Super helpful staff!They guided me through all the steps for aligning the derailleurs in my bike. They explained all the steps, showed me how to do it, let me borrow the tools I needed and supervised me. Absolutely recommend!

Super friendly staff / employees (I think mostly students). Have tons of good equipment at great prices. Staff will help you find exactly what you need, or will be able to suggest an alternative if the UCLA bike shop doesnt have what you are looking for.

This is all that you could ask for and more from a local bike shop. Super knowledgeable, no attitude, and they dont try to upsell you on things you dont need. In fact, theyve often identified and fixed a quick issue Ive been having and refused payment. Love these guys and they have great prices on some sweet Konas.

The outdoor rental shop is great! Really high quality camping gear (like 0* sleeping bag, ground pad, tents, etc) for affordable prices. Can rent for 1-4 days, 5-8 days and a whole month.

They are very nice people. They teach you how bikes work or why some parts of your bike dont work, and give you instructions on how to fix it yourself (for free) if youre willing to get a little bit hands-on. Theyll also fix your bike for you (with a fee) if you want.Shop hour is a bit inconvenient for students with packed schedule though. Should open earlier.

I came a few times as a customer when my front wheel started to become loose. The owner of the shop, Liz, spent an hour with me showing me exactly how to fix it so I didnt have to pay for their services: they have free used parts there. I got a new wheel, new knowledge, and a lesson in bike maintenance, all for free!
