I heard from someone that this is the go to place if you want to start exploring kosher (Yiddish/Jewish) food!And I was truly impressed with its selection! Many grocery stores have a very limited and few selection of food. This will be my go to cooking supply store when I want to experiment and learn how to make kosher foods! ❤️💕And please correct me if I used word choices that is not culturally sensitive! I would appreciate it 💯

For most of the pandemic, I would have given this store a pretty good rating. Its clean, well stocked, and the prices are reasonable. Most importantly, it was safe, as the staff all masked properly as did almost all of the customers.That all changed recently when they relaxed the mask mandates in the county. Now, almost none of the staff wear masks. This was fine when it was following guidelines, but the mandates are back in place due to the Delta variant wave and still almost no one is following the countys mandate and masking up. And you cant avoid them either, as they usually only have one line open and the baggers are never masked.My wife and I are vaccinated but our baby girl is too young to get the shot, and the Delta variant has been shown to be as contagious as chicken pox and spread to vaccinated people. I will not be putting our daughter at risk and will be shopping elsewhere for now.

Ive shopped here a few times and appreciated the selection and clean store. However, today, your cashier Greg O. was extremely rude to me. After he asked if I needed bags and I said no, he started piling my groceries up quickly with no regard to crushable items. I frantically tried to fill my bags and he just kept throwing things at my direction. I know its difficult to hold a frontline job like this and hes probably not being paid a living wage, but Greg needs to realize that consumers have choices and everyone deserves common courtesy. Ill never shop here again.

Its a Lucky. Less than stellar Bakery options, have definitely bought spoiled meat here. Occasionally will find decent sales and carries special items I might not be able to find at Trader Joes. Good for household things and BBQ supplies like firewood and propane. This one is almost always empty, but if its not dont expect more than 2-3 available checkout lanes.

Clean good Kosher for Passover selection (which is why I went). They take care of the Jewish Customer needs.

This one has a large Kosher for Passover section. Some of the things I wish had price signs/shelf labels. Not everything did.

Service is fast friendly

When I went shopping today I went to self checkout. A manager came over and helped me. He was very nice and helpful. Every time I’ve been in here they have been really helpful and nice. I really appreciate because I am a home health aid/caregiver. I get nervous shopping at times because I worry about picking up anything and passing it to them or my mom. They made it less stressful for me.

What can you say, Lucky has had its ups and downs over the years. Overall they seem to be doing a great job of recent and this store is no exception. Large, clean, well lit store and their effort shows. Produce is fresh/well presented, great meats, fresh breads/bakery items plus everything in between including banking and more. This is a great store.

Place feels a bit outdated. People are nice enough.

Most stores have a small kosher section. This place has several isles and a freezer isle and small refrigerated section. Im not religious so if I find it impressive maybe it is.

Easy parking; apparently DIY cart disinfecting with provided cleaner and paper towels - maybe staffed at other times. This is a well stocked store.

Clean. Well stocked. Great freeway access. In an exclusive area, so prices might be a bit higher.

Hands-down my favorite grocery store. Selection is good, prices are good, and the staff are excellent.

Parking is good. Staff is helpful. Prices are average. Sale prices can be really good. And they usually have things in stock. They also have electric shopping carts for disabled people.

Went there on Tuesday afternoon when theres not that many shoppers. Although the carts are not sanitized but they do offer rolls of paper towels and cleaning sprays at the entrance.

Bright store, wide isles. Easy to move around and not so crowded. 👍

This supermarket has reasonable selection and the people who work there are reasonably friendly. The parking lot is convenient. The produce is probably slightly above-average. The five for $5 promotions on meat are a good deal when they are offered. Often theres a meat special that is interesting. I do not patronize the deli.

I really appreciate having a Lucky as our neighborhood grocery store.

Wow this Luckys on Grant Avenue in Los Altos has had a total facelift. They still have the same wonderful workers and that makes me happy. They also have a brand new salad bar. Anyway the store is quite nice and quite convenient. Check it out.

Crew members here are always ready to help customers, if not me personally, other customers I notice as shopping.

They were well stocked with the items advertised in their sale flyer, the store was neat and clean, and the staff were friendly.

I shoped here the first time because its close, but I go back because it has a fairly large kosher food section (far left), and I cant eat dairy, so its very handy. Also a gluten-free section on the back wall, all the way to the right side. Just good variety here in general. Nice folks, too.

MONEY GRAM REVIEW :So complicated to receive money, I had to call money gram on their special red phone so they can activate the number. He took forever.On the other side my phone was dead and they nicely charged it for me a couple of minutes.

Its fine. Very stark, simple grocery store with the basics. Nice folks, but otherwise nothing out of the ordinary.

The store has been upgraded, new floor and cold cases. The store looks good now.

I love this store. The clerks are always so helpful and cheery. And I sometimes get some awesome deals.

They just remodelled so it is now an average grocery store with an updated interior. Great and large kosher section though.

Such a huge store that I could not really find anything without help. It was my first time in one also but lines where pretty fast and they had wireless payment, a huge plus.

Customer service is amazing, the produce section is always perfect everything stocked.
