Hi Tech has been servicing my Volvo S60 for the last 16 years and I credit them with taking excellent care of it. Koko, Hutch, and Art are easy to talk to and explain in easy language what is needed to keep my car running. They are also conscience of costs and rate repairs by how important they are so that I can take care of the most important repairs and delay those that can wait for a bit.

One of the best customer experiences I have ever had. With other repair shops it seems that you often sacrifice expertise for price or vice versa. That is not the case with Hi Tech Automotive. Their prices are fair, even a little low at times, and they know more than any shop I have been too. If you ask them what you can wait to get fixed, they will tell you and keep it on file. They are also more friendly, fair, and reliable than any other shop I have been to in 30 years.

This was perhaps the best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. I own a 2007 standard transmission Mercedes C230. A rather rare bird. He been taking it to the service dept at the dealer wher I bought long after warrantee had lapsed. Qualified mechanics and outrageously overpriced. Hi-Tech Automotive were not only better technicians, but were far more forthcoming, may I say honest, and the cost was 1/3 yet it was a fair and reasonable price for bothering sides. Their prognosis was better, their solutions were better and they had positive, can-do attitudes as well as being the most pleasant people to do business with. I can’t recommend them enough / these are the go-to people for auto maintenance and repair!!!!

After my first visit with Hi Tech, I decided that they would be my go-to spot for my car maintenance.Ive gotten my new tires and had my oil, transmission, and brake fluid exchanged here. They threw in a car wash for me, too. I mentioned I was going on a road trip, so they applied a road trip check up for free - which I really appreciated.I feel like they treat their customers right, so we keep coming back. Thats why theyre always so busy. Nothing like my experience at dealerships, where they just take money from you and dont worry about if you come back or not. Theres a sense of honesty and trust when communicating with them. I highly recommend this location for getting all your typical car maintenance done.

I have always driven vintage cars and it has taken me almost a decade to find a garage that is as honest, reliable, and steadfast as these guys are. I have gone to Hi-Tech Automotive for over 10 years ...as my neighborhood auto team. The owner Koko and his mechanics are top notch. He himself is a “car whisperer” and has spotted and fixed little things ( often for free) so often for me when I had my 1980 Veggie Mercedes ( ran into Vegetable oil) ... as well as their help, honesty and expertise recently when I brought 3 possible new used cars to them for inspection. They helped me pick the right car ... and have had no problem whatsoever with my choice. I love feeling they are “my team” and that gives me a feeling of security and confidence in all things car related. Not only the that ... they are just nice, fun people to do business with ...I Highly recommend them!

Coco helped me out today I had my alignment done at another shop. And the other shop didn’t do it right so I was having issues with my car today. I called the shop I had my alignment done at and they were closed. I called Hi Tech and they were open and willing to help me out. I got to Hi Tech and Coco and his technician put my car up on their really nice alignment rack (it’s a seriously nice machine it’s one of the best, I am in the automotive field) and they got started on my car. They gave me a print out showing how far off everything was. And once he fixed the alignment that was way off my car drives so much better than it was like night and day difference.(8-2-19) Update I got a second car used and it needed brakes. I was working with Armen he helped get me all the information I needed to deal with the company I got the car from to pay for the repair. I had to have called him 5 times through out the day and he sent me a lot of documents. He helped me a lot with this process and they did the work quickly once I gave the approval. If you need a quality shop with good pricing check them out!

Needed to use car for a long ride to Arizona and Koko made room immediately for a check up. Love it that there are no long wait times ever and after getting a new battery, tires and some hoses fixed, the 20-year-old Mercedes drove like new and since cold, snowy weather awaited us it was comforting to have a good new battery.

I used to live down the street from Hi-tech and stumbled across them when I needed some work done on my beloved old Toyota. 25 years and multiple cars later I’m still coming back. Finding a good shop and crew is priceless in this town. I no longer live down the street but gladly make the drive in to see Koko and his crew... they are exceptional.

