This place was great, I cant say enough good things about it. The owner Kevin took time out of his life to make sure he responded to each and every one of my emails in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and was incredibly professional when it turned out I didnt need to get the room replaced it was the hard drive. He could have easily tried to sell me something I didnt need in order to make a bigger profit but he did not do that. Instead he gave me exactly what I needed given my computer usage and nothing more. He didnt try to dodge me, his prices were right on, and they are professional. Like I said I cant say enough good things about this store.

My battery on my Lenovo was totally dead and thought I would have to get s new computer. I called and spoke to Kevin....he was super helpful and said he had it in stock..he was able to help me on a Dunday with very short notice and was in and out within an hour! Great service and great prices. Highly recommend 👌

I came in with my Lenovo Yoga computer screen completely cracked and broken. The service was great at first, they gave me an estimate and said they would repair my computer within a week. This was great, but when I got my computer back, the screen was not correctly put back in place. I decided to give this place 3 or 4 tries to fix the same issue, but I came back disappointed every time. I was told to buy a new computer cover, since my original one was bent (which is fine), but they STILL COULD NOT properly put the new screen in place. Out of fustration, I accepted my laptop and have decided to never come back. Given how many times they had a chance to correctly repair my laptop, I do not recommend this place for your lenovo repairs.

Awesome! They were so nice. Takes time to figure out amount for repair or sell price. I ended up selling it, got a check pretty quick. 2 Parking spots by it. Dont come during traffic time, its bad around that area. Definitely would want to upgrade, sell and buy new laptop here in the future.

Had an issue with my laptop screen. They resolved the issue and went to bat for me with Lenovo to make sure that the warranty covered the repair. Highly recommend.

Use these guys, not Geek Squad. For $110 I got my PC rig fixed. Best Buy asked for $150 plus the price of parts after telling me it was my video card and / or power supply not being compatible. Well, it turns out it wasnt either issue but just an error I made during the installation. Long story short, Id have been majorly ripped off if I hadnt gone here.

I brought in my Lenovo computer the other day, the screen was cracked, it wasn’t functioning properly, and I thought it was a total goner. Kevin and his team totally saved my computer within two hours! Life savers!

Surreal overcharge, maybe cause he realized that I am foreign, but he didn’t expect me to understand about computers! I have a gaming PC, which I built, with few problems that i couldn’t solve.. I took it to them, and they came up with the reason, the motherboard was dead.. In order to fix it, they charged me almost 300$ for a new modeboard (saying that would use the same I have) and 100$ labor, plus fees!! However, I bought my motherboard for 115$ dollars one year ago, how could it cost almost 300$ now? After asking for prices sources, he couldn’t explain me very well! Anyway, I hope he enjoys the 55$ dollars fee for the computers diagnostic, cause fortunately I am not naive enough to spend more than 400$ for something that could cost 150$!!!

I am Brazilian on a quick trip in LA and they helped me fix my laptop in just one day and delivered to my hotel on the same day. Obviously, I paid an extra fee, but everything worked fine.

I brought my Toshiba laptop here. The screen had lines on the bottom/wasnt functioning properly. They had the part in stock and replaced it in about 15 minutes! A little on the pricey side ($99 for parts, $75 for labor) but I wasnt paying for it (insured through SquareTrade) and they give a $25 discount with a Yelp check in. He is authorized Toshiba (and many other companies) which is great. If you have a claim that requires an authorized center (like American Express) this is a great place to go. Parking is limited and a bit of a hassle: if you can get a street spot that is best. Thank you CC!

I just had my touch screen for Lenovo X1 Yoga replaced at California Computer.I was leaving town and need it to replace my screen right away, They had screen in stock and it only took 2 hours to replace it.Lenovo referred them they are Lenovo authorized service center.Excellent service and quick turnaround.

Got my broken screen iPad repaired at California Computer, Looks brand new after replacing my screen. It was dropped off in the morning and picked up in afternoon.Technicians were professional at a great price.

Worst Experience with them went their for getting my laptop repaired(it was just a replacement of laptop back cover), and these guys broke my motherboard, their guy who repairs the laptop does not even wear static charge protection gloves most probably the reason motherboard got burnt up. And in return the manager blamed me saying I gave them the already broken laptop for repair. They are running their shop for last many years and their laptop repair process is not even streamlined if they doubt so much then should have checked before starting the repair of my laptop if its working or not. After lot of argument and a wait of 30 days.. yes 30 days.. the guy agreed to put new motherboard, asking me to pay 400$ as he was giving it from a new laptop. Motherboard was not fully compatible few functionality did not even wrk on my laptop, trackpad was replced and brokenThen after one month the repaired laptop again stopped working again the reason was bad motherboard, this time they said there is no warranty for new motherboard. So I didnt wasted my time with these guys took my broken laptop back with me (paying 55$ again for daignosis). I bought new laptop after that,. this is the worst treatment I had so far from customer service perspective, . But any new customer beware before going there as these guys dont take any guarantee if they mistakenly broke ur motherboard due to negligence. I suffered a loss of 900$ laptop, plus gave 300$ more to these guys for damaging my laptop and getting treated badly, better to go to ur Laptops company service center and spend few buck extra instead of loosing ur laptop and get treated badly.

Low-balled me on items I wanted to sell. Personally overheard a phone conversation between the owner and a phone customer where he quoted a $7 item as selling for $24.99. Shady
