This review is 100% about one of the Kay employees, Urszula. Calling her a rockstar is an understatement. I had to send my engagement ring in because two stones fell out. The repair took a lot longer than I was quoted and I was terrified I wouldn’t have my ring in time for our elopement. She not only called the repair shop and stayed on the phone for lord knows how long, but she personally made sure that I had my ring. She got it shipped to the Kay in the town where we were getting married and I cannot tell you how appreciative I am of her. Without her, I wouldn’t have had my ring and the day just wouldn’t have been the same. Forever thankful for someone who goes above & beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. Cannot say enough good things about her.

Kays and especially Ursula, is AMAZING! My wife had very nice necklace and diamond pendant that she has had for years. It was damaged. It was very sentimental to my wife. After telling the story to Ursula and team, she jumped right on it. That particular necklace no longer existed and it was damaged too bad to repair. Ursula went above and beyond with the vendor and they were able to build her a completely new necklace and diamond pendant. The necklace was beautiful and EXACTLY like her damaged model. My wife had no idea that I working on getting her necklace fixed, and when I surprised her with a new one she was completely floored! Thank you soo much Kays Oxmoor!

Kays employees are great. I wanted a ring that has been discontinued. They look thru the inventory of other stores in their system and found 2 others and had them shipped to their store. I was impressed with their professionalism and care. A bonus was that the ring was on sale for 3rd of the regular price. I appreciated everything they did for me. They have been and remain my go to jewelry store.

This rating is specifically for Oxmoor location. I used to visit St. Matthews location for my services and was never happy with my experience there. Today I was helped by Isaac at Oxmoor and he took great care of me! He took the time to correct my accounts that were all screwed up from my previous visits at St. Matthews to make it easier for me to locate my purchase and service info for future visits. He was very patient with that and was very knowledgeable. He improved my impression of Kay Jewelers and I feel like my rings are in better hands!

If i could give this no stars i would ..this so called manager was the RUDEST AND HATFUL employee iv ever come in contact with . ..we had well over 10,000$ worth of jewelry in 3 rings...and the kays we had previously been going to ..sent them off for sizing, Well when we received them back, all 3 are now un acceptable to even wear ..so the corporate office had us take them to this location to be repaired. And oh MY, i wanted to give this lady a piece of my mind . immediately she was like im busy im waiting on this lady...UMM OK MAM THATS PERFECTLY FINE! And she was hateful at even saying that ...She acted as if it was OUR FAULT!! like we took our jewelry to the chop shop not another reputable KAYS..not to mention have paid warrentys on all......asked us why we didnt take it back to same location in a very sacastic tone.?? Really?! Why so they can mess them up again after you wait months in between to receive your paid for jewelry? Then she was like well i dont know if we can even repair these b.c they were done at different KAYS. ...Me: Ok since when? its any KAYS right? We then explined the concerns, then her response was well and if we mess them up your gonna have a problem with everybody .... LIKE REALLY??? I was thinking how is this up to us or our problem?? And i wanted to say WELL THEN DONT DESTROY OUR JEWELRY!!! as if again we were just ingnorant for taking them to there own company or even having a complaint of 3 different rings being ruined..one was broke in two..one had 2 stones fall out in less than 3 days. and my husbands ring had been grinded down.. Are those not worth being concerned about!??? ...i was appalled at the way she acted as if we were just complaining about nothing . All the time we were as nice and respectful as could be, No harsh looks or smart comments unlike her... as she was the most unprofessional person that could be in that business, especially after youve spent 1000s with their company! After is said and done they will never EVER GET MY BUSINESS!! im over it all! Its pathetic being treated that way!!!

My daughter was celebrating her 21st birthday and I was shopping around Oxmoor Mall wondering what I could get her that was special for turning 21. I wandered into Kay Jewlers to look around and was met by two smiling employees who ended up helping me make my daughters birthday very special. I was waited on by Sam and then later by Rebecca. As it turns out they were the manager and assistant manager (very hands on managing!). They were very respectful of my budget, seemed to really know their merchandise, helped me select a very beautiful diamond pendant, and made the entire shopping experience such a pleasure for me. Thank you Sam for your knowledge of your stock, and thank you Rebecca for another woman’s opinion about what would be a perfect gift. My daughter just lit up when she opened her present on her birthday. I highly recommend this Kay’s branch with Sam and Rebecca managing it. Thanks again!

Weve had to get our pearl wedding ring repaired here 4-5 times. Even with our warranty, they refuse to repair it now because the pearl is damaged.

Horrible customer service. Waited for half hour while employees helped 3 people that came in after me. Too many other competitors to put up with this. I came to get a ring sized and instead returned it. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
