The gals here are so wonderful Derrike and knowledgeable! Anything I want to try they help me with so that when I revisit I’m ready to purchase what worked. Thank you gals for being so wonderful. Through my pregnancy with my crazy skin changing to now being 41 and also having crazy skin changes. This location is by far the best I’ve been to in the three states I’ve lived! Thank you 🙏

I absolutely LOVE this store and their products!!! You can’t go wrong! The staff are very friendly and kind also very helpful and informative. The staff are always bubbly and sociable, greets every single customer and asks if you have any questions or need help to let them know. I always stick to what I know which are exfoliants/body scrubs and creams that give off tons of moisture and purifies skin. I get my normal products for each season when it changes but I always ask for a suggestion on what a employee thinks I should try thats new after I explain what type of things I enjoy using. I leave this place with tons of great things pleased by how I’m always treated! Expensive products but all natural and WORTH it ladies and gents. Also if your unsure about your skin sensitivity or are new to the products they give you GENEROUS samples to try, how awesome is that!

I visited this branch of Lush for the first time today. As I approached an associate greeted me and asked me to sanitize my hands as I walked into the store. I have no issue with this. I have been mask wearing and following guidelines for hand washing/sanitizing throughout the pandemic. I was vaccinated back in March and have been continuing to wear a mask due to concerns about transmission of COVID variants.However, I noted that none of the associates including the one who greeted me asked ANY of the customers who entered the store after me to sanitize. I note none of the other customers or any Lush staff were wearing masks. So my issue is twofold: as Lush is a very tactile store and they are now offering in-person shopping again I feel everyone should be asked to sanitize their hands before entry, and also I felt completely singled out by the staff member. Not sure whether she assumed that because I was wearing a mask that I wasnt vaccinated? The lady who checked me out was nice and she did give me some free samples so not all bad, but please do better to not make people feel unwelcome.

First time Ive ever been to a Lush. My friends and I had driven 2 hours to go to PF Changs and we stopped by the mall to go here. I was armed with a list from my daughter to get several things. They have strict covid procedures. You cant pick anything up unless youre buying it, you cant open or smell anything without help from a worker. They hand sanitize your hands before you go in. All in all not a bad experience. They had good stock of items available. It can be expensive for some items but everything is well made.

Nice store layout and many great scents of bath bombs soaps and other cosmetics. All hand made natural stuff.

Tired Bubble Bath, try LUSHI discovered accidentally, on one my trips Oxmoor. I didnt know what make it. But I got couple sample hand creams, free and discovered their bath balls. I crumble half one in my Tub .I love smell. The water changes color. Not like the Cheap balls, but worth money. I bought one just try. If you want something different try Lush in Oxmoor. Only one Strore. Staff nice.

Lush has eliminated in-store shopping, reduced its operating hours and eliminated a couple days a week from its schedule.I placed an order online for in-store pick up, reviewed the store hours listed in the email to those on the website (as the email suggested) only to arrive and find the store locked up and the lights off.I called the store and was advised that they were having a management training meeting and to return later to pick up the items I had purchased.Weve implemented a system to keep you safe and get your goodies quickly, their email said.  Well, thanks for making me make an entirely unnecessary second trip into the mall today.Not only did this contribute an increase in the risk of my safety, but was an incredibly disrespectful way to treat those bothering to contribute to the continued existence of your business.This was my first experience shopping at Lush, and now my last.

Its a lush! Probably the same as every other Lush you may have been to.If you havent been to Lush, it has a ton of bath bombs, oils, soaps, scrubs, face masks, etc. Bath bombs are the main attraction. They are on average around 6 to 8 dollars each but they are big, smell good, and usually a higher quality than most places (like a Walmart).Did not enjoy being pestered by the saleslady there for almost our entire visit but its a mall so.

