Ill update from 4 stars to 5. Slow leak today on my other car. Once again they got me in and out. Manager was professional and tech was very courteous and pleased to inform me about the repair. Their price is reasonable.Very good. They got me in at the end of their work day. Had a nail puncture. I believe they did the correct job.

The experience was good. Mario helped me select the best tire for my budget and did not seem to mind answering all my questions.The work done by the mechanic was fine as well. I asked for a specific air pressure for the tires and when l got home l checked the pressure and they were right on the mark.Then there was The Problem !One of the new wheel covers l recently purchased was missing.I felt sure it had not jumped off on my 10 mile ride to where l was staying,,, and considering l had just made a 500 mile trip 2 days prior, and they were all still on, l thought perhaps it was not reinstalled on the 4th new tire.I called Mario, explained the situation, but they could not find the missing cover.After a short conversation. Mario took the high road and agreed to get me another complete set by the next day. When l went there he handed me the new set and l left.... A satisfied customer.ThanksAnd now l have 3 extra wheel covers..... Talk about getting your moneys worth... And then some

I took it to another shop (closer to me) and they quoted me $900 to replace my tires. I wanted a second opinion, so I brought the car to Big O. Mario fixed my tire free and in under 30 minutes. Very rude over the phone. I called today to get 4 new tires for my truck. The man on the phone who did not give their name was short and unhelpful. Then asks me to put a deposit on tires over the phone with no details. I was ready to give them $700 and he proclaims I am wasting his time and hangs up on me. I have been a loyal Big O customer for over 15 years now. My family has outfitted our companies trucks with tires from Big O for more than 30 years. This is a Big O loss. California Tire and Service easily took my business.

Getting my first oil change and tire rotation since we purchased this car brand new.The service crew is professional and friendly.Our car got serviced fast and we got to sit down and watch TV in front of a fan while waiting.Great experience.

Excellent place but for tires not for mechanical repairs I took my truck for a problem that caused my truck to turn off and they changed spark plugs, coils, cables, brakes and tires, I spent a lot of money and they never solved the problem. in the end they could only say that it was a problem in the transmission and that is all. I took her to a transmission specialist and in 5 minutes he told me that the muffler was stuck and the problem was solved. Thats why when you have mechanical problems it is better to take it to a mechanics specialist, maybe when a tire goes flat I come back here but due to mechanical problems I dont think

This place is a nightmare and a total rip off. Expensive and incompetent. I brought my car in because it had a flat. At first they quoted me a tire in the wrong size. Its an older car and they had a very limited selection. They sold me Michelin tires. Then they said the axel needed to bt replaced. They installed the axel incorrectly and after 5 hours of waiting in the parking lot they test drove the car and started pushing it down the road. After I got my car back I took it to a different mechanic who said the problem was the power steering hose. I got totally ripped off.

Very happy with my visit here. Brought in my car because of a leaking tire and two worn tires. Instead of pushing me to buy a whole new set of tires they started with the conservative approach and fixed the flat tire by locating the nail. I was out of there in a little over an hour with a fully functional vehicle at a reasonable price.

Trusted them though 3 cars, good people and never had any issues.

Had just had my brakes (from a different place, my dad) replaced and it started making this weird knocking sound. Brought it in and they test drove the car then jacked it up and saw that my brake pad and rotor were not aligned correctly, plus when my rotors were installed they weren’t cleaned like they were supposed to be. He showed me where it was installed improperly and told me it would make more sense to bring it back to my dad and have him fix it because since I could exchange my parts. Both the mechanic and the manager were extremely kind. Will def. be coming here when my tires expire.

This review is long but worth the time if you have a BMW or luxury car! This place is amazing, they charged 50 percent less than Just Tires so I drove 30 minutes to them to have a wheel replaced and to balance 4 wheels on my BMW X5. It took only 30 minutes or less and they did a very professional job without scratching my 20wheels and have all of the necessary equipment for reinstalling a run flat tire carefully, which a lot of places wont mess with.I saw they have the Hunters Alignment machine, same that the BMW dealer uses, so I also got an alignment. After doing some work the guys noticed there was an issue with my loose wheel rack and told me it was the reason why my car wouldnt align properly and didnt charge me for the alignment. Before this I had gone to BMW of Beverly Hills and the dealer didnt notice the issue and twice did poor alignments and charged double without any type of warranty.After getting my wheel rack tightened the next day, I returned to Big O Tires for the alignment and they got it spot on and offer a 3 year warranty with the alignment package I purchased. My car now drives tight and the wheel is straight like a brand new car.Big O has always been great with warranties, over the years I bought 4 tires from Big O and got many free rotations and balancing with those tires. Also got a lifetime warranty for brake pads, not sure if they still offer that.. The 3 year warranty on the alignment is amazing for the price, especially with the bumpy LA roads I will need to go back for some adjustments at some point, for free!

