I didnt know soft serve could have depth of flavor like this! Its so smooth, creamy, and delicious, and every flavor is fully unique and interesting. Ive tried the loaded pints, the soft serve pies, and the standard soft serve in a cup and have loved everything. The loaded pints are huge and PACKED with toppings. And I had a piece of pie in the freezer that I was nibbling on over four days and it somehow stayed fresh and soft the entire time. I do enjoy the sft serve fresh from the machine there the best, though. Nothing beats fresh soft serve!

Why havent I tried this place sooner? I think it is great for a quick dessert treat! It was a soft serve that was quite delicious. A variety of flavors that are located on the wall. The brackets mean the two flavors can be combined into one if you so choose. You also have an option of single-serve pies to choose from and toppings for your soft serve. Due to covid-19 you have to pick a number outside and show it through a glass and they will post the number digitally inside to let you come in. Overall fun time with family.

I wish I lived closer to Magpies. I would come here weekly if I could but I live too far away. Nearly all their flavors are plant-based, using coconut or oat milk, which gives it an amazingly creamy texture that also tastes refreshing! My favorite flavors are their vegan corn (sounds weird, but you just have to try it) and Thai tea. During the Fall, I also love their pumpkin soft serve, which tastes like a light and refreshing, not too sweet pumpkin pie! Theyre constantly changing flavors, so follow them on Instagram to see whats on their menu for the day/week...I cant promise you though that you wont get major cravings though when you see pictures of their delicious ice cream!

I didnt like the softserve. I had a vanilla latte flavor in a cone, and the cone was dry and not tasty. The toppings all fell off and they do not add that many to begin with. Not even a good aesthetic for the value. The others liked it more than me, so Ill give it 4 stars.

I came during the week (mid afternoon) and the parking lot of the strip mall was packed. So it could be hard to find a space. As for the soft serve they have some unique flavors which are always good to try to see their take on things. I enjoyed the Malted Milk Chocolate the most. The other flavors I tried were ok, but true to their names. I wish they had a classic vanilla flavor because sometimes thats the best when you get toppings.

Im lactose intolerant and most places have just typical flavors of ice cream for vegan options or have one or two to pick from. Magpies has one or two new vegan flavors EVERY WEEK. And they rotate so typically you have 4-6 to choose from.Last week I got Date Cake and Chocolate Cake. Before that it was Ube And Coconut Macaroon. Ive had Red Velvet and Mexican Hot Chocolate. Corn Almond. Green Tea.Today I picked up three pints: Pandan, Thai Iced Tea, and Lemon Cake. Im honestly so happy. I never thought I would be eating Pandan or Thai Iced Tea ice cream. But here I am. Filled with ice cream and joy.I look forward to checking their new flavors every week.

I didnt see complementary water though, so just be advised.Cons: small place. The behind the counter area could be moved back a foot, to allow people traffic space. Parking was a challenge, but this is L.A. so 🤷🏽‍♂️

Magpies Softserve is hands down the spot to go for a sundae! They dont play around, the sundaes are huge and I dont know many people who could finish one.. Really lol. I absolutely love this place.. the service, the food, the sundaes, and the restaurant itself. Its definitely an old diner type of place and I love it. Its one of a kind.

Solidly ok frozen yogurt. As the Good Place points out; soft serve (especially this) leaves you disappointed. If you’re looking for vegan options this is the place but regular ‘best flavor’ of vanilla was not creamy enough and toppings were decent. Hot fudge was good though.

So great :) Went with a twirled Birthday Cake and Golden Grahams with Graham cracker streusel on top (not too sweet and just a touch salty) - I’m pretty sure you couldn’t go wrong with any of the flavors. Excited to go back and try the cake.

Ive tried sooo many flavors. I love them all! Highlights are a passion fruit and guava one. The chocolate is a classic. These are so delicate and yummy. I have frozen them and saved them for later. So delicious!

They have lots of rotating unique flavors a long with the classic ones, a good bunch of vegan options, lots of toppings to choose from. Staff is great and happy to provide samples. O.M.G. Had the soft serve almond pie. Not only is it fantastic in flavor but it has amazing texture. Creamy ice cream with a sweet crunchy honey comb topped with an airy delicious whip with corn flake crispies. Definite mouthgasm. Perfect cool dessert for the summer heat and sugar craving.

This place and Tea Masters in Little Tokyo make the best soft serves in all of LA. Whereas Tea Masters only offer one flavor (matcha), this place makes so many creative and delicious flavors, and the textures are perfect. You can swirl two flavors together or have them side-by-side. Yum!

I really love their soft serve ice cream. It is so thick and creamy and its really filling. There arent a whole lot of choices but its fine. Whatever they serve is the best! highest recommendation!

Magpies has limited options with flavours but their servings are huge and the waffle cone was great. There is limited seating but you can always take it to your car and enjoy the dessert.
