While shopping with my daughter at Oxmoor Mall, we decided to grab cookies. We used to get stuffed cookies and slices of giant cookies at the location in Indianapolis. We stood there for several minutes but the person behind the counter was more interested in their phone and never greeted us. There were 5 cookies in the entire case at 5pm on a Thursday. I’m not sure if the lack of product is normal for this location but we were really disappointed.

Worst of the worst! You can not just ignore costumers if you still working! This guy named Marcus making angry faces and ignoring me 5 minutes before closing! Did you already clock out? No right?. This guys just asked for my card without telling me the total and when i asked for my receipt there again the angry face. He even added a tip to the transaction without my permission. I really hope this doesnt go through because i giving no money to lazy a$$ people

I ordered cookies for baby shower. Firstly it was little expensive and also the taste was not so great. The design I asked for was not upto the mark. I asked them to make the design of baby bottles, pacifier, clothes, bibs and other baby related products with cream/icing on the cookie, they did not do it as I expected and was a complete waste of money.

Ordered a cake a week ahead of time and they called me the same day I was supposed to pick it up to say sorry they cant make it cause a cake decorater didnt show up but it was almost 2pm by the time they called me and they cant refund me for 3-5 days nor can they transfer it to another store!! No offer on a future discount nothing but a rude response from the district manager Tom. Im sorry you cant handle your company but this was super unprofessional and should of been handled a different way I do not recommend using this one. I went to Jefferson Mall same day to get new cake even though its the same district manager for this location as well the workers were wayyyy nicer and assured me they will be able to fix what this store messed up! ZERO STARS

Stood there waiting to be helped for several minutes. Another worker came out took the next person, but then skipped me to take the guy who so rudely walked up in front of me while Im trying to stand back (as signs ask). Not worth the insult.

Place an order 2 days prior. Was to pick up cookie at 11 am on Friday. Drove from Indianapolis to Louisville. Had to be back in Indy for a 5:30 party with the cookie. When 10 minutes away the called and said it wouldnt be ready until 4:30. Are you kidding me. Called me back 3 minutes later and said wouldnt be ready until 1:30. Told them I was 5 minutes away. When confronted by the gentleman who I think is the owner, he asked why I wasnt here at 11, not 11:30. He said things happen. Was a real jersey. Should have driven to Cincinnati. Worse experience Ive ever had with this company. Guess I should have looked at his reviews first.

I order a cookie cake for my company about once a month. I have had Liam assist me twice now and he has gone above and beyond to meet my expectations. He also has a great personality to go with his wonderful service. What a great addition to your company! As most of us know, good customer service is hard to come by these days. I ordered a cookie cake on Friday for my daughters 1st Communion, to be ready on Saturday. The REGIONAL MANAGER took my order and when we showed up on Saturday to pick it up, it had not been made and there was no order. So, we did not have a cake for this ONCE IN A LIFETIME EVENT. Why wasnt it made? How do you lose an order that fast? Tom assured me it would be ready and that they had time to make it. Needless to say, Im pretty upset. They didnt offer me anything in its place, just, Im sorry. This is bad business and I will not be back for even one cookie ever again.

Always great service and cookies are melt in mouth good. Work in mall so stop there frequently.

The stuff here is already overpriced, and on top of that, they dont fill the drink up all the way. If theyre going to keep their prices that high, they can at least fill the drinks up all way. Im going to Auntie Annes instead next time.

The same two extremely rude workers every single time. Both just blankly stared at me the last three times Ive been and acted like I was inconveniencing them by ordering a freaking cookie. Maybe time to change the staff?
