First of all, Culligan hooked up my brand new backyard to soft water, after I told them to make sure it didnt happen. I had to replant my entire yard, which cost thousands of dollars. They refused to reimburse me, and I couldnt even get a supervisor to return by call. Next, my soft water was out for a couple of weeks, and I couldnt get service for over two weeks. I was supposed to get a month of free service. Guess what? They charged me the full rate this month, and now Im on hold for who knows how long.
Our Sales Rep. Carlos was real help not only providing excellent service but also was really easy to communicate with. We are really happy with our Drinking Water System. We appreciate Carols and his team for the outstanding service they provided.

Im a regular Customer of Culligan where I am located in Santa Clarita. Water we used for drinking is absolutely cool and fresh in taste. Water softener is also a nice to have one for shower. What more can I say . . . I like to have it in my home. :)
Avoid this company at all costs. Everything is great until something stops working or needs servicing. Then you are in a world of trouble. Took over 2 months to get a tech to come replace the filters. Then I started having a leak in my reverse osmosis system. Been on the phone with them for over a month now and no resolution. Yet they want me to continue paying for the service and cant break the contract for services they are NOT providing. Its pretty ridiculous.
Highly recommend it your water feel better and not be hard on your home and everything else you use it for.
Rick Villegas was my salesperson and he was very friendly and attentive. I had been filling up two gallon bottles at the water dispensers outside the grocery stores before I discovered Culligan. I love the bottom loading dispenser and use the hot water and chilled water feature all the time. Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible, the last 3 months in a row I come home after they have changed my water softener and it is leaking down the side A LOT! I call them Friday before they close and they tell me to bypass it and use hard water until TUESDAY of the next week! I pay good money monthly and for them to not be able to install the canister without it leaking 3 months in a row is absolutely absurd!! I will cancel if this continues.
I recently wrote a negative review of Culligan--had some plumbing problems from their tank-BUT I just spoke to Victor--a manager--and he was absolutelyunderstanding and helpful and generous. He completely took care of me.I could not have been treated better. He gave me a very generous rebate. Again I can recommend Culligan completely. Very generous resolution.
The technician was awesome and solved our issue quickly and perfectly. He told us exactly what we need to do moving forward so as to get plenty of filtered drinking water all the time.

Great tasting water with low TDS. However their delivery fulfilment is unreliable. There delivery drivers are overbooked and will meet scheduled days only 25% of the time. Worse is that they rarely leave the right amount of water bottles. To edit an order, find out if the delivery day has changed, or get any assistance of any kind, you must call a phone number which is often down for maintenance or backed up by other callers. They do not have a digital way of adding or adjusting your order online, so their phones get really backed up and CSRs will help you if you are lucky.I am still waiting on a call back for a damaged dispenser for nearly a week. Other problems have been ongoing for nearly 3 years and I have not canceled because they keep saying that they are in the process of addressing these problems.I would recommend Ready Fresh or filtering your own water. Not worth the hassle and the money spent running to the store and buying overpriced bottled water because their deliveries are egregiously backed up.

Ive been having concerns in regards to our Culligan equipment. I have talked to various customer support representatives since last December, and every time Ive been told that someone from Culligans management would contact me in regards to my concern. For almost three months Ive been told that, and yet, it seems that Culligans management is either too screwed up to call, or just does NOT give a damn about the companys customers.
This service is excellent and always on schedule.
Culligan does a great job of delivering the water softener cannisters timely. I do wish that they would schedule my deliveries to better meet my particular needs. I am getting deliveries every two months. I believe that my usage does not support deliveries that often. Also I dont think there should be a separate transportation charge. Either include that in the monthly charge or get rid of the separate charge.
We had some interesting challenger that were quickly taken care of to our satisfaction by tour team members. Great service from all involved!
Today was day 2 of installation of my three tanks for soft water (tanks are replaced each month). My house is new and my water main has a 1 1/2 inch pipe going to the house (big house).So Ryan Bancroft told me I would need 3 tanks because of the water volume. He also to me their plumbing team would be installing them.Thats what took Mike, The Plumber, 2 days to complete. He had to attach to the pipe going into the house and bury 2 pipes going around by garage porch, so the 3 tanks could be side by side along my garage. Then he buried the pipes. There is quite a great amount of soldering that was done to these hefty copper pipes. The work is precise and intricate and Im proud to post my photo of it to this review. I dont have to give my Culligan services a second thought. My water is softened and the tank is changed regularly outside my house. My water inside is purified and when the filters need to be changed, they come and change them. My billing is also automatic. So everything that needs to get done happens without my worrying or having to do anything!
We just installed our Culligan water Softener. The sales person was no pressure, the installer was very professional. We should have done this years ago. the benefits are fabulous. No more itching skin and cleaner clothes and better showers. No fowl drinking water taste.

