Bought a 300 dollars phone, on this covid economy thats all I can afford now. The phone seems to heat up, ask the sales person if I could exchange the phone.for another. Mind you Im still on my 2 week warranty. Seems to change it I have to pay an extra $75 ...I barely could pay the 300 dollar one. I ask the sales person about.warranty, about hidden charges, he said this is what you pay. Came to ask for an exchange, because I dont feel safe with the phone a Nordplus5g, the lady says with a sarcastic tone, well you should have read the receipt. I guess its my fault for that, and for trusting TMobile would not stick me up like that.
Cindy the representative was great! Helped me with all my needs. Went above and beyond to get my family set up. We appreciate how engaged the manager Liz was and staying attentative to cleaning and wiping down the store keeping it germ free.
I needed a new phone and went to this spot and Im glad I did! Milton was helpin me out and he was fantastic! didnt BS me, explained everything clearly and was super funny. I would probably go out of my way to come to this location now. OH and it doesnt hurt that all the boys there are cute. lol.
Real review!!! I went to Pasadena Sprint all locations, all the Glendale locations and all the Arcadia locations none of them could activate my phone. Then theres the Highland Park, California location on Figueroa...Yo they have this cellphone prodigy named DAVID R.!!!!! This kid has mad mad cellphone skills...Check him out!!!

If you are looking for a great plan and good service in the LA area look no more sprint will beat Tmobile in lots of area, I get 150mbps at my house where tmobile only gives me 5mbps average, (glassell park area)

I recently went to discuss why my phone bill was high. The associate there helped me more than I expected. He helped me set up autopay and another account. He answered all my questions even the ones I didn’t realized I had.The downside is that only two people are there to help you even when there were 5 people there. One was just standing around I’m not sure if it was the manager either way he didn’t do anything useful.
I went to Radio Shack the people there were so helpful, I found what I needed and I took an extra item.

We went in person to close an account, little did I know this would turn in to a dilemma. I kept getting billed and found out that the guy Isaac didnt do his job and cancel the account. Now Sprint is making it difficult because theres no notes or proof that I actually canceled.
