Ok I cant rave about this place enough! Their rosemary mint hand/body wash and body lotion smells amazing and makes me feel like Im at the spa. The staff is always friendly.

The sales associate listened to my questions bc my hair needs special products. He recommended some and sd if they dont work I can bring them back.

Their products are expensive but they work for me. I use tje botanical kinetics skincare line and have been for about 15 years or so. The girl that helped me was very knowledgeable. I got a mini facial and it was nice!

2 people walk in at the same time.. the “richer” looking of the 2 gets all of the attention while the other customer gets ignored with several questions and ends up leaving out of frustration and doesn’t buy anything. I was the one who got ignored every time I walked in because I have tattoos and don’t dress like an East end soccer mom!!!!!!

Great store. Good service and help from very nice retail professionals. The setting and spa-like feel, sights, and smells make a buying trip here a special experience.
