Riley and John are both friendly, helpful, and professional. The whole process was super easy. The facility is clean and in working order, and the mobile app makes entry/exit very convenient.

If you are new to renting a storage space, this is the place to go to. Easy set up, the staff was really helpful with the process. I rented the space in less than 10 min. They also have all the moving supplies that u need.

Since the pandemic, Public Storage changed its access hour to 9am to 6pm, which is very unreasonable. How could anyone with a normal occupation to be expected to access the storage from 9am to 6pm? Does it expect everyone to skip work or school?Also, even before the pandemic, it was still lousy in time. It used to shut down earlier than its policy, and I could not store my stuff before having to catch an International flight.Being double standard at its best, it never hesitates to send you threatening email if you leave the storage just 1 min late. Joke of a company.

I had a great experience here ! I stored a lot of my valuables here for a month. I had. I issues here other than the lack of air conditioning haha.Riley was especially nice and considerate ! She does her job exceptionally well whilst retaining a great attitude !Also John was respectful as well.

These clowns charge 50% more than any other storage facility in town. For $140/month, I get access hours that only go until 6:00 PM and an elevator that has been broken at least 10 times in one year.

John was friendly, efficient, and professional. He showed us different options, told us all we needed to know, and had a unit set up for us all in about 20 minutes! It made the day much easier, and started off moving on a good note.

La Rome made the move in process super quick and easy. All of the angles have been thought out and my stuff seems super secure. Definitely the cheap way to hold onto anything you cant store in your home.

Great service, fantastic manager, and convenient location. This was my first time renting a storage unit and the manager greatly helped me by guiding me through the process. His tour provided me enough knowledge about the storage place which not only ensured me that my belongings will be secure, but also showed me the main features about the storage place. The main issue I had was that the key code only worked from outside the main entrance, but they fixed it a week later.

Ive used Public Storage many times before and this was by far the best experience. Check in was quick and thorough all thanks to Yvonne. Excellent service by John. Very quick check in. Explained all of the details of the unit. Two carts available to move. Elevators useable with code. Seems like there are good hours of access. Elevator smells a bit funny, but otherwise things went smoothly.

I have been renting at this location since 07/31/09. The staff especially Kasey provide excellent service. I have rented different sized units and they are all clean and well lit.I have never been pressured into buying anything from this location. Every one has always been very helpful oftentimes recommending a more cost effective solution to boxing or packaging problems. Based on my experience, I recommend doing business with Public Storage wholeheartedly.

The website and the signup were painless and the manager, john, could not be nicer or more helpful. he even found me a better rate and gave it to me because i had reserved online (better than the walk-in rate).the place is clean and well run and the building i am in requires codes to get in and out of garage and for elevator access. spaces are reasonable for the price and access is a breeze. they even have a bathroom in the garage.the building i am in is also climate-controlled so it is ideal for things like musical instrument and clothing storage.recommended.