Ive been meaning to leave this review for a while but now Im able to do so. I went to Lush with a friend to buy a birthday gift for a friend of a friend. First off, I had not the slightest clue as to what to get because at the time I didnt know this person. When I tell you this had to be one of the best shopping experiences Ive ever had!I and my friend start conversing with all 3 of the sales associates. I only got the name of two them Live and Claira (I may have misspelled her name, my apologies!). The ladies were super helpful and made the experience super personable! It was like I was shopping with my friends and not some random associates --- no offense to random associates lol. The environment there is so welcoming and fun-loving I would definitely consider working here part-time if the opportunity arose. You can tell that the staff enjoy each others company and it shows in their work ethic. After helping me pick out products, Live beautifully wrapped the gift and Claira even gave me and my friend these amazing samples! Just when I thought the experience couldnt have gotten it better they proved me wrong! I can not put into words how impressed I and my friend were with the service.If you like sustainable products, a welcoming environment, and interesting hygiene products I highly recommend you come here! Id also like to add my new friend loved her gifts and had not heard of Lush and said she definitely plans on buying more products from them now!Live and Claira thank you so much for the great shopping experience! Higher ups please give these ladies a raise they definitely deserve it!

Do you love scented lotions and bath bombs? They have the best but I have curly hair and have struggled my entire life to find a good product that would control frizz but not look wet and I finally found it. R&B by lush is the best. It is a little pricey but once you buy it you will happily pay it. Especially since it doesnt take much and the scent is out of this world.

I’ve shopped at lush stores in in multiple states including Florida and Baltimore and this location had the worst customer service of them all. WORSE THAN BALTIMORE and that’s saying something because Baltimore customer service is abismal. The first employee to greet me at the door was incredible rude and once I got inside the four-five employees inside were too busy chatting amoungst themselves to help me. I wandered around the store for about 15 minutes before approaching the cashiers desk and having to ask for help. Once the young lady began to help me she had no knowledge of the products and acted as though I was inconveniencing her. The products are good but this location is the pits. Avoid it at all cost.

I adore this place!! It is definitely a happy place for me. It just smells so fresh and clean as soon as you walk in it greets you. The employees are lovely, so nice and helpful. They are knowledgeable and will happily answer your questions. They also offer samples of products for you to take home and see how you like them. My favorite thing is the bumble bee moisture scrub thing... Amazing!!

Since when does a store in the mall close for lunch with no online statements of hour changes? Worse than this, they didn’t even reopen at the time posted. I was on a lunch break and wasted my limited time waiting for this store to open. Went to the new competitor down the road buff city soap.

Always friendly staff. All products are not tested on animals, and a lot are vegan. Use them for all my skin care needs. Also, Danielle is wonderful and always helps me out finding what i am looking for. She has great taste in footwear and is absolutely radiant. Love going to Lush.

Been using the shave stuff for years made my blades last 2× longer.

Wife uses this soap and I like the smell but it doesnt dissolve properly. After she showers the shower floor is extremely slick and looks like a cup of cinnamon is poured on the floor. I have to rinse my feet off after I shower...fail. 2 stars needs improvement but good idea.

The store is always in GREAT condition, the products are ALWAYS available (in my experience), and the staff is knowledgeable. Today, three stuck out to me. One was named Danielle (I think). She is inspiring, kind, and helpful. One is a bright eyed girl with glasses and a neat haircut. Another is the girl who wears Sephora lipstick with lush lip balm. They made me feel connected to the store. They made me feel appreciated and understood. I will be back for sure! My advice is to ASK what works for what you need, and try them out!

Everything here smells so good! I literally want to eat it all. Jane and the rest of the staff were super helpful and friendly. They even gave me a sample of some conditioner and the hard perfume so I can see how it meshes with my body chemicals. I cant wait to try more products from here!

Staff was AMAZING. They could tell me the best freshbar face mask for my skin. They new the exact ingredients and explained the importance of every one in detail. Hands down smartest cosmetology staff ever.

