Mind you this review is for the company as a whole, and not just for one location. Of course the retail stores will have great people. But their corporate values are off. The company WILL NOT work with you and the $500 down car payment is a lie. It’s at least $1k minimum. The cars also do not come without having an issue. They also have horrible customer service representatives who hang up on you or put you in a never ending hold loop when they don’t want to deal with your issue. They have absolutely NO belief in customer loyalty and could care less what issues arise even when they claim to “want to help”. They DO use remote kill switches which I absolutely abhor because it can leave someone in a life or death situation. You also call in to talk to someone and they “claim” to note your account, and then mysteriously your call never happened. If I could give negative stars I would. You’re better off going to a local buy here lay here or to Drive time than using this company!!!

DO NOT BUY THEIR VEHICLES... had a 2015 Kia optima that after the first two weeks the ac stopped working. The mechanic shop they referred said we would have to drop the vehicle off and it would be about 6 weeks before we would be able to get it back. We refused. At almost 7 months the engine started to knock. Called again their limited warranty covers up to 3k dollars with a 250 dollar deductible. Anything over that you pay for or it is added to the lease amount. Did some research the vehicle had a recall on the engine (class action lawsuits) that was not fixed before they leased out the vehicle. We have been without this vehicle for almost 3 months while it sits at the Kia dealership while they figure out what they can do to get vehicle fixed. Meanwhile they continue to call about making a payment. Still have not gotten any calls about the car and whats happening with it except for them stating the car is up for repo for non payment

Patrick was an incredible salesperson. He made our experience extremely simple and communicated everything over the phone, as this was a far drive. However, it was worth it, and he provided an amazing experience from top to bottom.

Well one thing I can say is my experience was awesome with Matt but the manager Jason gave me a false understanding that I qualified for a car when I explained to him that this was all I had in income he assured me that I was good after I had to catch a ride there only to be told Im sorry this is not enough when I had already told him (Jason) that. I left crying because I was mislead to believe I would be riding away. Thanks for nothing never trust online qualifications.Thanks American Car

0 stars the guy I spoke with was extremely rude trying to talk down and act like I dont understand how a lease works when all I asked was how much was the vehicle he tried to give me this whole speech on structured pricing but no real info I get it the price goes up once you add in financing but you should be able to give me some type of Base price like prime example the car is $20000 before interest and everything else so lets just say 50% interest that would make the car around $30,000 which is understandable considering Im trying to lease it but they refused to give me any kind of numbers until after they ran my credit I even threw out there if I had 15/20 thousand in cash can I buy the car they said no we dont work that way Lease Only okay how many payments do I have to make they couldnt give me that either so you want me to sign a contract blind saying I give you $500 a month for what the rest of my life all the real dealers not only have the price listed but normally give you an estimated monthly these people hide all the numbers and theres no transparency like they gave no f**** about making a customer feel like they got a good deal or even feel like a valued customer all they want is for you to blindly sign that contract by the way the car I was looking at at all the other dealers is anywhere from 12 to $15,000 for a 2018/2019 this one was a 2015 I was still expecting to pay 20 to 30 from all the leasing and backdoor BS that they were going to throw on but Im going to take my money elsewhere.

Im only giving 2 stars because the guy who helped us with the application was really nice and professional. I only went there because an SUV was advertised on Facebook as $800 out the door. When they ran my information another guy came back and verified my social because I didnt exist in the system. He left for another 10 or 15 minutes and said can you put down $1750 today? I told him that the vehicle that we came for is advertised as $800 out the door. He responds saying that since its an SUV then it would be more, even though the specific SUV we came there for, and that they knew we were there for, is advertised as $800 out the door. Needless to say, I will be looking elsewhere.

Talked to a salesman for a week(starting on a Monday) about a specific car. The car I wanted sold the following Wednesday. Salesman states he had another one, same model year, just a different color. No big deal. Set an appoint for Saturday morning at 9am when they opened. Drive over an hour and arrive at the dealer roughly 30 minutes early. Walk around and dont see the second car. Wait for the salesman to show up. When he does he informs me that the second car sold the day before. I wanted one specific car, not something else on the lot. I feel I was lied to to try and get me into something I didnt want. I believe this since he failed to give me a VIN number to run a car fax on it. Prime example of a bait and switch. From my other research, they dont even sell cars. They get you into a lease and then charge multiple thousands of dollars to get the title after the end of the lease. Im glad I took my business elsewhere, where I got the exact car I wanted.

