Outstanding customer service by Patrick! When I purchased a rower a month ago, I was initially happy with the purchase. However, a horrible squeak developed. While the manufactures design could have been better, Patrick worked with me to resolve the squeak. Back to being well pleased.

Top notch sales (Patrick) and install!! Purchased for home gym - hoist roc-it leg press, lat pull down, and mi smith machine. Best biomechanics and fun weight systems of any equipment brand. Fitness Market only place that has models on floor to try out. Great value on hoist fitness ride technology and would rate higher if I could!
