Very cute place! The baristas are super friendly and the ambiance is great :) I had an oat latte and a vegan donut and both were delicious. Will be coming back to get some of their pretty merch.

Excellent espresso machine, passable coffee, tiny cups, hole in the wall with exorbitant prices. Its really close to my house, and Im pretty sure I forgot how to get there.

Went to try their brewed coffee. Taste good. Ambiance is nice. Well lighted and clean. Decor is appropriate with a twist. some items for sale (kinda expensive). Friendly staff. Didnt find a place to sit. Theres a short line when we ordered. By the way, this shop is very close to Echo Park Tennis Courts. Will come back.

I love this place! The food and coffee is great. My go to is an almond latte and it is always super tasty. The vibe tho is what really keeps me coming back! The folks here are super friendly. This is a great spot with great brews, good food and awesome folks.

Super nice, chill vibe. The merch is cool! I got a travel mug and got my mom a coffee mug! I want the black beanie! I drink tea and they had good choices.

Finally tried this place and the coffee was decent. Tastes like real, good coffee but I wasnt ecstatic about it. Worth a try though. They have good protocol in place right now during COVID, which is great. I tried a honey latte with oat milk.

Great vibe here. The vibrant colors, fragrant flowers, and friendly staff make this place a necessary stop if youre in the area. I like trying their special guest menu, but have also been fond of their matcha lemonade. The coffe crumble donut is always a nice treat. I found this place on a whim, but have been by at least once a week.

Subpar oat milk latte, just nothing really special. wouldn’t pay $6.40 for it again. the vegan erin mckenna samoa donut was yummy! overall, not disappointing so much as meh. wouldn’t go out of my way, but if in the neighborhood might grab a donut again.

This coffee shop is a hidden gem in echo park... do your self a favor and go check this beautiful spot. The soy latte was delicious as was the waffle. The presentation of the waffle was so pretty with flower on the butter my daughter was very impressed. Parking is easy to find around the street so it’s not an issue. The inside is beautiful with the fun color scheme and fresh flower presentation. The bathroom was clean and smelled fresh. I can’t wait to go back!!

I paid $9 for a coffee for them to tell me that I can’t use their restroom because of Covid!?

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Many alt milk options and vegan pastries available! Incredibly cute design and layout, nice bar indoors to sit and work at as well as outdoor patio seating. They use Stumptown Coffee which is typically a win and the latte was satisfying.

They have curated caffeine-free hot and cold options which is a common oversite at coffeeshops.

Indispensable! This block needed a good, small cafe.I stop in for afternoon coffee, but have hung out for breakfast, as well. Coffees great, the pastries are high quality and the guy who runs this place is cool.Just because Ive been to Sqirl before doesnt mean Im any judge of avocado on toast, but I have tried Mestizos and its just fine. Chili pepper on top is a good touch. I know even less about acai bowls, but I tried one here and it tasted ok to me. Theres other stuff on the menu, I havent tried everything.So: its great! Every neighborhood needs one of these.

The employees here were so warm and inviting. They were so friendly and excited to help me better understand the drinks. On top of that - I got the bala chai and it is probably the best chai ive ever had! Not too sweet and all the right spices :) I love this place and can’t wait to come back.

Wow, I love this coffee shop. Things feel intentionally meaningful here. Just walking into all the vibrance is a magic reset for my day! Drew is so welcoming and creates a delicious breve latte (they even use organic half and half)!! There are some really great community things (went to Mo’ Money Matters and walked away feeling encouraged and more capable. Sincere conversation about money, it turns out, is really awesome. Totally suggest Morning Meditations for the People too!). Anyway, it’s the most genuine coffee shop I’ve experienced and I think you’ll love it :-) They have such high values as a business, it makes every dollar spent meaningful. Oooh and the flowers tooo, sooo beautiful!

My first time here was in the covid-era and despite not being able to go inside, I had a great experience. I love the decor and design of this establishment. The iced latte was delicious and the avocado toast was served a very flavorful thick cut bread. I will definitely be going back.

Great coffee and kind baristas. My cortado was perfect even if it did have to be served COVID-friendly in a to-go cup. If you’re looking for some unique vibes, neon colors and tasty drinks this is the place. Music was a little too loud for my liking as someone who prefers to converse with my baristas a bit

Yum coffee and super yum egg sandwich. Toasted sesame seed brioche bun, melted cheese, mashed avocado, arugula and barely runny fried egg. Sandwich was a tad pricey for me, but support local, support black-owned. I’d come back.

I have nothing but nice things to say about this place, First off the service was fantastic and the two very lovely people were quite personable, very quick and very friendly. The coffee was amazingly fantastic, the barista really knew what they were doing, the ambiance was top notch and I loved the artwork around the place, and finally its one of the few queer owned/operated coffee shops in the LA area which gives it major bonus points personally as a trans individual but even without knowing that little tie bit of information this place still exceeded my expectations and deserves more recognition for the fantastic work they do. 10/10. This will be a regular spot when I come and visit LA.

Melbourne coffee rating 5! Great coffee and great service. Would love to see the menu expand but what they offer they excel at. The avocado on toast on egg was fantastic. Perfect size for breaky for 1, or a snack for 2. The only thing lacking was metal utensils, plastic ones make for a difficult dealing with sour dough!

If you are not in a hurry, this is the place to eat breakfast and have a hot drink. The menu is limited, but their creations are worth the wait. I had the egg sandwich; it was simply delicious and sloppy. The top bun will stretch your jaws to open for every bite, and chances are that the egg or spinach will slip and fall, hopefully on your plate. I would order the same again, but I would ask for the top bun to be toasted or flatten a bit.

Came here with a friend and fell in love with this unique space. It had a distinct taste and feeling - unpretentious compared to places on sunset. Great coffee and just an overall thoughtfully designed space.

Wonderful coffee shop in HiFi that supports, encourages, and raises the voices of POC. Prices are fair, coffee and small bites are lovely as well. Bring a book to donate in their drop box and book to read on their patio. Theres a community board as well highlighting upcoming events within their community.
