The gentlemen here are so friendly and kind! They fixed my tire pressure for free, and even though I came for an oil change, they showed me where to check for the need on my car, and we found out I didn’t need one after all. I will be coming back when it’s really time for one, for sure!

Great, quick service! The associates explain everything well, but do not pressure you to get extra services for your car. Ive had to return to get air in my tires between oil changes. They are always friendly and accommodating.

I was went in the mid of this afternoon at about 4pm. Anticipated about an hour wait, but they finished my service in about 35mins! I got my oil changed, brakes checked, fluid levels filled, radiator serviced, and brake fluid replenished! I am good to go! Thanks Jiffy lube! A little more than I anticipated paying, but rather be safer than sorry since my precious cargo usually rides in there too! Staff are all nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoy this one and the shop on Olympic.

I went for oil change and I was told my car needed a service which is worth $600. I then went to a mechanic who said my car didn’t need anything except the $70 oil change.They take advantage because they think a woman doesn’t have a knowledge about cars.

Tell your boyfriend you also need....Went in for a simple oil change and right when I drove up they were already trying to upcharge me being a woman I was already prepared for that. And called a friend to confirm what they were saying when I was told what they requested was not needed and finally the guy let me get my simple oil change I thought it was all done but nope. To put the Cherry on top the lady inside told me tell your boyfriend you also need radiator fluid I dont even have a boyfriend..... its 2021 if your employees dont know how to not be sexist and condescending to the women that go in to your shop you need new ones. My car is mine and brought by me and Im the person standing infront of you so no one should ever tell me to tell someone else whats wrong with MY car! First and last time at Jiffys

NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS! Went for a simple oil change and not only did they charge me an arm and a leg but THEY LEFT THE TRANSMISSION CAP OFF and all the transmission fluid leaked out and I had transmission problems for two weeks. I went to a trustworthy mechanic thinking I’d have to spend a ton of money on fixing my transmission. He showed me the cap was off and filled my transmission. When my wife complained to Jiffy Lube they said they wanted to see a note from the mechanic first. You want to see a note from the mechanic that he screwed in the cap? Are you serious?Regardless, never use this place it sucks both service and work wise!

Excellent service! Went in with an engine issue that would have cost $120+ if the service I requested had of been done. The honest folks here looked at it and advised me that I didnt need that to be done and they would fix my issue for about half the cost. Go to your Dealership. Skip the steps because youll end up there anyway. My car was in sever danger after getting my oil changed here. Not worth your time or your money. Stay Away! Read below for details.After leaving from my service my Check Engine light came on. I was havingzero issues with my car before coming in for this oil change. I immediately went back to the store. The gentlemen ran a check on the car and a code came up, but none of the associates seemed to have any idea what the code actually meant. In an attempt to make things better, they turned the light off. When I drove away the check engine light cameright back on. At this time I called the Chevy Dealership to make an appointment.I went in to the the dealership on Monday and they informed me that whoever had last done the oil change failed to fully secure the oil cap causing sever oil spills all over the engine. The code that was found was P0171 and in the diagnostic it turned out that the oil cap off the camshaft cover. ​They had to clean my entire engine as well as replace the oil that was lost from the lack luster oil change I received.I am so disappointed with this experience. No, thats an understatement- The truth is, Im at a loss because when I went back to your store today I spoke with the manager and I was told there was no way for it to be resolved, and then they refused to take responsibility for the actions that caused this damage to my car as well as asignificant loss of my time.Ive gone to Jiffy Lube for as long as Ive been a car owner and I have NEVER ran into this issue. I have come to expect great customer service and great work on my car from Jiffy Lube and this experience is ruining it all for me.As an owner of a store I would hope that you care enough about your business to admit when you are wrong and to make things right. I ended up spending 6 hours of my time (time I had to take off of work unpaid) at the dealership as well as $145 for the services they performed.None of this should have happened and you need to make this right.

I just needed some air in my tires and this place is close to work. Stopped in and was really expecting them to try and sell me on some service I didnt need and didnt want to deal with - instead, they filled my air for free and did it in 5 minutes. These guys were great, Ill definitely be going here when I actually need work done!

Usually I dont write reviews, however the service provided at this location, on 09/11/18, 7:38 AM, Invoice 448614, by the employee Ashton B. is deserved to be mentioned! Ive been changing my cars oil with them for the past 2 years or so, and I always got satisfied with their service, always an honest prognosis on the car, friendly people. So I got there early in my last visit as you can tell, I didnt say a word, but I had to leave quickly, so the service was super fast, maybe 20, 25 min, and when I picked up my car, I gladly noticed it was vacuumed also, my car was dirty! Mannn I was surprised and super happy, so I had to go back to the office to thank Ashton again. Those people have customers skills! Thank the manager, thank you guys. keep the good work!

Ive been here twice for an oil change. Both times the employees have been wonderful and even gave me tips on how to take care of my car. Its also in a great location to grab lunch while youre waiting.

I came from Wyoming and my brakes went bad on the way here. The very friendly staff got me in to Get them fixed first thing in the morning. They were so nice and so very fast. Wouldve been 4 stars if it didnt take so long. Regardless I bought them all a pizza and tipped my mechanic $20.00 after he did my brakes and rotors on a newly purchased vehicle.

Went to this Jiffy Lube and was told that they couldnt work on my car due to a company policy regarding a screw or nut that wouldnt tighten. Today I went to another Jiffy Lube and was told that there is nothing wrong with the car and got the oil change done. On the plus side, they were friendly and polite about not being able to help me.

I arrive before their posted hours and was informed that they decided to close early.

After being totally dissatisfied with the one on Santa Monica at Veteran (slow, rude, disorganized counter help, big, slow, lying manager) I drove a tad further to this one and couldnt have been more pleasantly surpised... Awesome counter girl, super, efficient crew, and great work done quickly... What more can you ask for? (Well, maybe get a better handle on the Sta Monica shop...).

Dont go in on a Sunday morning. Still havent changed their website that says they are open at 8am now instead of 7am. They say a typical oil change will take 45 min to an hour. Its already 1hr and 20 min counting, only 1 technician on the premises. To top it off the person that came in after me got their car done first. I only wanted an oil change. Jiffy lube standards have really dropped since the past 6 months. Its a shame. Ive been coming to this location for 4 yrs now. Time to severe ties.

When I pulled in I told them exactly what oil I needed. They said it was going to take 1 hour. Instead of waiting around I took an uber to do an errand in the mean time. They called me 40 minutes later saying they didnt have the oil in stock and couldnt change my oil. I asked why they didnt tell me that when I pulled in so I didnt have to waste my time and money (I could have just taken my car on the errand) and she said they dont check until they run my license plate?! I already told them what I needed. Completely wasted my evening.

Very bad customer service and overall just didnt do their jobs well. Never knew it took 2 hours to get an oil change with only one car ahead of me. Had 2 other people complain about time issues while I waited in the office. Definitely never coming back here ever again.

First I waited about 10 mins so someone could go recieve my car, the lady the asked what I needed was really nice, but when she walked me to the waiting room I asked if she was gonna leave the engine on and she said yes Ill come back in a minute i just dont think that is right to leave a customers car on and unsupervised, second the lady said it was gonna take about an hour to do my car because i had a car in front of me but they actually took about 2 hrs to get it done, third they said they were going to place a sticker on the windshield for my next visit and they didnt, I had to ask for it, the person I asked apologized and went back to get it, he got it, placed it but miles for my next visit are wrong! And last but not least my car ended up all greasy from the drivers door and the front, I own a white/pearl nissan sentra 2013. It was a really bad first time with jiffy lube, might as well just go back to the nissan dealer.
