This 5-star review is solely for the outstanding service from Maria and Romeo at the Deli counter. They were very helpful and did a great job putting my order together. I found them very friendly and could see their great smiles, hidden by their masks, but apparent through their eyes. I wish you both the best of luck.Before Maria and Romeo helped me, I was seen by another employee at the Deli that was rude and didnt even acknowledge my presence. He looked right past me, although I know he saw me. Unfortunately, I couldnt catch his name. This was on 10/26/2021, around 3:20 pm. Had this interaction with him been the only one I had here, this would have been a 2-star review.

Deli staff and the butcher counter are always super helpful and friendly. They usually have everything you need.

The store itself is good, good selection, good prices. However, my boyfriend and I have been harassed by security twice now for just parking in the lot too long as well as washing a few celery sticks in the sink. This was after being customers 2 separate times.

Most of the staff and customers are rude as hell.. They have no manners at all ... Cut right in front of you, no excuse me, thank you, how are you... Nothing!!!. One young staff member with black hair and tattoos was the nicest person we met there. I hate this store and will never shop here again.

If you’re going to start closing at 8PM, I suggest at least putting that information on your website ahead of time. No better way to lose my loyalty than wasting my time like that.

Great location King Soopers. Larger then the Lafayette store. And only about 2 miles away from the King Soopers in Lafayette. Not to mention, but here I go mentioning it,LOL, Fuel Center here is less than King Soopers fuel center in Lafayette. Plus oh, theres a full-service car wash right next to the fuel center here. Both of which can be visited while your kids are learning how to code @ninja coders across the parking lot...

Employees appear to view live customers as an annoyance that keep them from restocking shelves or filling baskets for online shoppers. One of the poorest customer experiences I have ever had!

I was here on Easter Sunday, it wasn’t crowded at all, and was blown away by how the manager, Penny, was behaving. She berated two cashiers in front of customers, yelling, «  I don’t want you two messing around today! » when they had JUST arrived to their stations. She kept pacing back and forth at the front of the store saying « oh my my god » and rolling her eyes. King Soopers, what on Earth??!! Please do better.

They need to hire more people and stock the shelves.

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO DEBBIE AT THE BAKERY!I brought in my daughters Friends party invitation in and considered having a photo cake done. I asked them if they could just do the frame of the invitation. They were very confident they could do it. I was skeptical. But I knew it would at least be better than what I could do myself. I cried when I saw this cake. The photo doesnt do it justice. We have shopped at this location for 3.5 years now. Tonight we went there to the deli close to 5:00pm to get chicken meals for dinner. The hot side choices were macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. Everything looked like it had been there all day! Dried out and extremely unappetizing!! I had to get the cold sides instead.I asked the clerk if they had any fresh in the back and his reply was thats all we have for today. If anyone risks it, they could potentially get sick. I told a manager to look at it and ask himself if he would eat it?! Suprised they dont have fresh sides for dinner time.Very disappointed!

I have been going to this store for 2 years now. The store itself is great when it comes to selection and friendliness of staff. However, the attitudes of the customers leave something to be desired. Overall the average customer at this store is slightly pretentious in their attitude and it is reflected in their actions. They are either slightly rushed if they are a younger person, where they seem to be in a hurry and you are always in the way. If they are older they are totally oblivious and are themselves in the way. Overall customers are unaware of the space they take up in the aisles, not often moving over for others until asked, and dont move out of the way if you are trying to look past their basket. Outside they often do not look left or right when crossing the street, relying on drivers to take all the action and then drive over the suggested speed in the parking lot. While none of this is directly relatable to the management of the store if you are self aware at all you will likely leave the store in a negative mood due to the entitledness of its customers. If this matters to you avoid grocery stores in Louisville.

Our go to grocery store for click list. Its awesome being able to shop at home and schedule a time to pick up the groceries. Saves us lots of time and energy not having to navigate the aisles and crowds.Same day service available now is really great as well.

Dont bother getting sushi. If you ask for chop sticks youll get a dirty look for interrupting what song the employee is listening to on thier head phones. Service is non existent at the deli counter.

