Their finance manager Beth was outstanding as well. She worked hard to get us the best financing. Great place too do business, went to look at a 2020 boat ended up with a 2022 203FS for less money. Just could not believe I could get a new boat cheaper than a used one. The process was great, the service was great, the boat is awesome.

My husband and I had done lots of research on boats. Went and asked BMC to build us one. The manager came over with a letter of a 5% increase from Bayliner, which the increase from online (msrp) and the “5%” didn’t add up. We held off and looked other places. Ended up buying from Holiday Marine group and Bill Nielsen. Saved thousands of dollars. Make the trip save the dough there is no 5% increase, just greedy.

What a disaster from start to finish. No replies to phone calls. Information given was very basic. Order form in correct twice. Beth was the only member of staff who was helpful. Sent an email to the owner and never got a reply, so that shows you how bad the customer service is. Even at the boat show staff were rude. Avoid this company

I went here to look for a boat for my family. They say they didn’t have a boat but will put me on a list of about 1 year to customize a boat for me I agree and I show them the boat I wanted he said he was going to place the order the same week. I spend about two hours there to get the boat I wanted. I called this guy back 1 month later to make sure he place my order and he didn’t even know who I was. He never place my order and never put me on the list to get a boat. I cancel everything I had with another company to go to this clows. Will never buy anything from them. Don’t make your customers waste their time!

Wow, Wow, Wow. First experience at BMC was at the boat show. They were by far the Best dealer I communicated with. Completely drawn back to them due to honesty and knowledge. Looked at a few boats and gave deposit with no second thought. A few days later, I went into the dealership with a few more questions and they were answered accurately. I felt like my experience was probably better then any I’ve had before with a car, house, etc. I felt valued. Never felt bad about asking a question or a change of thought. Last night I came home with my 2019 Yamaha sx190. Drew gave me all the info I needed from the beginning and led me to what to expect. Beth made the financing easier then tying my shoes. Finally Wayne took us out on the water to demo the boat. He went over EVERYTHING! Gave tips and suggestions and didn’t let me leave till I was comfortable. He then took the hour and a half trek home with me to help fit the boat into the garage and made sure we were all set. I’ve never been so comfortable in my life with something so complex, or simple? I have to give Kudos where it is due. I purchased a Bayliner E18 in the beginning of 2021 from BMC. I Took it to BMC a couple times to get gel coat repaired. Jeff in the service department as well as Bill the owner went above and beyond for my troubles. Not to forget Beth in finance who assured me they will do everything BMC can, to assist in the repairs. I was without my boat for some time. Jeff kept me updated every week on this process, even on his days off and after hours. Jeff and Bill both reached out to Bayliner to see what they could do for me. This alone speaks volumes given the fact this was a manufacturer issue and was at no fault of BMC at all. Let me start by saying that when I decided to buy our new boat from a dealer over 2 hours from our home I was a little apprehensive. I knew that buying a boat wasnt as simple as just going and picking it up and living happily ever after on the water. This was our 4th boat and I knew that there were gonna be issues to deal with after the purchase. After all, the dealer is only a third party between the manufacture and the purchaser. They cannot be held responsible for any manufacturing problems. However, the dealer is the one to facilitate handling the challenges after the purchase. For this reason we chose BMC.To begin with, the entire purchasing experience was great. Kim is our salesperson and if it wasnt for her we wouldnt have bought from BMC. She has gone above and beyond from day 1. She ordered our new boat when my local dealer said they couldnt. She answered texts and calls even when she wasnt at work. She even stepped in when delivery time from the manufacturer was pushed back and nearly affected our planned vacation with the new boat. In a word, Kim is AWESOME.Once we took delivery, we had a few things that needed to be addressed. All it took was a call to Kim and she handled them within a day.A week later another issue came up that appeared to be from a rigging mistake at BMC Boats. The hydraulic steering needed to be addressed and Kim stepped in again. We were able to take the boat to a local Hurricane Boat Dealer and they fixed it under warranty in a few hours.Then we had an issue with our Magic Tilt Trailer. After calling BMC Boats, Scott (Sales Manager) told me he would handle it. However, after several attempts to get the ball rolling with Scott (emails and messages left at the dealer) I had to contact Kim to intervene. With in 2 business days there was a representative from Magic Tilt in my driveway to address the issue. To give Scott the benefit of the doubt they were dealing with the potential of Hurricane Dorian affecting them so Im sure he was busy. However, he wasnt very friendly and a bit condescending when I explained the issue the one only time I spoke with him (long before the storm).To sum it up... Buying a new boat is an exciting thing but expect something to come up after the purchase. BMC has some opportunities to improve, but who doesnt. There rigging department didnt catch the steering issue and the boat trailer should not have been delivered to me the way it was. In addition, Scott probably could have done a better job addressing my concerns. However, BMC took care of the issues with little inconvenience to us. At the end of the day, they have the right person (Kim) in the right position to make the customer happy. When it comes time to buy our next boat BMC will be the fist place we look.Thank you BMC.