I love Culligan water. My only regret is not getting it years ago. The service is impeccable. Whenever I call, they are so polite and helpful, eager to solve my problem. My household no longer has that hard, calcified water, staining all my things. Cleaning my shower and everything is so much easier now. And I save on soap and shampoo because I dont need to use as much. I also have the drinking water and I save a small fortune on bottled water. I actually like the taste of Culligan better than bottled water. Its much more affordable than I thought it would be. Like I said, my only regret is not getting it years ago! My only con is because I live out of the area, it takes a little bit more time for them to come when something is wrong but its well worth the wait. I dont know anyone that works for Culligan, my neighbor recommended them and I called. BTW, Ive been using Culligan for about 2 years now. One more great thing, they just come and do the service, I never have to think about it, except when they need to get into the house.

I cannot believe what a scam this company is. They charge you a ludicrous amount for a water softener and they do an absolute garbage job installing it. In the last year it has flooded my garage three times. The water filter has flooded my kitchen once and had to be replaced twice. They come out and fix it each time which is nice but it shouldnt keep breaking. I have been left out of water for three separatenseparate because of this subpar overpriced equipment. Avoid at all costs
The soft water system made a huge difference in our water. My wife used to complain about her skin feeling very itchy after a shower and claim that her hair is thinning and falling out. Now, all of that is gone, and shes no longer complaining about the water. Thats worth twice what the softer cost me! Seriously though, we, the entire household are very happy with the water softener. Our salesperson, Rubi was very knowledgable and great to work with.

I went with Culligan for our new home because of the name. I did meet with other companies that were cheaper, but I went with Culligan. That was a huge mistake. It was promised that they would hook the RO system up to the Refrigerator. Installer after installer claimed he couldnt do it as there were some missing fittings. It was written right on the sales order and they took pictures before installation. My sales person said they could take care of it. So I called my sales person and claimed no I would have to hire a plumber. I hired a plumber. I was upset, but OK whatever we just moved in. I have other things going. I then get the bill and it was suppose to be a little cheaper because I bought the full package. I call the office and of course, no that wasnt the case at all. That was the last straw. I asked to have my equipment picked up and for a refund. I was then given to another person and after speaking with him he claimed they could have solved the RO problem and as I spoke to him I noticed they installed a different unit than promised. So now I was really upset. So after 11 calls and promises of call backs two weeks I finally get to speak with the GM Carlos. He claims I should have given them a opportunity to fix it. Really? I did. He claimed to only give me back part of my money. I asked what about the Satisfaction Guarantee on the website? He pretty much just skipped over that. So they were suppose to come take out the equipment. The day before they are suppose to come they call and tell me it would be another two weeks. Really? Of course I needed the money back so I could pay for the other system. I finally pushed back and they claimed they would pick it up 3 days later which they did. Then the follow up to get money back. I had to call 4 times. They promised end of the week. Never happened. Then promised Monday/Tuesday. No refund. Finally after 4 more calls I got it partially credit on Thursday. I asked them to pick up not because of bad product it was because of trust. I trusted them. They let me down at every turn then slow walked the rest and I believe they did on purpose. I have also disputed this with my credit card because of the slow walk I want all my money back. If you do decided to get service with them I would get everything in writing and at any moment stop the installation process. I also made the mistake of paying in full up front. Will never do that as I had no leverage at that point. If they would have just gave me back my money and picked things up like I requested I would have never written this review and others. Now I make it known to everyone not to do Culligan of LA. Go with Rayne! May I also add Rayne solved my low water pressure from the RO system too. I knew Culligan wouldnt be able to handle that either after the first drama.
Very regrettable that I signed up 5 year equipment lease with them for my house. Customer service is so poor.. especially lately no one call to set up an appointment for equipment service and I have left 2 messages so far still no response. Meanwhile my water softener is out of salt and my monthly payment is with supply of salt included. I would think twice if I were you to do any business with them.

We have had great service with Culligan. Fresh clean water, any time of the day and for far less than we paid for the large bottled water. We dont have to worry about service, because they have an automatic set up to service the unit. So much easier than having to store large bottles and try to lift them.

