Bought a car from Hays Auto 3 years ago. I was never told about any issues on this 2014 Ford Escape, within 3 weeks of purchasing this vehicle it was in the shop for almost 2 months because it had a bad engine, which thankfully was fully covered since it was still under warranty. Since then I have paid total over $5,000 for this vehicle to have a motor mount, turbo hose, tires, brakes, rotors, both bypass valves, coolant hose, radiator hose, and thermal bypass valve all be replaced. I called them numerous times during my first year of owning the car to explain the issues in hopes they would work something out with me since they were not honest originally about all the expensive issues that I was purchasing, they wouldn’t even answer the phone 90% of the time or when they did they would just hand off the problem to someone else. I was given the run around with this vehicle just so they could get a sale and some commission in their pockets. Shame on you Hays Auto for taking advantage of people when they are trying to do good business with you. Readers, please beware of this establishment.

Dragged me along for 3 days, saying I had been approved based on my terms then on day 3 they tell me I was only approved by 1 bank and the down payment would be triple. Completely dishonest and a waste on this nurses few days off

After the negative experience my husband and I had at Bill Collins Ford, it was nice to go somewhere that really cared about its customers.

Absolutely terrible place to buy a vehicle. They will tell you anything just to sell you their rusty worn out junk and the salesmen there will fight over your commission right in front of you. Hays family owns Town and Country Ford across the street. Bought a vehicle from their dealership too, and did not have a good experience. Stay away. They dont even use accredited loan companies, so if your expecting to help you credit score by buying a car there, you can forget that.

Bought a car from here just a month ago the car has been in the shop for 3 weeks. Was told by 3 different mechanics I was sold a lemon called to try and get them to try and get them to do the right thing and was told this was a cash deal nothing we can be held accountable for. I do not recommend anyone deal with this car lot. I drove my car for 4 days put less than 300 miles on it and im being told the whole motor needs replaced????