I had an appointment at 10 and didnt leave until almost 4. My income wasnt quite enough and I didnt have a cosigner. I was able to test drive the car(even though they knew I couldnt get it). The cars are GREAT quality and low mileage. The staff was nice, they were extremely busy so we didnt interact as much but no one was rude. My advice is to make sure your income is at least 1600 or have a good down payment and your experience will be great. I do think Meghan did the best she could in my circumstances, but 5 1/2 hours was just a little long in my opinion. I know my review is all over the place but my personal experience wasnt the best, but it wasnt because of how I was treated. The staff was kind and fair and they had nice cars with low mileage.

The stars do not go low enough so I had to put 1. I drove almost 2 hours to the dealership because I was told in writing that my car would be completely fine for the $1000 down payment as a trade in. I get there and they tell me after a few minutes of being there and they said they could only give me $500 for the trade in and the down payment miraculously went up to $1500 total and I would still have to put $1000 down in cash. I will never go back or consider buying a car from them ever again, I felt extremely disrespected and wasted hours of my day and gas to get there and back.

The salesman, John was nice and patient with my unique situation. However, he doesn’t know the prices of the car. He told me 14k and it was the cheapest car on the lot, and then all of a sudden, after 6 hours there and as they are closing, the car is now $17k. He caught major attitude claiming he never told me $14k when even my friend who was with me confirmed it. They wouldn’t fix the price and he told me I could leave and not take it. Unfortunately I had no choice but to accept it because I need to get to work and I was in a spot where my hands were tied. So if the salesmen tells you a price, MAKE SURE TO CONFIRM IT LOUD AND CLEAR. Don’t get taken like I was. I like my car and it’s in great shape, very over priced, but that’s what you get when you have to go to these types of dealers. I will not refer anyone I know nor will I ever buy a car from John again. Horrible customer service. Everyone else was nice.

I started talking to Ricky about a car I saw posted on Facebook and arranged to come down and see the cars there. He was very helpful answering my questions late on a Sunday night. When I got there, he focused on what I desired most in a car to match my needs and found three top candidates (was not the car I intended to see either). I was able to test drive whatever and once I decided on a car, I was presented one of the most straightforward purchasing plans ever and they seriously took all the stress out of buying a car. I had new plates on my car as I left and everything was set. I was only there about two hours total, with the most time consuming part being choosing a car and waiting for the insurance company to send over the binding agreement. I’ve never had such a hassle free and quick car buying experience ever and I’ll plan to use them again in the future. Two weeks later, I love the car and really enjoy driving it. After having an unreliable vehicle for so long, a reliable one that I got is so comforting.

I have had my car for over a year now and I’m not happy with it after having it for a week I had issues with the car I called the finance company to talk to warranty because they said I had warranty which was a joke by all means I had can’t afford to get a different car from somewhere else that’s why I still have the car I am trading it somewhere else hopefully and I will never go back ever they lie to you about what you have the finance company calls you numerous times after talking to them explaining your situation they are rude and they don’t care if your car is a lemon they care about the money never ever again

I bought a black jeep from this people one week after I got it transmission started slipping the vehicle only started with three tries sometimes four engine light on and off had to parked it a the house call them they got back to me two weeks later to check what the problem is I explained the problem the told me the warranty people will get back to me in a couple of hrs one week later they call me about the payment and I told them that I’m not paying for a lemon that what happened to the appointment they were supposed to make to fix the lemon they sold me they just told me that if I was going to voluntarily was going to turn the car back to them my answer to them was refund my money and you get your vehicle that was three weeks ago the apartment complex is giving them till Wednesday otherwise is coming of their property I told the complex not to wait I hope they read this and if they don’t vehicle is getting towed morale of this story stay away from this people they only care about your money