Came here to get my flat tire checked out. The mechanic said it would be a 45 minute wait since there were people ahead of me, but after 20 minutes he came back and said my car was good to go. He said there was a nail in the tire, and he had patched it up. Great and fast service here.

I came in at 8 AM when they opened for a slow leak, and was out with a patched repair in 45 mins. When I came up to pay, the cashier asked if the tires were new. I said about a year and a half old. He waived the price for me completely. I wouldnt hear of it, so he charged me 10 bucks. Awesome service and awesome job on my tire. I will always come back to this place for everything from now on.

I only booked an appointment here because of a promotion. $29.99 for oil change service. The person helping me rudely informed me that I wont be able to use the coupon because my Prius needs synthetic oil. He also made sure to finish his McDonalds Apple Pie at the same time. After that, I was quoted $58 for the service, double what I expected to pay and ensuring that I will never come here for service again.I put half the blame on the Big O Tires website for lack of information and prompts when I booked the appointment on the website. The other half goes to the staff, who were not accommodating at all and gave off an unwelcoming vibe. This is why I normally get service at Culver City Toyota. They might be more expensive, they might take longer, they might up sell me on stuff I dont need, but at least they do it with a smile and a handshake. A little goes a long way.

I bought a pair of tires here only to find out later that they were at least 30% above market price. After three weeks, I got a flat and brought it back, they wouldnt do anything for me because I hadnt purchased road hazard warranty. Others places offer better prices and some even include this warranty in addition. While the service was decent, the unscrupulous business practices would prevent me from recommending Big O to anyone. Make sure you shop around before deciding, somewhere like Costco would be much better.

What can I say excect their prices were almost double than what a mechanic in LA charged to replace a radiator and thermostatnot only that Big O tires had a coupon onlinewhich clearly stated $25 off tires or service and the guy at counter questioned rather or not it was for the type of SERVICEI needed...Anyways I had to read it to him 2 timesHe said he would see If it works.Please better train your help on the verbage of coupons.I did not see any exclusion in the fine printThanx!

The most honest mechanic that I have ever been to. Reasonable prices and they never sell me anything that I do not need. My husband and I have been coming here since the 90s.

I had an incident where a belonging of mine disappeared from my car and I thought that it was a Big-O employee that did it. Management listened to my complaint and was prepared to deal with it but brought up the security camera footage which showed that it wasnt their employee. I want to thank them for working with me and being professional while looking at the security footage. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you again.

We went to Big O because of yelp reviews. There is a tire company much closer to us. Walter, the manager took great care of us. They were very busy, but he told us if we came back in a hour he could take care of our tire problem. We ate lunch and came back, he took care of us and the price was very reasonable .

For me the price was right so I came back to get my tires corrected. The sense of humor is a little snarky and I was pushed to get more of my tires replaced than I was ready for but hopefully for the best. I was a little disappointed when my new tires seem to Skid on rainy surface more than my old Tire but the guy pointed out my old tires were really done so I must have been lucky. I definitely recommend this spot for getting a tire replaced.

We have used this shop for years, usually just for tire changes on some sales cars, great shop, great bunch of guys, great work and fair prices, never have we felt or noticed them trying to overcharge any customer, thats why we travel a little further and pass other tire shops to use this one ☺

Ross at this location is beyond amazing. His customer service goes above and beyond any other tire place I’ve been too! I first took my truck to Ross when Ross was actually out of the La Mirada location he and his team were great! I then needed tires for my other vehicle and when I called the La Mirada location they had told me Ross was at a other location (West La) so I called and got Ross in the line told him I needed tires and Ross asked me if I wanted to stay in the La Mirada location and he would set it up, I said no I’ll go out to you! If it’s great customer service why not follow it. Again Ross and his team did a great job! My truck needed shocks and I called Ross and again with his great customer service actually set up everything so I didn’t have to drive out to West La I went to the La Mirada location and they did a awesome job as well. I’ve been to other tire locations and by far Big o’ Tires is the best in there products and customer service!

Finding an Honest Mechanic can be a very expensive process. For me it started with one flat tire. Been going there for 10 years. Its a BigO Franchise run as Private Business by a very honest Man, Amir & his Son Roz. I send all my friends there, same experience, even had one of my trucks towed 84 miles because they were the only people I trust. When your transport fails or needs maintenance, you cannot ignore the problem but having a person you can trust, is half the battle beaten.

30.00 for a patch.. Ridiculous! Owners responded to me instead of checking the unfriendly and bordering on rude employee that *Matter of factly* quoted me the cost.

Got a great deal on an oil change and had my car inspected.

We were on the 405 headed to Memorial Day family reunion. The tire pressure/add air now warning message alerted us of a problem, so we Yelped our way to Big O Tires on Pico. As soon as we arrived, we were given attention. A technician identified the leak, patched the hole and we ready to go for $20 within 20 minutes.