Amazing customer service. They went out of their way to answer a ton of questions about the ingredients used in several products. Due to a skin condition I must be cautious about what items I purchase. The manager provided me with some generous samples to try. Couldnt ask for a better experience and they have definitely earned my trust. So glad that I made the trip to Lush.

I could spend hours in here! The ladies are all so helpful, spouting off lists of ingredients from memory. I really do love their products. Only think that could possibly improve the experience would be lower prices. 😂

I cant speak too much to the validity of the thought that all of these products are great for you. I can tell you my experiences however.Let the good times roll cleanser is a great cleanser, but not an every day one. At least not for me. I feel it clogged my pores if I used it every day, which is the opposite of what I needed. Smells great though.The massage bars are sooooo nice. Not $15 nice, because if used frequently they just dont last that long.The hair shampoo bars has been fantastic so far, love the smell and the way my hair looks when dry. But again, the price is kinda too much.Lotions, bath bombs and face masks are all nice. Same problems listed above but its mostly price more than anything. These never irritate my skin.That being said, the ladies and gents who are employees at this store are top notch. Everyone is knowledgeable, sweet and patient. I really enjoy coming every time I do. I appreciate good customer service and that, along with fun products will keep me returning.

Great place! I have very sensitive skin and the staff was extremely sweet and helpful when showing me around the store. Watched a bath bomb demonstration, sampled some awesome lotions (which I HAD to leave with!), and got a free soap sample in my bag before I left! Definitely worth the two hour drive

Just awesome products that look and feel good enough to eat.The staff is always inviting and very knowledgable about all of the products. The shopping experience here is truly fun! And youll walk out with something(s) that encourages you to pamper yourself. Everything else in the mall pales in comparison.

I was having some serious skin issues and couldn’t get an appointment with my dermatologist for two more months. Twenty-four hours after being in LUSH, my skin feels amazing and looks great! One of the employees took the time to sit down with me and try different products on the backs of my hands to find a regiment specific to my wants/needs. I left with a wash (Angels on Bare Skin), toner (Eau Roma Water), and moisturizer (Vanishing Cream). The employee even sent me home with a sample face mask (Bunny Moon) that was a total game changer! I’ve tried so many different over-the-counter and prescription products, but nothing comes close to LUSH!!

My daughter has a severe coconut allergy and the staff helped greatly in finding her items that are Coconut free. It took time and they had to have patience as my daughter is 5 and she kept picking out things that had coconut in them.

I had a great visit to the Oxmoor Lush yesterday. I talked to Jake and he was so friendly and helpful. He introduced me to a shimmer bar that I wouldn’t have known existed, but I LOVE it. He suggested several bath bombs that were right up my alley and demo’ed a couple of them together that made the most delicious blue color I’ve ever seen. I really appreciated his help and enjoyed talking to him!

I have skin issues and I have tried many products to find something that would work. I read about lush and their dream cream. People said it works great. I asked my husband to pick some up for me. When he walked in he made eye contact with the greater they looked away and did not great him. The employees did little things that show they thought he was there to steal, even thought he asked for one thing derectly. That would all be dissmissable he wasnt dressed that nice and people judge whatever. But as he was walking away the person who checked him out said I guess we are going to get the crazies today. Talking about my husband. He did nothing that was crazy. How do you talk like that about you customers, no matter how they are dressed? He was clean and so where his clothing. He came in to get something to help with my skin issues and was treated like a thief and insulted. I wish I knew the name so the employees who did this. I expect better. Maybe you need to train your employees that is you dont have something nice today dont say anything at all. I will rethink coming back. Even if the cream works if you are going to treat your customers that way I wont be shopping there.

Right as my wife and I walked in the staff was waiting to help us, after finding out that we were in search of their famed bath bombs they set up a demonstration gave us some suggestions and even gave us a sample of some lotion on our way out! Great place to stop buy if you are in the area.
