I’ve gotten many tattoos done by Tim and I refuse to go anywhere else. By far some of the best experiences getting a tattoo was in his chair. He always lets my friends sit in the room and is always joking with us making the environment comfortable. The tattoos he’s done are some of my favorites! I would 100% recommend!

Got a rib tattoo by Tim, best experience exactly what I wanted. He went through different placement options just to make sure I liked where it would be going. Was overall hilarious and super nice. I would go back in a heartbeat. Felt beyond comfortable. And pricing was good. Highly recommend

Amazing I got my ears pierced for the third time every time I got pierced at places like Claire’s they got infected and something always went wrong but here it was. Amazing super clean and professional I got my ears pierced by Sarah she was great and talked me through everything and made me feel comfortable and not pressured to get them pierced

I’ve gotten my conch and my helix ear piercings at this place and i have never been let down. My earring came out and they put it back in for free. The people there have been nothing but nice everytime i’ve gone in there. I will definitely be going there for the rest of my piercings.

I have 2 tattoos, one from 2004 and the other from 2005. They badly needed some touch-ups. Keri did an absolutely FANTASTIC job. Great experience! I got my doubles and my brother got his first lobe piercings done. Mom was worried about my brother getting them and came with. My friends and I went to get live ear piercings last week, and Ana did an amazing job! She was friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and the piercing was done quickly and efficiently! Ashley was AWESOME!!! I got 4 piercings total - my third row of studs, and two orbitals in my cartilage. She was so fast, yet gentle and precise. Great placement, very little pain. She took her time getting me set up and explaining how to take care of them after. Definitely recommend!

Ive been here a few times for ear piercings and Ashley is always super sweet and does a great job! Only thing is its a bit pricey but thats to be expected I guess. Hoping to get a tattoo done here one day.

Our experience at Tatu was great! My daughter had her ears pierced for the first time last weekend. We scheduled a time where both ears could be done at once. The piercers were awesome and explained everything. And they measured to make sure the piercings were in the same place on each ear. They used needles instead of a gun and Ive heard thats more sanitary and you have less chance of infections. I highly recommend this place for ear piercings!

Ana was awesome! She pierced my daughters and my ears. She was super patient with us especially when my daughter suddenly wasnt feeling well after getting her piercings!

No one answers the phone here. Heard great reviews so I wanted to check it out but I called 4 days in a row around 1-4 and no answer. Can’t remember if voicemail was an option but I think not or else I would have left several memorable ones that I’m sure I’d remember. I wrote back on messenger what the issue was and they said 11 am is the best time to call because it’s just so gosh darn busy :) well, I work the graveyard and I keep hitting that snooze button so I made the decision to take my daughter with me to see them in person. It was close to closing but I just wanted someone to lock me in instead of playing phone tag and well….I was told to call to schedule. One day I will get my consultation and one day….just maybe…I’ll get that tattoo my mother warned me not to get. Just maybe.

Ashley was a phenomenal piercer!! Getting my first cartilage piercing made me nervous but Ashley did a fantastic job and was a very calm presence despite the full waiting room for her.

Would be a 5 star rating but one of the ladies that works here was beyond rude in handling a situation involving my wifes ID. The nice lady that did my wifes piercings I would definitely recommend, unfortunately I can remember her name but she is petite and has blonde hair and an honest attitude. My wife has gotten 6 piercings from the same lady, she gets 5 stars.

Ashley was amazing and came highly recommended by a few friends. This was my 3rd piercing and she was 10 times better than my first 2 experiences. I will be back to see her for more after these heal. No pain. No bleeding. Took time to measure and explain everything. She’s amazing!

Great for walk-ins. I have gone to other piercing places were I have to schedule two weeks in advance. I called today to make an appointment and they told me that they accepted walk-ins. As far as piercings go, this place is a great choice. I went here to get my nose pierced because it was convenient and I was feeling impulsive, the piercer was fast and friendly to the point where I dont regret my random impulse at all. I also brought my friend here to pierce his ears and he was pretty nervous, but the piercer who was working was so excited to see him get his first piercing that his nerves eased up and he finally got what he had been thinking about for over a year. They give you good info on the care for your piercings, overall if I want to pierce anything else Ill probably come back here.