Been shopping here since 1997. Great store with friendly staff. Large selection in every department. Can be crazy busy on weekends. They added a fuel center a few years ago. Prices are a bit higher than the Lafayette store. Ive shopped more at the Lafayette location since it opened as it is closer for me.

Going through a remodel right now. Items are being moved daily. Makes it difficult to find what you are looking for if you are a regular shopper there. If you shop late (after 9pm) isles are jammed with pallets for restocking and the only checkouts are the self service ones.

Amazing cashiers

They’ve changed the music in there to rap music! Why? I dont want to listen to that when I’m shopping, in fact I never want to listen to that. I’d rather have no music than to have to listen to that. They use to have more ambient music. Also I’ve seen a few people in there not wearing masks and it not being enforced. But I really don’t want to hear (the humpty dance) while shopping for my food.

I live right next to the kingsoopers let alone work in one. However when I come for a money order for my rent and get a shake down for my state ID i cant get a money order?? I literally had other card with my name and face on it. Worst customer service center ever. And I work grocery stores!!!

Other King Soopers seem more customer service oriented- I probably always just deal wrong employees theyre never the same but the customer experience is very low on the agenda at this store. So recent edit 10/31/21 happy halloween, unfortunately had issues with WIC the machine bot working causing my partner to waste an hour or more of time and then the machine didn’t work after the supervisor made my partner change her password twice wasting her time… really despise the supervisor who wasted my partner’s time and energy she’s taking care of 3 kids makes me more than willing to publicly shame them very lousy attitudes from the top down at this King Soopers

Its not the best . Came here to get a plate of food and the corn taste like they are expired and found a fly on my food. The Mac and cheese.

Staff here is really nice and helpful. Good inventory and produce is well kept. If you ever have trouble finding anything they go out of there way to help and have some of the nicest employees of any grocery store in boulder county.

Amazing service.I have had 4 months of foot problems.Last night I ordered the wrong cheese at the deli.The leader of the Deli understood my mistake and replaced the cheese. I limped to the service desk. Both attendees offer to go back to the Deli to pick up the replacement cheese. They were so helpful and concerned for my handicap that I was truly grateful.

Its a King Soopers... Its clean, open 24 hrs, has a good bakery, pharmacy, meat/fish, grocery, and a small bulk selection. Staff are always helpful, they have both checkouts and self checkouts. If you have any sense youll sign up for a loyalty account as you can save a decent amount of money.

LOVE KING SOOPERS! They are always super friendly with their customer service and are always willing to return something that doesnt meet their standard!

Best Starbucks around. The ladies & guys here are so welcoming & friendly. They make the best hazelnut latte. They always make my day better.

Decent grocery store. Not the biggest or best, just a typical neighborhood store. Watch for good sales and youll be better off cost-wise. They have a Starbucks up front, a discount shelf near the bathrooms, some vegetarian options (not a great selection - way too much Tofurkey, yuck), and an ATM. Sushi counter is good and they have some olives and a nice cheese section.

#KingSoopers of the Rocky Mountain region is the #Kroger and #Ralphs of Midwest & Pacific regions, respectively. This supermarket is in a great location with lots of parking! All of the things I forgot to pack for my extended stay in Colorado were here & it was SO comforting to have a familiar layout & item selection while away from home ❤

I was extremely disappointed with my visit here on Sunday, 1/13/19. I usually visit here on Sundays as its the easiest day for me to shop, however it tends to be busier that day and I understand that. However, yesterday while trying to shop, I found multiple staple grocery items out of stock. The most frustrating started in the produce section where i could not find ANY sweet potatoes (organic or non-organic). The same went for raw bulk broccoli. 0 options for those items. I moved onto the the meat section where I found almost all Simple Truth chicken out of stock including the individually bagged chicken breasts. Moving to the dairy and eggs, for the second week in a row, there were no 18 count Simple Truth eggs to be seen. In the Frozen food section, the Birds Eye riced cauliflower was no where to be found. Lastly, the largest bottles of Kroger/Kingsoopers mouth wash was also out of stock.While there were some alternative choices to a lot of these options (eggs, mouthwash, chicken), most come at nearly double the price (or lesser quality) which is not an acceptable alternative in my opinion. Some options were just not available last night.Needless to say I was very disappointed in my shopping last night. I would consider a different and possibly overall more expensive option in the future just so I know Ill be able to have my necessities for the week. Especially on a Sunday when things are expectantly (and predictably) busy.Regards,Gavin

