Honest, reliable, great people. I have used boat wrench after buying my first boat. (Now my 3rd) Angel has been nothing but exceptional. If you are realistic and understand things take time and they might have a wait then you wont be dissatisfied.

Listen, dont bother taking your boat anywhere else, if you have to wait,... wait, itll be worth the wait and worth the money. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Like I said, dont bother going anywhere else, they can also get you any part for your boat and if they cant they will tell you where to go get it. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Unless u have a brand new set up they are not interested in doing business.Not sure how they made it this long. Oh well there are lots of other good mechanics

I used them to get my boat parts. I started to use them to help local businesses but at the end I am extremely happy to found them. I can trust them more then any other websites. Anna, works at parts department, she is the ONE you should ask for. She is awesome. Very helpful and friendly. I recommend everyone start ordering all your boat parts needs from them. They are fast and reliable!

Awesome helpful and knowledgeable staffI had a small plastic pice missing on my control box that all the other shops told me i had to buy a new control box that cost hundreds but they took the time to dig thru there back room and found the pice I needed and gave it to me for practically free

Ehh, so so shop with random parts and what not. Havent updated thier inventory online in more than 5 months so dont find something online and go expecting them to have it like I did. Not worth it unless your in the area and need something small fast, lines, oil, fuel tank etc. Better prices at Walmart, bass-pro and such

This shop has great small town customer services. They have many answers to you boating questions. The shop has a small boat convince store. With items that go on clearance everyday. After calling atleast 10 places in the central Florida area their name was mentioned a few times. So I called over truely not expecting anyone to have the parts I needed in stock (impeller housing spacer and some shift rod keepers) but rather to see when they could get them, they called me back with a few questions helping me sort out what I really needed and sure enough they called me back with letting me know they had the parts in stock! I’d rather keep my business local and thanks to them I was able too. They were very knowledgeable and respectful over the phone. After calling the part the wrong thing a few times confusing us all they corrected me without having the “I know more than you” tone. They will be my go to for all my marine needs first. You just don’t find companies like this anymore.

Friendly knowledgeable and extremely helpful

These are great people to know. They care about people and boats. They teach boat maintenance classes and participate in local boating clubs, events, races, and trips. They will fly out to the islands for a repair or walk you through a quick fix over the phone. They can service big island cruisers to little antique outboards. This is high quality customer service from a mechanic! I just wish they worked on cars :) I count them as friends and trusted advisors and I hope to take the next trip to Bimini with them.

Got myself into a bind after my helm and steering cable locked up. Doug behind the counter was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, They had the parts I needed and he even gave me some great advice on how to repair some chips in my gelcoat. Definitely earned my future business!

Mark was excellent to work with. Had a small issue with one of their rebuilt volvo drives, he had no problem upholding to their warranty and even went above and beyond to make sure our other drive was in good shape free of charge. Getting them from Texas to Florida and back a week before the 4th was a struggle, but Mark definitely went above and beyond and did everything he said he would in a timely manner. Thank you!

I have been dealing with Boatwrench since 1992. They are a great team and do great work. If you own a boat in the greater Orlando area, you need to be dealing with Boatwrench, they can do it all.

Absolutely the BEST boat shop in Central Florida! Angel provided me options to improve my boat to pull my wakeboarding sons. Outstanding place to do business. I am a first time boat owner, I had a problem. no prop on the motor I just picked up. a nissan ns30. They did not have one on the shelf, so they took one off a motor they had, gave me an awesome price. More importantly, they made me feel like they could not do enough for me. I had been in other shops, and felt out of place and like I was an annoyance to them. I will never go anywhere else from this day forward. I would rather wait for a part from them than go somewhere else. They went way above and beyond customer service. great guys, great shop.

WORST PLACE EVER.. Save your time and effort and take your boat to South West Marines in Orlando. They know how to work on a boat. I took my boat in for transmission work and they wanted to sell me a carburetor instead. I bought the boat and some idiot put a car carburetor on it yes I knew that. However I was working on one project at a time. The Big one transmission. They told me it was unsafe and didnt want to work on it after having the boat for 2 weeks. I pulled the boat out and took it to South West Marines and they fixed it in less than a week.

Great customer service I had a question on how to rig something to get me along and they offered me a affordable option to fix it properly instead of patching it thanks guys

Just had my boat re-powered with them I put in 2 Evinrude e-tec 150 horse power. they did a great job Everything looked great the job was done neat I could not be happier I wouldn’t think twice about repowering with them awesome boat shop.

This place was horrible. I called on phone they gave me a price I got there and it was $50 more than what they told me. The guy behind the counter was rude. He was demanding me to get the part before he even told me the price seeing how the price over the phone was wrong. He said are you getting it or what I finally told him really cause I just drove 30 min out of my way for pricing. He says ppl do it all the time. I told the guy you need to have respect for your customers. Than another guy came out saying whats respect any more now days. And than a guy in the back was singing money money money after I paid them.I honestly feel like since Im a woman they treated me like crap.

I was charged $117 to change 2 spark plugs on a 25hp Everude.. They said it fixed my problem, it didnt. I went home and read a repair manual for 5 minutes and fixed my problem

I cant say enough about Boatwrench. My boat has been to many repair shops for the same problem. Angel found the problem and quoted me over $2400 to repair a few days later to call and had found another option. To my surprise it only cost $699.
