s been 4 day and they still have delivered my package FEDEX lied telling customer the will have it the next day DONT usé FEDEX

I have been coming here for a long time and its changed a lot. There is a new manager there and the employees are much nicer and the place looks much better than what it used to be. The place is always great but very busy at times. They need more employees working because they always seem short handed. They are much nicer and better than the store in Tyler which I visit too.The only thing that frustrated me is that my emails wouldnt make it through to their email so I had to use the their computers. They did show me a their website which I will try next time.

Terrible service a month ago I went to put a package on Saturday they charged me 105 dollars that same day I regretted sending it I canceled it and they told me to go for the package and that since the shipment was not isolated they would return my money they only returned the package and they made me do several laps and calls at the end they kept my money surprise fence since fedex is a company too big to steal from its clients in these difficult times that we are going through

I went into fedex to get a shipping label that was emailed to me through another company. Email displayed a shipping code that was to be scanned, employee was unable to scan phone, so manager was called over(Lisa). She was complete unable to help with the situation and was rude and condescending to me. I would use any other shipping method to avoid the incompetence of the management !!

Terrible service. Lady there was useless. I needed to scan 3 documents and have them sent to my email address using their scanner & computer. I did not how to get that going using their big old scanner and asked for help..the lady said she couldt help me because she is the only one working the front area. Their was NO ONE else in line! Ridiculous if u ask me. So much for good customer service..

Well after waiting forever, emailing a link to a file they asked for, and then waiting some more. I was told they cant click on links... This was after listening to them talk about the customer that just walked out, after a complaint.... wow! No customer care what so ever....

Horrible this time. I come in every week for last 6 months to ship a box. Every time I come in Ive NEVER been charged with packing PAPER just paper. Today Im told I have to pay 3.99 or they cant take the box. This is ridiculous its one thing if I was charged from the beginning but I have came in every week since April and Im just now hearing about this. Pitiful.

Advertises that ground pickup is at 6pm, however this is not true, they actually pick it up earlier.I went to ship a package and arrived before the cut off time. When I asked if I could stil make a shipment for ground I was told that the driver had already left as he picks up at 6pm...but i checked the time and it was still before 6.
