As a small business owner I can honestly say this place has horrible customer service. I don’t understand how they can treat customers in this kind of manner and stay in business! They advertise their fuel prices at a lower price but you pay more at the pump. I paid 7 cents more on the gallon. Their rewards program is not what it says it is. I went online and registered my card and used it in good faith that I would receive the fuel discount and I received nothing except an “I’m sorry”. I will report this to the bbb as well because this was the worst experience I have ever encountered at a gas station. I will never come back here again!!!

You should be ashamed of yourselves. You dont answer the phone and when you do it goes to a fax machine sound. So if a customer wants to know if something is in stock while in a pandemic, they have to come in. Thats not right.

I was very disappointed in my experience would just simply trying to get gas at this station. I usually do not complain about small things but since there was more than one this company needs to do better. First of all they had no windshield wiper fluid in the little small stands for me to clean my cars windshield. And then after I was done there was no receipt paper to print out. Extremely annoying when the place was completely empty and somebody who works there should have been checking on that stuff.

I come up here occasionally to get my fix of Chesters Chicken. However, upon arriving today I found they have gotten rid of Chesters without any explanation or any alternative hot food options.So if you used to come up here with the expectation of a quick, hot meal, that is no longer available, and thus the only reason I had to come here is no gone. Go elsewhere.

Ive made my last trip there today. Wearing a masks isnt good enough. Youre even told exactly how it should be placed. If you ever have that encounter, itll be by a 50+ white heavyset male that is ridiculously rude and arrogant.

This gas station usually has a good price when you can pay for it. Their rewards are usually good when their system is up and working.I’ve tired to get gas here on several occasions only to find out their system is down and they can only accept cash. This has happened over several months so it seems management isn’t doing anything to fix these issues.I’ve unsubscribed from their loyalty emails and will not be stopping here again.

It took me forever to get my reward/points card working, but I like the fact that you can grab a couple Monsters and get 10 cents off per gallon. The breakfast sandwiches are decent and its one of the few places to stop before 6am when all the fast food restaurants open. The bathrooms are on par for cleanliness and the customer service is also decent. Remember that which I always forget: beer growlers and fills for sale here!

I had Chester’s chicken today for the first time and the lady at the counter was super rude! She should NOT be working there with her attitude. I will never have their chicken again!

I have had three experiences where the pump card readers were not working. However, sign up for the app and pay through Paypal and you get a discount each time. Plus every Thursday and Sunday you are given bonus discounts through the rewards program. Get the App!

What A. rood customer service representative Jeff is. I cant believe they hired This guy. he smarted off to me. a guy in front of me. and the guy behind me. and this guy works your gas station? really MapCo ? Whats more, he got my order wrong .then he told me I must have told him wrong... then when I asked him for a rewards card he said, Mapco does not give out replacement CARD what a piece of work this guy is... Im sorry Mapco ...but I wont be back...

If you think you can get a discount on gas by getting one of their deals for buying chickenor a coke or case of pepsi s, think again.In the past I tried to get this deal and every time on the next trip the pump ignoredthe discount.Its a scam which will only stop customers from buying their gas in the future.No response from Mapco either.

Dont stop to get anything at 11:30am. Walk in and the cashier tells me the store is closed for 10 minutes for shift change. Why the hell would you not have a shift change at any other time than 11:00am in the middle of the day? Never will be back.
