Great experience! I came in to get my septum pierced and everything went smooth from the jump. She showed me sterile supplies so I knew everything was cleaned, made sure everything was comfortable, and even did breathing with me before the actual piercing. Not to mention my septum is naturally not straight so when the piercing was a little crooked she offered immediately to redo it because SHE actually cared about it. Not painful at all, actually one of the least painful piercings I’ve had, surprisingly. Very kind, comfortable, and professional staff! I will be back for sure.

Didnt even get pierced here, but Amy graciously helped diagnose the issue with my irritated piercing at no cost. Shes an absolute pro and I highly recommend her for all your piercing needs (especially those relating to female anatomy). Cant thank her and the Twisted crew enough. I would give them a million stars if I could. I took my 7 year old in to get her ears pierced today and Amy and Pat were so wonderful with her. They talked to her and let her make her own decisions. There was no pressure on my daughter to go through with it. I can’t thank them enough for being so patient and kind. I’m so glad her first ear piercing experience was a good one and she’s so proud!

Wow, Im thoroughly impressed. I worked with Twisted Rodney to get a forearm tattoo. I sent him my idea with reference examples and he quickly sketched up a personalized design. I had a few tweaks and he worked with me to get the look I wanted.I go in for my appointment, the place is clean and everyone is friendly. It ended up being a 4 hour appointment and thankfully Rodney is a great conversationalist which greatly took my mind off the pain. Probably the most painless tattoo Ive gotten.Talented people who love what they do. I highly recommend this place.

Great experience here! I had my septum pierced at another shop but it was done too high and crooked. I decided to go to Twisted Images to get it re-done after hearing lots of good reviews. So happy I did! Despite my bad scar tissue, they did an amazing job! Its actually symmetrical now and I love it. Will be going here for all future piercings.

I went in with a piercing that was swollen up from an accidental pull and they changed my jewelry out and took care of it as a walk-in! The staff is so friendly and make sure that the jewelry is fitting well, they take their time and dont try to get you in and out quickly without taking care of your need. I would recommend this place to anyone who has to get jewelry changed out or is just looking for a new piercing!

They were able to slip earrings back in without having re-pierce my ears after I had my studs out for over 5 years. Then I went back a few weeks later and got my first tattoo done by Kenny. He did excellent work and the tattoo was exactly what I was hoping for. Ill be going back to Kenny for the rest of my tattoos. Excellent staff, great tattoo artists, and extremely fairly priced. For piercings and tattoos this shop is A+ all around.

I had a fantastic experience at twisted images. I was a walk in, and was immediately helped by the staff at the front desk. I was able to get in to see Kenny ward, who I cannot say enough good things about. The room I received my tattoo was clean, well lit, and comfortable. I brought in a sketch of what I was wanting, and Kenny drew up a beautiful final draft of a sprig of lavender. The whole process was very pleasant, Kenny was very obviously experienced and knew his craft well. The tattoo I got took around an hour, and was 100$. It turned out beautifully and I can definitely say I highly recommend this shop.

Great experience overall for a first tattoo. However, they need to stay on top of updating their Google site. Google said they were open, drove an hour there only to find out theyve moved and theyre still closed.

I came here after developing an irritation bump on a rook piercing. The first piercer I went to used a hoop, which made it even more difficult to heal. I called Twisted Images and they got me in super quickly. She changed my hoop to a curved barbell, and was super gentle with it. They were all super friendly and informative, and it was such an easy process. Will definitely be coming here for piercings from now on!

I went for piercings and from the moment I walked in it was a relaxing experience. Great place to get a piercing!! My nose stud fell out so I had to go somewhere to get it put back in. I called and Amy told me to come in and she would look at it to see what she could do.I went in and she was able to help me out. She sterilized the stud and piercing site and proceeded to put it in. Amy was kind, helpful, patient, fun, and respectful. I will definitely be back for something else in the future.

Bunny was fantastic! All I did was a repierce in my lobe and she was super knowledgeable about piercing through scar tissue and offered me some options to not have to go through it. She was very friendly and I felt very comfortable! Minimal pain and super through when telling me the procedure and after care.

My tattoo experiences have been largely positive, but none as welcoming as with Kenny Ward at Twisted Images. I was going to be in Louisville for work and found Kennys work in my research of area shops. I reached out a few days in advance (his Instagram had mentioned open books), letting him know I was looking to get a long-desired floral piece and provided details on color, size, placement, and even included some of his previous art for reference. Kenny was friendly and professional in his communication and even more so during the appointment. This tattoo truly felt like a collaborative effort and Kenny brought my vision to life in the most beautiful and skilled way possible. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I will be traveling back here for more work in the future.

Amy pierced my Septum today and it was a really awesome experience. Shes really good at what she does and it was relatively painless. They use new needles for every piercing and the facility is clean. They also have an emergency email address that you can use to contact them if you think a tattoo/piercing is getting infected. Its very apparent that they stand behind their work and they care about their clients. I couldnt have gone to a better place for my first face piercing. Ill definitely be getting future work done there!

This was my first time visit to Twisted Images. I had to replace the top of my monroe piercing. The building was welcoming and very clean. The price for my replacement was very reasonable. What a wonderful friendly knowledgable staff. While I was a walk in the wait time was not long they worked me in quickly. I also liked that my piercing tech Bunny showed me that my monroe top had been properly sanitized.I highly recommend this business as my over all experience was awesome!

Helpful and friendly staff. You cant usually expect walk-in availability. However, appointments are easy to make, there is always someone in the front. The prices are quite high (I paid $225/hr).They offer free touch-ups, though.

I brought my daughter to Twisted Images to get her ears pierced. She was nervous but Amy and Corrine explained everything that they were going to do in a way that my daughter could understand (shes 5). They were very kind and patient. They explained the care procedure and even called the next day to check on my daughter. Ive had a wonderful experience there! I got a tattoo for my 50th birthday its unique and the tattoo artist known as Satan LOL did it he did a great job and I was able to come back later and get a touch up for free.

I just got bilateral daiths done here a couple days ago with Bunny and LOVE THEM. I came with three other friends and we all had a great time. She was so professional and FUN. Everything was very clean and she walked through her whole cleaning process (I’m a nurse so this is a must!). She was absolutely amazing and i can’t wait to come back and get another!!

The tattoo is absolutely beautiful, easily twice as pretty as what Id seen pictures of online. Ryan was meticulous.
