This guy is amazing. Locally owned and reasonably priced, I got a bike rack cheaper than anywhere else in town. The owner has an amazing selection and a vast knowledge of cycling. I will be going here from now on.

Very helpful staff. I was able to purchase the part I needed to fix my daughters bike at a very reasonable price and got some advice on how to do it. I plan on bringing my own bike back to get a tune up in the future.

John at Goose Creek Cycle was incredibly kind, thoughtful and above all, honest.He finished the derailleur adjustment in under 12 minutes. Totally awesome experience. Fair price too.Prior to discovering Goose Creek Cycle,I visited two shops within walking distance of my home. All I needed was a quick adjustment to my front and back derailleur. Both shops where two to three weeks out and seemed very interested in upselling me on a long list of things that may or may not need fixing.Driving 5 miles was well worth it.

My wifes bike developed a flat so I dropped by Goose Creek and promptly put a new tube in the tire on the rear wheel and we were good to go. Very prompt service at a reasonable cost. Will definitely go back there for future biking needs.

Goose Creek is my go to bike shop. I bought a Roubaix there and they have been amazing in helping me maintain my bike and keeping up with maintenance. The staff there is super friendly and they make an effort to actually get to know their customers. 5 stars all the way.

I have tried the others on this side of town. They are closer to home and are adequate, but nowhere near as responsive or detail-oriented IMO. I called Jon for a mobile visit on a Friday, and he was here first thing Tuesday morning after the July 4th holiday weekend. You simply cannot beat that service. If I cant get what I need from the mobile service, Ill go a few extra miles to visit this shop before going anywhere else.

Was able to look at my bike right away. One visit, they were able to repair my bike right on the spot.

Helped me get fitted to a new bike for commuting to work. 63 commutes pays for the bike - my health and wellness benefits are bonus points. Thanks guys!

I was worried about going to a bike shop to get the chain repaired on my 23 year old big box store huffy bike. No bike shaming here! I recently purchased a Specialized Stumpjumper from Jon at Goose Creek. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful in comparing different bikes and features, even brands that he didn’t sell. He gave me an awesome deal and he ensured that my new bike was built and ready to go in time for its first trip to NC!Overall, my purchase experience at Goose Creek was wonderful and I would highly recommend this shop for a new bike purchase.

I’ve been to 3 bike shops in Louisville and this, BY FAR, has the best customer service! Definitely prefer to spend my money here than those other places.

Great service! I called 15min before closing looking for a wrench for my new bike pedals (trying to do the DIY peloton and winging it was not going as planned lol). They met me at the door with the wrench and even sent me home with a plastic bag with a little grease in it to make sure i installed them right. A little while later and the pedals were on and cleats installed on my shoes. Will be back when i need anything else bike related!

I needed a small repair on my bike and Noah got me straightened out in 5 mins, super cool dude. He showed me some small technical stuff and we talked bikes and routes for 25 mins.

I came in on business and had a few minutes, stopped in and had an awesome visit with Noah. Great little shop.