BMC is a class act! From the time we contact them online until we loaded our boat after the demo ride, we couldnt have been any more pleased. Let me start by saying in general I hate working with salespeople; I hate the patronizing, the pressure, the upselling, and lack of any effort to listen or understand. From the first interaction with Brennan, and later Scott, I immediately liked them. Brennan is so patient and laid back, and really took a lot of time with me. It never felt like they were selling anything, we were just talking boats.Ultimately I ended up getting exactly the boat I wanted - a Key West 239FS - even though it wasn’t in inventory. Scott priced out a boat for me, configured with exactly the options I wanted to order, and priced it like a boat-show special.My entire experience - from my 5 visits to the dealership to the countless follow up text exchanges and calls - has been among the very best I’ve ever had. Even if you’re not considering one of the brands they carry, you should stop by and take a look. Exceptional dealership and exceptional staff.

This is my 4th boat from BMC and they have always been awesome to work with. They have a huge lot so you are able to compare different styles if youre not sure what you are looking to get. My family has moved through several boating phases/stages and Scott and Kim have been able to help me with all of them. This time, I came in and told them what I was looking for and Kim texted me when they had a boat she thought would fit and she was right. I stopped in when Kim was out and Scott helped me wrap everything up. Beth had all of my financing and insurance paperwork done before I got there so I was in and out in less than an hour. They also have a pretty big parts store so you can grab your maintenance and accessories too. Thanks again!

Ok so we found BMC Boats after going to Daytona Boat Show and Orlando Boat show. We did our research on deck boats. They have the Bayliner element 18 deck boat that we wanted. We fell in love with this boat because of the spacious layout. They also had nice selection of hurricane deck boats and yamaha jet boats. Fausto was our sales person. He wasnt pushy at all and showed us the whole selection with all the features and benefits. The Bayliner has a lifetime warranty on the hull of the boat. I think we talked to every person that worked there including Beth in finance. The process went very smooth. She helped us greatly by finding us the perfect lender. Brennan helped me with all my million questions over the phone. Scott the sales manager was very flexible on dates and times of boat pick up. We even talked to Bill the owner who helped us with the whole process. They even give u this binder with all the important documents and necessary phone#s. Its very organized. They have their own service center right there on site for maintenance or whatever u need. They even have a private captain that takes u out on a one on one water test and shows u the whole boat and how it works. Overall I would recommend to my friends and family.

