Try to drop off a FedEx package and this lady who help me was completely oblivious to FedEx. As far as their drop off and pick up times. Couldnt tell me if theyve already come. Couldnt tell me when they came. She just got there so she acted like she just woke up from her nap.Very ill prepared for her job. I needed the FedEx package to go out today.

Disappointed in walgreens. While I understand staffing shortages. It is very irresponsible not to notify those with waiting RX refills that due to no pharmacist the pharmacy is closed. So I was already waiting for my RX order to come in. Now I had to go to another store today where they now have to order my rx again and I wait and will not have it when next dose due.

Had an appointment for my second covid shot today, only to get there and see that the pharmacy is closed until Tuesday. I was even sent a reminder email yesterday for my appointment. Youd think they could have called or emailed to let people know they would be closed. This is kind of important.

Horrible customer service. Have to wait a week or more for prescriptions because they are short staffed. They dont care about their customers. If you have a medical condition and need medication go somewhere else you will never get your medication here.

4 days, no covid test results. No bueno.

Waited 1 hour to get second vaccine, workers are super rude, I waited and I was the only one in the waiting area and the technician on duty was just laughing and not cooperating and going her job, unprofessional, waisted my morning just waiting and finally the technician same one was talking behind the accounter come and gave me my shot 😡

I print and pick up photos here whenever I need one. Very handy, they do a good job, my prints are almost always ready the same day. Friendly service at my store location, too 😊

This is a good well organized Walgreens. The ladies that work the counter do a good job considering they have to inventory and stock items on top of rushing to the counter to wait on customers. Im in here every day so I know a lot of these people. The one thing I can say for this store is that the supervisors and managers need to lead by example and help out with things instead of throwing everything on the counter clerks.

Employee was great at helping me to print my pictures from my camera SD card, will be back to print my grand kids pics!

I shop at Walgreens all the time. This is by far the worst Walgreens I have been to in Louisville. I had at least $7 worth of coupons loaded on my card. After the sale, I looked at the receipt and asked the lady why none of my coupons came off. She just looked at me with a blank stare and said well they didnt come up. I just stood there, waiting for her to take my reciept and check. Nope. She just kept looking at me. I walked out with my items, but after reviewing my reciept in the car, went right back in and asked for a manager. He reluctantly came up and I explained what happened. Never said Im sorry about that. I had to pull up my Walgreens app and SHOW him the coupons 3 different times. FINALLY he says he can exchange those items for the coupon price. But then he says he can only give me $5 cash back? And then he changes his mind AGAIN and says he can only give me point credits?? This is after standing there going over the reciept with him for at least 20 minutes. FINALLY I just ask if I can return everything. He says yes. He NEVER apologized until I was walking out the door. Both he and the cashier acted like I was a huge burden and were not friendly at all. Will never go back to this store.

Friendly workers, clean, welcomes me every time I come in. The only reason I knocked 2 stars off is because they seem to stop selling the items I buy most, like big red 2 liters, aquanet hair spray, suave professionals shampoo/conditioner and Tone body wash.

Best pharmacy in town. I love this place. I usually go here to get all of my families prescriptions. DeeDee is by far the best person there. She always goes above and beyond for us. She is this way for everyone. She really loves her job and is really good at it. I went to another walgreens late at night after leaving the emergency room. I stood at the counter for at least 20 mins waiting for someone to help me. All they did was stand in the back and complain about other workers. Finally after being acknowledged by the pharmacy tech she told me it would be a 30 min wait, put our info in the computer and then started complaining all over again. After waiting for 20 mins decided to tell me they couldnt fill our medicine because they were out and some of it would be cheaper to buy over the counter. I asked for our prescriptions back and left. I went to this pharmacy the next morning and DeeDee had no issues filling any of our prescriptions. Like always she went above and beyond. Walgreens i hope you know how awesome DeeDee is.

This place is absolutely horrible! Customer service is very bad. I needed a photo and guy just said to my face that I am new and dont know how to do it. If I need it I need a photo, I have to do it myself and he will charge me for doing everything myself!

The absolute worst. Ive been going here monthly for over a year and not once have they had my full prescription ready when I arrive the exact same day, every single month. Never a sorry or any responsibility taken. Taking my business elsewhere.
