First and foremost this woman is an absolute angel. They will never know how thankful I truly am for them. When my original cake order with a different company that I had booked months in advance had to cancel my order 5 days prior to the event Top Tier Treats stepped in without hesitation when many others would have said no. She went above and beyond. This cake was absolutely gorgeous and tasted just as good as it looks. I would HIGHLY recommend Top Tier Treats. I loved my experience with this bakery!I was looking everywhere for a vegan cake for my friends birthday party and some of the most well know grocery stores didnt have it, and the private bakeries that did were way too expensive. I came upon this little gem on google and decided to give them a call. The lady on the phone was so friendly and helpful that she found me the perfect cake. I placed it on hold and picked it up just in time for the party. The bakery was clean, bright and the staff were amazing! and best of all, the price was very reasonable. Now just wait until you hear about the cake! :)I got the strawberry vanilla cake ....the decor was so tasteful and elegant and the cake tasted amazing! Not only did it not taste like it was Vegan, but it tasted even better than some of the dairy based cakes Ive had.It was delicious, moist, flavourful, and fresh! They make a great iced coffee and have a proper espresso machine. Ive tried a few of their ready made cake slices and a cinnamon roll. All excellent. Im glad I live close by! Unnecessary for me but a helpful note is that they make vegan cakes and desserts as well. Pricing for ready made and their coffee is cheap for the quality:)

I ordered a very small custom cake with Winnie the Pooh design. They helped me with the look of the cake. I ordered it while I was traveling abroad, despite the time difference they communicated everything very professionally, followed the instructions, and did a fabulous job of making and delivering the cake. It looked and tasted great. I will definitely recommend this place.

Scrumptious!!!Picked up a few tasty treats at the Vegan Street Fair today. The pecan bar is so delicious, it felt sinful to eat it. I only took a few bites, I wanted it to last. You Cannot tell it is vegan... at all. Anybody and everybody will love the treats at Top tier.They have the perfect name for their goodies. I sent a message trying to order a carrot cake (quite simple imo) on a Tuesday for Saturday. They called me back on Wednesday (twice) and unfortunately I could not pick up because I was at work and they were closed by the time I was off. Called back today on (Thursday) to discuss the order and they said that they had called multiple times and basically cannot bake a cake I guess?? and to call back on Saturday to check whatever they have left.Not coming here ever.

After working in a amazing bakery in south orange county I have become very picky about my cakes. I was skeptical and nervous about this place because they had so many vegan options. I have to admit I was thinking they cant all be tasty having so many and I was scared to make the wrong choice. I can attest that at least 2 of them are andI will definitely be back to try more combinations!!!The lady on the phone was great and explained the vegan options to me and what size I needed for 5 people. When they tell you that get at least ONE SIZE UP! ( Youll thank me later )The cake I purchased was a 9 inch VEGAN Raspberry buttercream with one layer chocolate one layer vanilla, Raspberry mousse and Raspberry fruit filling layered in between. That cake was so moist and full of flavor no one believed it was vegan.I cant stop thinking about this cake and we were all fighting over the last piece. This place has made a new customer for life!!! You made my Moms 64th birthday spectacular! Another thing... This cake traveled 8 hours by car before being presented in this photo! Were shocked it held up so well on a drive to Sonoma!

Their chocolate cake with chocolate frosting got a rave review from the birthday woman, age 92, and her son. It featured mousse filling and was decorated with fresh flowers. It was not the vegan version, but will become a favorite, I can tell.

The cakes are delicious, theyre a little expensive, but every cake is really good, not sweet, theyre fluffy, and theyve got great customer service.

Ill start by saying that the interior is so beautiful! Large and spacious and can seat so many. Its quite loud but I think thats expected for a Saturday brunch. The service was slow and it took a while for me to order.We got the smoked salmon and it was amazing. I think they really nailed it with the poached egg. The pancakes were so good... the reviews werent lying when they said that these pancakes were the best theyve ever had.Also look at all the cake selections!

This place has amazing chocolate cupcakes, vegan and traditional. We love how they arent too sweet and taste fresh. For our daughters 3rd birthday they made a nicely designed African safari decorated chocolate cake. The party loved it. The last time I was there I got the lemon tart and it was the best lemon tart Ive ever tasted. Im still thinking about it a month later.!!!