I just purchased my first boat after owning a pair of jet skis for the past 9 years. Mark was the first person to take our call and answered all of my questions. When we decided to drive 2 hours and visit the show room, Mark greeted us. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. Once I made my decision, Beth in financial took excellent care of me and was able to get me the best interest rate!!! Also very knowledgeable, Beth explained all options available to me. Love my swag bag and my boat binder!!! Our Captain for the day was Charlie! He took us out on the lake and educated us on the boat! We has a minor issue with trailer which my husband caught and the service department was quick to resolve the issue. I purchased a new hurricane SS 188 from BMC boats. My experience started with a phone call to to the sales department to see if BMC had a boat in stock that I had seen at another dealership. I was transferred to the Sales Manager Scott Ritenour. Scott was so nice on the phone and took the time to talk to me about the boat I had seen at another dealership and the ones he had in stock at BMC. I went to BMC to see their inventory. I was greeted when I arrived at the dealership. Everyone in the sales department was so nice. They were not pushy at all during the sales process. They made sure I got the boat I wanted with all of the features that would accommodate my family. They discussed the warranties the boat came with and what to do if I had any issues with the boat. Once I decided what boat to purchase I went to the finance department to complete the transaction. The financing was easy and a smooth process.Before you can complete your purchase with BMC they take you out with a captain on your boat to make sure you know how to operate it. This was extremely helpful for my wife and I. Our captain from BMC was very knowledge about our boat and took as much time as we needed to make us feel comfortable with operating our boat.Once we completed the purchase of the boat they followed up with us on a regular basis to see how things were going.I would not think about purchasing a boat from any other dealership other than BMC!My experience with BMC boats was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I have never had a transaction for anything in my life go as smoothly as the purchase of this boat. From the sales person to the closing rep., it was a piece of cake. The boat is fantastic (Bayliner VR4). It took us 5 months to find the boat we wanted, and this boat was perfect. I highly recommend BMC Boats. You wont be disappointed.

This is the only review I’ve ever done, but this place definitely deserves a 5 star rating. Me and my wife were looking for a boat and stopped off at BMC. Mark helped us out and went through 4 or so boats with us explaining certain things about every one of them and didn’t get frustrated when we asked questions or wanted to move on to a different boat. Once we found the one we wanted, he took us in and the process was definitely way easier than I ever expected. Beth in finance is a rockstar, she definitely knows what she’s doing and will do everything she can to get you the best of everything (rate, loan term etc). Rob brought the boat to the tank and showed me what all the buttons did and how to operate all of the electronics and was extremely knowledgeable about boats and accessories. Overall I wouldn’t buy a boat from any place other than BMC. also I told my coworker about my experience and he went the following week and brought home a brand new pontoon boat.

Just got my Yamaha FSH 190 back from Annual Maintenance. Awesome work by BMC service as usual. I wont take my boat anywhere else. Beyond the PM they noticed an accumulation of fishing line around the impeller and cleared. BMC Service department goes above and beyond the recommended items in a PM and are always looking out for their customers! Great Job.

First, they didn’t even know the pontoon was in their inventory. Second, I wanted information about trade in (they don’t take boats that are over 10 years) which is understandable. Instead of just saying that they guy rudely said “don’t you know how to sell a boat”. So we were like yes, we just like the convenience of everything being done at the same place. We were about to leave then he’s like “whoa whoa I’m trying to help you and you are walking away..” He wasn’t trying to help he just wants a sale and doesn’t know anything about boats..

Friendly and helpful parts department with knowledgeable manager. Hours are great too for parts.

We had a great overall experience at BMC.Drew was the salesman and he wasnt pushy, like most salesman. He was very knowledgeable on the boat we wanted. He worked with us on holding our boat for a week and stayed in contact to make sure we still wanted it. I was searching for a Carolina Skiff 178. I called around 15 dealers around Florida. While almost all of the dealers were helpful, BMC went out of their way to answer all of my questions. Plus their price was well below the other dealers! We drove from Cocoa Beach to put our eyes on the boat and work out the final details. Two days later, we drove back to do the test drive. Less than a week later, they had the boat with all the accessories that I wanted delivered to my house. A great group of people to do business with!