Im just coping and pasting my review from the other site since these guys deserve the good reviews...Had an alignment and fuel filter changed on a 99 Audi A4. I do all my own work until it comes to procedures that need the big machines like an alignment. I do not trust mechanic shops at all but a friend with a custom Porsche said Koko at Hi Tech was the best. Usually alignment would be a 250 plus visit to the dealer depending on which stealer you visit. They were such a good price I had them do the fuel filter too which is another PIA job that usually runs $$$. Chris, who helped me from the start, gave me a detailed sheet with all the Camber, Caster and Toe angles along with my receipt and had the car given a light wash which was a nice touch. AAA business and I will be sure to come back for anything I dont want to do myself in the future.

I have to take a moment to RAVE about this place because I know how important and valuable it is to have a good, thorough, and trustworthy mechanic in this city.I did have one for many years and he retired a couple of years ago - which was devastating for me. Since then, I have been through a series of rip off artists and it has been MOST disheartening! (especially from the one, who shall remain nameless, but pretends to be the most honest Honda guy in L.A. - DONT fall for it!!)But I received some of the best service I have ever received for ANYthing here! Not only did they accurately diagnose the problem - something that 4 other places werent able to do - but they fixed it in one day (even though it was extensive) they supplied a ride home and one back to retrieve the car, it came out to be less than I was quoted when I left it (WHEN does THAT happen!?!?) everyone was kind and helpful, especially Arman who explained what needed to be done without talking down to me, (women I know you know what I mean!) the shop is immaculate, as was my car when I picked it up - both inside and out thoroughly cleaned (NOT the condition I left it in!), and as an extra added bonus, my key fob, which had not been working for awhile, even though I had replaced the battery - is suddenly working again! I seriously cant say enough about this service!And I will tell you, I had this place recommended to me, by someone who, lets just say, money is no object for and when I drove by it and saw all the high-end cars in the drive, I got very intimidated and almost kept going, figuring it wouldnt be a place I could afford. But I guess when you have invested in a high-end car, its extra important that you find a good, trustworthy mechanic to trust your asset with, and even though my car looks like garbage, its important to me, and they treated me exactly the same as they did the guy with the gorgeous Ferrari in front of me.If youre trying to find a GREAT place to take your car, you just did.Thank you Koko and Arman, I WILL be back!!

The guys at High Tech are simply the best youll find. They take care of both our cars now...they couldnt be more professional or passionate about their work. Our experiences have been absolutely perfect. The shop is clean, the managers are incredibly clear about the work being done...they are punctual and polite. Car repairs and maintenance are honestly something we no longer worry about because we know Hi Tech is down the hill.

Started taking my used Lexus here about a month ago for my post purchase repairs and regular maintenance. They also safety checked a car or two while I was still shopping for free! Very clean shop. Dont work on commission so they focus on what the car needs. Very clear communication and paperwork. Professional repairs and upfront pricing. Theyre a well oiled machine. Ive mostly interacted with Hutch and briefly the owner.

The high water mark in all of my experience having other people work on my vehicle. Professional, generous, efficient, thorough, and kind.The Hi-Tech team took a look at my wifes car (an older Honda) when it was having trouble starting. They spent almost a whole day going over the car, from electricals to a compression test, and gave us a detailed report and a recommendation. For their considerable time invested, they billed us... $0.So of course I went there straight away when my car sprung a coolant leak. Their shop was mobbed on a Monday morning, but they still helped me right away. They fixed exactly the problem that was wrong, tested their work to make sure it was right, and had the car ready that afternoon. When I picked it up the next day, it was washed, vacuumed, and had fresh bottled water in the cupholders. They shined the tires. They got the job done in a third of the time I expected, for less than they quoted me.Im floored with how committed this business is to doing the best work they can, and Im so happy I can count on them.

These guys really took care of my 2014 Subaru Impreza. I had my check engine light come on Tuesday and I called to see if I could bring it in the next day. They looked at it and ordered parts, it was fixed in a day. Just in time to still make my trip to Vegas. Prices are expensive, but thats any mechanic work these days, it seems. The shop is ridiculously clean and they offer bottled water at the front desk. Armen also has a Subaru and it was comforting knowing I had a knowledgeable tech working on my car. Would recommend for sure.