I have been using softer water bottles delivered every two weeks (well in approximately but not exactly) since early 2018. They missed delivery dates a few times so I had to call them and send emails many times to follow up with them and get it fixed. Also they dont follow the contract term. It is delivery every two weeks in the contract, but they use a trick of adding day by day spanned over a year period, so in long term, you lose one or two deliveries. I got a five year contact with them and I really regret it.Their water quality is also not good. I have a water softness testing kit. So I have been occasionally check the water softness using this kit. About less than 10 days, the water completely became hard water. All of my bathrooms toilet had black stains as the hard water comes up. I can even feel the hard water at my skin when I wash my body. It seems like they might recycle used water softener tanks too many times so this happens. I already told them about this, but this still keep happening. Stay away from this company if you dont like to experience the same trouble.
Water Hardness 7 here in Palmdale, so the Soft Water Culligan provides is very noticeable to me. its not just a luxury but a health issue. its worth the money and you should love it like I do

Generally they deliver the tanks needed to soften the house water, but about 1/4 the time they are late 1 to 7 days. Sometimes we are uncertain if the tank is old or has not been recharged because our house water seems very hard -- we cannot tell the difference in the normal water and the softened water.
My Culligan man Dustin was very nice and super professional. He did a great job of explaining all the new products and services. Couldn’t be happier with Culligan’s service so far.

I recently wrote a review that it seemed the cost was constantly going up and every time I got a bill, I would consider canceling. I promptly received a call from Customer Service and they worked with me to lower my rate. This household has gone from three to one people so I dont use nearly the softner as before. Not only that, I have been a loyal customer with this company for over 30 years and I appreciate that they were willing to work with me.

Culligan water is absolutely the best water out there for Home Delivery Service. The water tastes great, pure and is most definitely refreshing. I highly recommend them. And my driver Mario he is awesome.
I do not recommend this company what so ever. We had a water softener system and reverse osmosis water filter installed by Culligan and we have had nothing but disappointment with them. Compared to other companies everything was extremely pricey even the service calls are $155 with no exceptions and on top of that you have to pay for any additional parts that they have to replace. A part that would cost two dollars they charged us $40 for. The water softener unit itself is always needing a reset or some issue pops up and not softening our water having us to call the company every couple months to get the issue fixed. Way over priced for a system that has many issues.

A few months ago my Culligan system broke and a lot of water was lost in the leak on my roof. After presenting Culligan with the water bill, they did offer to refund me for the damages but then vanished. Several emails to Carlos and Lupe were never answered. Several attempts to get answers from their head office resulted in nothing.Eventually a check did show up, but by that point I had decided to cancel my service with them. The frustrating lack of customer service does not earn them my business anymore.
Everyone involved with my purchase of a replacement water softener was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. From the girl who estimated what we needed with full explanations regarding choices, to the installers of the equipment, they were delightful to work with. And its so nice to have soft water again, and with potassium, which we prefer to salt.Thank you all!

We just cancelled our services. This company lied to us multiple times about the rental agreement of our reverse osmosis system. Their communication in dealing with our issues was horrible with one person even hanging up on me. Unprofessional to say the least. I would not recommend using this company unless you like getting scammed.

Worst customer service! I have not had my water delivered in two months and called Culligan of Sylmar last week and was told they are short of drivers. What a lame excuse. If I were the owner, I would drive the delivery truck just to satisfy my customers. I called and sent an email asking to discontinue my service and no phone call or letter.Culligan you disappoint!
I love the customer service. I have a whole house RO system. I’m like a water manufacturer and it needs to be maintained. Sometimes things break and we deal with it. The service and sales department, John and Ryan are always very very helpful. They know how important my water is to me and the health of my family. They try their best to get me back online. Had a problem with our water pressure. Culligan came out right away and fixed the problem by bringing in a new tank. They also changed an old valve, replacing it with a newer, more modern valve. Thats how long we have been using Culligan. Using Culligan for years and very satisfied with the service.

These guys were terrible, a customer of mine bought a house with one of these systems unknowingly and after we found it leaking on a Monday we were promised a tech would stop by check it and re up their account.Well after client waited all day, no show, upon calling back customer service said they had no record. I recommended my client call a plumber and have it removed.
We absolutely love Culligan water. Our water was so hard and left a lot of residue on our shower curtains and blocked our shower heads from supplying the amy of water needed to shower. Since we have had culligan, our water is a lot softer, no hard water blocking our new shower heads and no residue on our shower curtains. The price for this is also not bad at all. Drinking water tastes great, we are big water drinkers in our house and love he way this water tastes. Would recommend to everyone!

I like the fact that i dont have to think about your service. The payment is deducted and the tanks are changed regularly without me having to lift a finger or remember anything. I know with being a customer of yours, it is a worry free relationship.
