I purchased a Lincoln about a year ago. I decided to take my Lincoln in for some repairs. While there, my partner noticed another Lincoln Continental that is exactly the same as his. I recently brought my Lincoln Navigator into Parks Lincoln to be repaired. I have never in my life had such a great experience with a dealership. They deserve SIX stars. Everyone in the Service Department was very friendly and accommodating. The first repair did not solve the problem so I took the vehicle back into them a few days later. They apologized for the inconvenience and this time they did additional work over a few day period and finally solved the problem, which I am guessing was not an easy one. I recently purchased a new to me used Corvette Z06 from this dealer. First, I like to buy/sell/trade vehicles a lot so I have been through many dealers. This was by far the best/ easiest experience I have had. Thomas was my salesman who was phenomenal, did not push anything which automatically makes me feel better. I rode my Harley Davidson two and a half hours to the dealer as I found the exact car I wanted and they had it pulled out of the showroom, detailed, and ready to test drive as I arrived. Our case was unique n complex, since we are new to the country and the paperwork requirements took sometime. But Brian was patient, sensitive, very respectful and made sure he was swift in completing the things he needed to. He made sure to call post the sale to make sure everything is working well. I was highly considering purchasing a used vehicle from Parks Lincoln. It was priced well, good condition, the initial test drive was well and the sales agent was friendly. I intended on trading in my current vehicle and prior to visiting parks, I had received a quote from carmax which I folded up and placed next to my cup holder so no one would see it. Upon discussing trade in value for my vehicle, it was brought to my attention that Parks could not match the $4,500 quote I had received from carmax, insinuating that at some point the individual performing the appraisal unfolded the quote and passed this along to the sales agent. Trust is a huge factor when purchasing a used vehicle. I still really like the vehicle and it’s top 1 or 2 on my list, but can’t get over this sneaky behavior. Something I feel others should be aware of.UPDATE: Ended up purchasing this vehicle - David and Wes were great to work with - set up delivery of vehicle and it was a flawless experience.

Best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We let Robert Reid know we were interested in upgrading. Robert brought out a MKX to our sons house for us to test drive. We immediately loved it and purchased it. We had to leave our sons before we could take the vehicle, this is where it goes over the top.... Robert delivered our MKX to our home 2 hours away!!!!
