If you follow my reviews, you know darn well that I appreciate a good packaged liquor store. I found absolutely no liquor here, as advertised. I do, however, appreciate the very nice people that work there and I found a plethora of cards and stationery. Five Golden Stars!

Five star service all the way! Very helpful, friendly and welcoming employees. Shop is well lit with plenty of room to examine products and make selection with ease.Theyve planned this place well, great layout and plenty to choose from. Not the typical snob stationary store. Highly recommend.Lots of gag gifts and fun hard to find stuff.

The Paper Source is a cute little shop located in an over developed area of St. Matthews, that sells some unique, although pricey cards and paper products.They even carry a few anti President Trump items.The store is very difficult to see from Lexington Rd. and the parking has to be some of the worst ever. So, if you dont mind paying $5 or $6 per card and dont mind driving around until a parking spot opens, this place is for you.

For invites, calendars, and gifts, this place is a go to. Sometimes a quality card is a beautiful gift in itself. While this is a chain, this location really runs like a local shop. The manager is so friendly & remembers me each time I come in.

I love this little gift shop. I go in so often for work that they know my by name. Theyve got a great selection of high quality paper and gift items and the staff is very helpful and happy. The items are a little pricey but very well worth it

Love this store. If you want to find unusual gifts and or great journal writing pens and papers..this is it!! Also if you want to get creative...so many fun paper kits and things to make. This store makes me happy!!!

Love love love this store and their customer service. Everyone is so helpful and they were wonderful as I was planning out my daughters Wedding Shower invitations. The invites turned out beautifully and they were excited for me when I showed them the final product and thanked them. Great store, selection and sales team. (OK...yes they are pricey...but you cant find the selection they have anywhere else.)

I love to go here invite the big sheets of handmade paper since I am a collage artist! This place is loaded with cool stuff! Anything that has to do with paper -theyve got it!

One of our favorite retail shops to visit to kill some time and to see whats new and seasonal. I have no idea whos in charge of purchasing for this company but they do an excellent job of finding unique and fun items.

Nice place but didnt have a big selection of baby shower invitations especially for twins baby shower invitations.

Pretty stuff but WAY too expensive for my taste. My husband and I went way cheaper for our invitations.

Great selection of paper products with an assortment of wrapping paper, leuchtturm 1917 notebooks, and Rifle Paper Co. products. Leuchtturm 1917 and Moleskine selection is limited, though. Odd assortment of toys and gadgets that do nothing to augment a paper purchase. Would have loved to see pens (ball point, fountain) or pencils for sale as well.

I was so disappointed today. I had visited the Paper Source a few weeks ago where I made multiple purchases $$$$ Was so pleased to find this shop. Told my family and friends about it and even posted their page on my FB wall. At that time I had mentioned that I had an important, expensive gift placed inside of a beautiful, large hatbox ordered from etsy which was also part of the gift and needed to be wrapped elegantly. The girls in the shop said it would be a challenge to wrap but they would figure something out when I brought it in. This morning when I phoned the shop to enquire about bringing it in to wrap, the woman I spoke to simply could not be bothered and said she didnt think they could manage it. I have already purchased my card from Paper Source and planned to buy the tissue paper and ribbon there along with the $10.00 gift wrap fee. I explained that before discovering their shop I had already purchased gift wrap online which turned out to be a very large commercial size roll so that there would be plenty of paper to spare for trial and error. This seemed to further encourage the employee to turn down the job by saying the paper has to be purchased by our shop. Which I probably would have agreed to do to have the service. At this point, though I was quite frustrated with her attitude and told her so. I have gone online and in a few simple clicks found a tutorial on how to wrap large round boxes. It does take more work, time and effort, something I would have gladly paid more for than the standard fee with Paper Source. Sorry Paper Source, but today your customer service was quite poor and while your products are amazing, beautiful and unique I wont be gushing so much about the actual shop.