Me and my wife have been looking for boats for a few months. We knew the style we wanted (dual console) but wasn’t sure on the brand. Hi there again. I want to make another separate review for the management, finance, and the service techs. This is our first boat (preowned), so we decided to take the boat out twice and we had two different gentleman who both did a great job of showing my husband and I the boat, in and out. Our sales guy Drew was patient and wanted to make sure the boat was the one for US. We went out on two separate days to different areas: Lake Monroe and the St. Johns, so we got to see firsthand some of the different areas we can go to. The techs went above and beyond to show/teach my husband about the motor, tips, and how to get the most from our boat.There was also a small crack in the trailer and management handled it by having the areas welded within the day, no questions asked.They ladies in finance also did a great job of taking care of our purchase in a seamless way.We love our boat and cant wait to start making memories in it!

BMC Boats has a huge inventory and awesome customer service. We purchased a Carolina Skiff in April 2020 and the entire interaction was indeed pleasant. Each and every staff member exceeded our expectations. Every single one acted like we were the only one buying a boat that day! We expect the service department to be just as awesome! We bought our brand new Yamaha FSH 190 from BMC. All the staff was tremendously nice and helpful through out the entire experience. I found a couple little cosmetic issues with our boat and they took care of it and made it look even better than before!!! Then they offered to bring our boat up to Sanford near our house and even took us out for a test drive. The test drive was very helpful in us getting comfortable with our new boat.

My wife and I went in on a Sunday to look at a used Hurricane SS 188 only to find that someone had already put a deposit down on it. Our salesman Drew offered to show us some 2019s that were still on the lot. Both my wife and I were instantly sold, we put our deposit down right away. After looking online and comparing features with another model, we decided to purchase a different boat in stock. I took a trip to BMC and met with the Sales Manager Scott, he helped me get the paperwork switched over to the new selection. Scott was great to work with, he took the time to go over all of the feature that Hurricane had to offer. Later in the week we showed up for our test ride and finished up our paperwork with Beth in the finance department. Overall the whole experience was very pleasant, I look forward to working with the team at BMC Boats again. Special thanks to Drew, Scott, and Beth, you guys are amazing!

This was our first boat buying experience. Some minor hiccups but all were addressed once I gained some experience and understood what I needed to ask. Jose (customer satisfaction rep) reached out to me a few weeks after the purchase, listened closely to my concerns, and had them addressed/fixed within just a few days. Overall, id say it was a good experience. No high-pressure sales. In fact, they pretty much leave you alone until youre ready to ask questions. Yes, I recommend BMC boats.

I purchased my 2020 bayliner E18 today and it was great process. Mark was my sale guy and was great I told him what I wanted and he paired me with the perfect boat. UPDATEWe took our key west in for our 20 hour service. Carrie remembered us from when we purchased our boat back in March! In addition to the 20 hour service, we had some minor things that we made note of we wanted looked at. From the day we dropped it off we were kept up to date on our service each and every day. Everything was a smooth process from beginning to end. We hope the good communication and customer service continues! Thank youRussel, in sales, was great from start to finish. Never made us feel obligated and answered every single question we had promptly! Scott, I believe whom is the general manager, was involved and made sure every detail was how we wanted. Even special ordered electronics we wanted. Beth in finance was amazing, despite her crazy busy day - she kept the process easy and quick and kept a smile on her face! This is a first class boat dealership with Great sales and service personnel. Has a great lineup of boats and a nice sized ship store with about everything you would need. Most of the boats are lined up on land docs that provides easy access to get on and view the boats. It appears that someone is always cleaning the boats and so they are in great looking condition.

Went here over the weekend, while waiting for someone my friend had already been speaking with a very old gentleman came over to speak with us. After explaining what we were looking for instead of trying to help us purchase a boat (my friend is absolutely looking to buy one, albeit not from here now) he instead tells us to buy a new house with a larger garage, a 21,000$ boat isn’t worth a custom hitch. Ok sir thanks for being so helpful we’ll take our $$$ elsewhere.