I have been to LA several times, but this was the FIRST time I have come to Top Tier Treats! I cant believe all those missed opportunities I had in the past. But its okay - upward and onward!Top Tier Treats has several locations in the LA area. I had a chance to go to the Burbank and Buena Park locations. Regardless of where you go its going to be busy. The Burbank location seems like its an older building. Parking is a little smaller. But it doesnt matter where you go - the pastries are amazing no matter what!

So happy that I dont have to go all the way back to Los Angeles to have the yummiest vanilla cupcakes ever! I just finally tried that banana pudding which was AMAZING! Also great service!

The cream cheese mousse is tofu based and their buttercream is dairy free as well.Pictured below is their smallest cake, it was about enough for 6 people.

So delicious!! I have heard stellar reviews about this bakery for years from my Hawaiian and Filipino friends, and they were right. They also carry a small variety of cakes at Uwajimaya stores if you cant make it to the actual bakery. As someone who has an egg allergy, Im still able to have the cream cheese pies as they dont seem to contain eggs. Yay!!

RUINED BIRTHDAY CAKE! Dont trust this vendor for your most precious events. They were rude, insulting and condescending to us when confronted with the fact that they completely ignored our custom order requests and made a different cake entirely. The cake they gave us included ingredients that the birthday girl could not eat, and the guests all agreed the cake was a) not what we ordered and b) inedible. Much better places, more trustworthy places around that wont insult their own customers.

We hired Jamaica to make our wedding cake, and it was such a great decision in so many ways. We had a semi-naked chocolate cake with white chocolate frosting, and a strawberry mousse and whipped cream filling, and just typing those words makes me want to eat it all again.But let’s be honest, the two things you probably care most about are:Q. Did it look beautiful? A. YESQ. Was it delicious? A. HELL YESOn top of that Jamaica herself was really helpful while we were organising it all. She was always happy to suggest practical and tasty combinations to fit our vague notions of what we wanted from a cake; she prepared a tasting selection for us to take home and enjoy as part of the most delicious breakfast I’ve ever had, and she went out of her way to accommodate a couple of very specific requests we had.In conclusion, if you want a fabulous wedding cake, I STRONGLY recommend Jamaica.

I went here for a cake tasting for my wedding, and Jamaica was absolutely wonderful! She sat down with us and explained the process of ordering and such, gave us recommendations on how we can create what we wanted, and what would be best for cake fillings and such.

Used to be called Jamaicas Cakes, but people thought it was a Jamaican place. Its the name of the owner. New name. Still the same great moist cakes.

Got my birthday cake order completely wrong, refused to acknowledge mistake or apologize, instead insulted me, insulted my husband and did not offer refund. The cake was tasteless, flavorless, dry, and was not what we ordered. Ruined a special occasion and I am posting everywhere I can so that no one elses birthday or event is ruined by their negligence and terrible customer service. Bakers are supposed to be helpful and attentive to their customer needs, especially when their customers are paying above average prices for specialty orders. They should be even more so in the even they mess up a custom order. Instead they were rude, arrogant and completely went rogue on our order. James, the owner, is a nightmare who preferred browbeating us to dealing with a serious product issue, and his employees are also rude and unappreciative of their customers. Give your business to a vendor that deserves trust. These people are untrustworthy, and treat customers in an completely unacceptable manner.

I just got now slices of their cakes so awful the taste and it’s not solid when you touch the bread like crambs fallen apart, it could be 3 days old their cake displayed this should not be sold for 5.50 it has to be 3.50 per slice there’s no special on those two flavor that i got, I’m sorry I’m food critics I’m not a chef but i have excellent taste when it comes in sweets and hot meals. I’m just craving for a pc and usually i really don’t buy outside i make my own or i cook thats totally different when you make it from scratch, commercial food its really nothing it’s wasting time and money. Lenny deli bakery is much better their cakes there compare to this one.My advice when you baked cake it has to be unique taste not only the design it should be always both, people can pay skys the limit but make sure the quality is in there!!
