Only has sorbets as vegan items which is surprising and disappointing.

I was so excited to try this shop for the first time but was quickly disappointed. I was in line prior to 9 p.m. which is their closing time (I got there around 8:45). The people in front of me took awhile to order. They had a lot of questions and three kids with them that they also wanted to order for. It was frustrating for myself and everyone in line. I could tell that the employees were starting to get annoyed as well but I waited patiently for the guests ahead of me to finish. When it was my turn, they said they were closed and slammed the window on myself and the other customers who were standing there waiting. I could understand if I had arrived after the closing time but I was there before. It had nothing to do with time constraints but everything to do with the employee’s laziness. They could have served us. Especially since the only items on the menu they were serving were ice cream in a cup or in a cone, none of the shakes or sundaes were available to order. I was hoping they would practice better customer service and exhibit some type of professionalism.

Ice cream isnt the only thing on offer here. Weve been coming here for years and cant believe how much weve missed it!

Fourth of July 1:30 staff:Every step of the purchase was disturbing. Including ordering, paying and receiving the (wrong) order. Corporate needs to review this location for it’s continuation of its franchise agreement. Shameful. Embarrassment. Revolting.

One of my favorite ice cream places ever -- I love that they let you sample any flavors before deciding and the person helping us out was super patient with us. My friend and I ended up getting the Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shops® Strawberry and the pot of gold and Rainbows (a rotating March flavor which was cereal-milk ice cream with lucky charms marshmallows)! Both flavors were sweet without being overwhelmingly so and a single scoop is the perfect size to satisfy a sweet craving.

One of the workers at the store is just amazing. I believe his name is Ed, he has the best customer service and best scoping skills Ive seen!