Ana is hands down the BEST piercer i’ve ever went to!! I have 19 piercings and I really wish I found her first. Before I found Ana, I’ve went to tattoo charlie’s, creative ink, & tatu in Jefferson mall and i’ve either had okay experience, my piercing was pierced crooked or my piercer had an attitude. Ana is very nice, very fast, and not just that but she makes sure you like the dotting before she pierces! I’m very OCD and i loved that about her. I came here to get my double piercing and I loved it. They were very honest and clean. They told me how bad it would hurt (which wasn’t awful about a 2 and that was it). They also told us how to take care of my piercing after I got it done. It was also done very quickly. I would definitely recommend Tatu😁

Just got the piercing that helps some people with migraines (the daith piercing). Not sure what the girls name was but she has long curly brown hair...super nice, super quick! Im pretty good with pain, but I felt absolutely no pain, and just a tiny bit of pressure! No blood on her gloves, just a little bit where the hoop is. Super friendly staff, very professional. Answered all questions I had, didnt make me feel like I was being a weenie, didnt make me feel uncomfortable. Talked me through the whole process. Definitely recommend this shop! Super clean! Will be coming back for any future piercings!

Had a daith piercing here done before by another piercer and the experience was just meh and my piercing ended up irritated and didn’t heal well even with everything I did. Recently got a nose piercing by Anna and she provided great advice and care for it and was super sweet. I will definitely come back again to get something else from her.

I went to tatu today and my daughter and I had piercings done by Ashley. She was really gentle and had a lot of patience taking her time to explain everything. Naturally we were very nervous but Ashley was amazing. She did a great job. If I get anything else pierced in the future it will be done by Ashley. I would definitely recommend her!!

I got both of my triple lobes and my left rook done here and Ashley was by far the nicest, most professional piercer I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! She made me feel that it was okay to ask questions, and my piercings were quick and for the most part painless. Ashley made the experience so positive and stress free, and she made sure I was okay and happy with her work throughout the entire process, and I couldn’t be happier with my piercings! Everyone at this shop is so nice and professional, and the shop itself is spotless (which given the covid circumstances is especially nice) and if I were to ever get more piercings, this is definitely where I’d return to have them done, and more specifically I’d love to have Ashley do any piercings I may have in mind!

I wanted some piercings and ANA was wonderful! Professional, explained everything before and checked with me before she pierced to make sure I was okay with placement. She made sure I was happy...and when it came time to change them out, she did another awesome job. Gentle, professional and I’d highly recommend! I even took my daughters to have their second piercings done. They loved her too!

I went in to get my septum pierced. And the lady who pierced me did not do it correctly. She put the clamp to high in my nose and then attempted to put the needle through my septum 3 separate times. I also asked her to count before she did it the first time and she completely ignored me. After the third time of her putting the needle in my nose I told her to stop and she informed me that “my septum isn’t meant to be pierced.” It was a very painful and bad experience.

Ashley literally is the nicest piercer I’ve had. She was so polite and friendly, and helped me through my first time changing it! Really great service!! Excited for my next visit!

I have had a piercing done at this shop twice and I have had a great experience each time. Recently I just went a little over a week ago, and I felt very safe and the facility was very clean which I greatly appreciated due to the currently circumstances. Ana was who did my recent piercing and she did a great job. She was very professional, and informative and was willing to answer any questions I had. Definitely would recommend!

I got my tragus pierced here, 1) I bleed an extreme amount and that is not normal 2) they pierced it completely crooked and now I can’t get an earring in it.

I love this place SO much!! I’ve had friends who have been pierced here, and before Covid I would go once a month to see Ana to get my septum ring changed out. My nails are too long and I am not capable of changing my own brain, which is a little ridiculous, but she is always so sweet! The shop is always clean, and she is very gentle. Any other interactions I’ve had with the rest of the staff has always been top notch, definitely hit this place up for any of your piercing needs.

I was super nervous to get my belly button pierced, but Ashley was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. Although there was a long line, Ashley took her time with me, to make me feel at ease. She walked me through the process and even gave me water and suckers when I started to feel dizzy after the fact. I highly recommend getting piercings done here!

Terrible experience and customer service! We were told one thing yesterday about piercings, so we returned today with proper documentation only to be told that was not the case and a different rule! I drove 35 minutes to come back today, only to be told “sorry, the girl who told you that has only been here 2 weeks” (not my problem). However, if I had the documentation with me when I was here yesterday, we would have received what we came for. If you are going to have rules in place, you should properly train your employees to be consistent in implementing them!

Will never get a tattoo here, both artists were snobbish and blew me off when I went in to get an estimate (twice). They seemed like they didn’t want to be there or didn’t want to work. Place should get some artists who would enjoy their work. If the artists can’t admire their work how can I??? Piercing people are very nice though, good people, professional.

Tatu wouldnt let you in the room while they are giving peircings because of social distancing unless you are also getting a piercing. Because they seperating family no one was able to catch this girl fall after her peircing.Practicing social distancing with family members is irrational and inappropriate.

Me and my boyfriend went to get our nose pierced. Ashley was our piercer . She is amazing. I seen her a time before when she did my coworkers nose and cartilage piercing. Her personality is amazing and she makes you feel comfortable. Quick and easy ! I would come back again and will definitely reference this place to anyone I know that wants a piercing.
