Its absolutely beautiful and elegant as was my grandmother. Wayne was patient, creative, and communicated with me throughout the experience. I found my new trusted jeweler.

I’ve used them exclusively for several years for watch repairs, bracelets, necklaces and most recently a watch purchase. The staff is very down to earth, knowledgeable and just plain friendly. They don’t have horrible commercials which is a huge plus, those advertising dollars come from somewhere, all kidding aside they are a wonderful group of professional to do business with.

Gumer & Company sold me a nice white gold ring with quality cut diamonds that sparkle. They also gave me a container of ring cleaner for free with the purchase.

I recently had a ring repaired at Gumer’s.They did not offer to give me back the gold band that they removed. After paying for the repair, I asked for the scrap gold. They gave it to me, but it should have either been given to me with the repaired ring or the scrap price of the gold deducted from my bill. It had a value of $70 which I suppose they were going to keep. Such an occurrence does not give me cause to trust this jeweler.

Wayne McKinley did an excellent job cleaning and repairing some of my wifes family heirloom jewelry. He showed exquisite care in restoring some very old pieces and made them ready for future generations to enjoy.

I wanted to see what theyd pay for bullion and asked the staff what their fee was, how much percent from spot price they charged. And the guy refused to tell me, and kept changing the question. I had to use my calculator to calculate his cash offer for my bullion vs the spot price. Turned out to be 5.2% for gold and 2.5% for silver

Weve been going to Gumer & Company for over seven years and have always worked with Michelle. Customer Service has always been top notch and they have always stood behind their jewelry. Im incredibly hard on my engagement ring and they always clean it up and make it look brand new.

The store is wonderful. The ppl are wonderful. The prices are fair. Only thing i hate is they bank through Wells Fargo, there rates are crazy and the costume service is awful. Ill never go here again without paying in full up front. Far to much of a headache

The staff here is great! They sized both my engagement ring and wedding band to fit my very tiny fingers (sz 3.5) perfectly. More recently, I noticed a prong was bent out of shape and they fixed it on the spot, free of charge!
