Whatever vegetable I got from this place it doesnt last even for next day. Dont buy vegetable or fruit from this place

This is without a doubt the least friendly grocery store Ive ever shopped at regularly just for the convenience. There a couple almost decent people working there but most of them are borderline rude to azzholeish. They have a great salad bar and ready to eat deli but the prepared food is always awful and the salad bar is marginal.If your in that part of Lorton all you have within a reasonable distance is that and Food Lion. Shoppers is a much bigger nicer store but Food Lion is cheaper and way more friendly, they just dont have a salad bar and deli.

Best grocery store in the area imho. Shoppers has the best balance of the things I want, good fresh and store-prepared foods, and good prices. Not as fancy as Wegmans but I can get all the brands I want here and prices are much better.

Staff is extremely rude. They dont care about customers. Isles could be better recovered. Staff could be better trained.

Havent really walked through most of the store, but the international section is amazing. Theres so many choices and beats out any other similar grocery store.

My first encounter with the store was when I ordered delivery. They don’t charge you a delivery fee for your first order, which is cool. My driver took longer than the quoted time but was pretty good about communicating. The second time I ordered some of my items got dupped.I like their wide selection. Most of the prices are decent. The worker at the self check out told me about the app and how you can get $10 off your order, plus coupons, if you buy the right products. The last time I was there, a couple items I picked up were nearly rotten, and the guy at the checkout was rude. I asked him why the $10 off thing didn’t work and he just told me it works on some days and not on others. Luckily the lady who introduced me to the app came up to the checkout. She explained how it worked. I might go back there occasionally, but it’s not one of my favs anymore.

I dont shop at Shoppers anymore because of the way the cashiers choose who they want to be polite to and those they rather not to give the time of day. The one in Potomac Yard center as well as the Lorton Shoppers, cashiers are so rude that they will talk to the cashier next to them to keep from talking to the customer they choose not too. Iv seen them treat other people like me the same way. The only reason I rated a 5 star is because the other morning my grandson had a medical problem that needed addressed and there werent any drug stores open that early so I remembered that there was a pharmacy in Shoppers so I was so desperate to find this medication I went there. Like the drug stores they werent open as well. I spent a good time combining the aisles that I was just about ready to leave with what I had that I was hoping would help him a little because I had to take it to him at work when a lady that was working at the time came up to me and asked me if she could help me. I had never had a person at a grocery store ask if I needed help. When I told her she took me over to the shelves by the pharmacy and she bent over and found exactly what I was looking for. I was so thankful that I said thank you and took off to pay for it and after I did I realized how important this was and I went almost back to where she was and asked loudly, excuses me what is your name, she answered and I said Sherry and she reply Sharon. Sharon helped my grandson get though his day at work and I just wanted you to know what an asset she is to have working for you. I just wished you had more Sharons that worked there.

Very close to the interstate exit, lots of selection and great surrounding shops

Shopping center is falling apart. Store itself is not the cleanest. Produce is sub par, meat is hit or miss. If you need boxed or canned items this shoppers is fine. For anything you grab check expiration dates. Dont ask for help from the staff. Shop on your own and do self checkout and youll be fine.

Always a plesant experience with almost everything you require. Fresh seafood cooked on site. Fruit and vegetables selection always clean and tytie. Have self checkout. Located off Route 234, easily seen from the major road.

I grab food here before getting on the Auto Train, great grab and go selection.

I went to this grocery store and the store was empty. In the food and vegetable section it had a very limited section and not a single banana was even available. As I went to the donut section, I saw 5 display windows empty with no donuts. This grocery store does not have too many employees working the the store and when I was checking out, there was only 1 register open and the cashier was very interested in working and didnt even say hello or thank you. The manager or supervisor overlooking all the registers was too busy talking to other employees and seem very unfocused. I can now see why the local community is fed up with the terrible service and selection of Shoppers Food Warehouse. Major changes need to be done to make this place where the community can shop, have a good experience, and find the foods that they are looking for. This has been happening for a very long time and in a matter a time, others like me will be taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service at the bakery. Rude staff. Nobody was willing and there were no employees at the bakery. Had to wait 30 minutes to get my bread sliced. But, still nobody helped me. Do not recommend coming here.

I love this store, Mr. Jackson the store MGR is pleasant and always willing to help his staff and customers...

Their parking lot is an absolute mess! Every time it rains the potholes just get worse and worse and turn into lakes.

Shoppers is a good utilitarian grocery store great for that one thing you forgot.

Amazing fried chicken and chicke. Fort Belvoir Orthopedic clinic love ves by it on special occasions.

I liked it they have a really big parking lot u can almost always find a parking. On top of that everything is priced ok.

Theres a employee that works in the DELI name TOM, that harresed a senior disable Vet that is homeless and the manager of the store Andrew Jackson kick the man out of the store PREMENTLY, in this 100 degree heat and the gentlemanhas alot of medical health issues . The man NEVER bothered ANYONE. VERY 😔!

A very nice and clean store well maintained and stocked I love shopping there.

This store has the food selection I need but they NEVER have enough staff during the day. I hate standing in a long line waiting for shoppers to check themselves out with constant computer delays doing so. The food prices are not low enough that the store can not afford to have more then one register open with a real person working the checkout.

New people, no clean like month ago, 2,3 employee standing at self checkout talking with each other, customer keep calling for help, looks like store manager is changed, my family decide to go food lion from now on .same how we are lost, we dont know what happen to that friendly and clean employee

Stays stocked and has periodic sales on stuff (like 2L of coke products).

This Shoppers location in now permanently closed. The facility is empty and there is no indication what will replace it if anything.

This grocery store seems to have a lot of product. I did not find the staff to be very helpful. Also I did not find particular items brand name so that was looking for. The Shoppers is different than the one in Lorton.