This has become my go-to store as it is on the way to work, open early mornings, and over-all a pleasant experience. I want to start by saying that over-all the staff is very pleasant, with a smile and good morning, even though I am always there shortly after 5AM and undoubtedly in the way of the restocking. However, again, everyone is always very pleasant. There is an exception though. The young lady in the self-checkout area is not friendly. She seems actually quite angry each and every time I am there. I tried saying good morning the first couple of times but soon gave up and now just try to be quick, quiet, and trouble-free. I have seen her yanking viciously on the strap between the posts that cordon off an area while muttering angrily. Ive witnessed carts being slammed together. She just, like I said, seems very angry, and its like that every time I am there. Not exactly the patient smile, or even friendliness, I hope for from someone in that position. Again I know its five in the morning, but maybe this girl might be better suited to restocking shelves in an area where no one bothers her? Just a thought. Thank you!

Great grocery store. Fresh, local produce is in stock whenever possible. Staff is always courteous and willing to help out when they can. The grab and go selection is great and the in-house roasted turkey breast is so delicious!

Charged me twice for my entire cart. They supposedly were having problems with their system. I swiped once put my pin in and thought I was good to go only to be told it didnt work. I swiped again and put pin in and got a receipt. The same evening my wife was checking the bank account and saw we were double charged. I called the store and they told me to wait that it may drop off. I waited till the next day and the double charge moved from pending to paid. I drove to the store and what I experienced was beyond belief. Not a single employee tried to help. All I was told was their was nothing they do and I would have to have my bank fix it... My bank!?!? It wasnt their mistake...it was King Soopers.. now Im doing the leg work to fix your problem. I was told this by Andrew in customer service. He was being instructed by a woman named Tina, who couldnt lower herself to actually speak to me. I am completely floored this is how they treat customers. The store managers name is Faith Baker. Ms. Baker, you need to work on your staffs staffs customer service skills.

Have a talk with your cashiers and baggers about how to treat customers. I just came in and bought 30 cases of Bubly Soda and you would have thought it was the end of the world when I got to the front.... One tall lanky male scoffed at my cart and then started pretending to cough....I went down to the next available line that had 2 baggers and literally had to raise my voice at the cashier and the baggers to get in gear....I paid and still had to load half the cases back into another cart.... ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE BACK

On March 13th, 2017 I went to buy items as usual. After going through the self checkout and hitting done, I noticed the reduced Deli chicken wings did not price the discounted amount. The customer service person asked Jordan, the manager to come to help but he said he was busy on another line. I said- Ill wait. He came moments later. My understanding is that if consumers are charged over the actual advertised amount and its under $5.00 it is free for one item. After explaining being over charged, he stated that I scan the wrong sticker since there was two on there. I shared all the deli reduced had two stickers I just scanned the item-shared that the two stickers are confusing! Only the ONE advertised amount should be posted. ( Perhaps put the new price over the original one) He didnt want to hear it. He was Blaming the Deli- Dept and that they dont listen. I dont need to hear how departments dont get along. I want to be understood and heard. This sure didnt happen. It is more the principle vs. the $$ saved.I looked at the register and thought he gave it free but after reviewing my receipt it wasnt. I, as a consumer want to feel trusted by this store as I have in the past. I have lived here since 1990. I want to know K.S. stands by their policy and doesnt overcharge customers for whatever reason. I walked away very disappointed and feel do to this experience that consumers are being overcharged! This is sad.

Great produce section, open and easy to shop. Grabbed a coffee at Starbucks before continuing--- the baristas knew their game and were engaging and friendly. Got everything I needed and out the door in 15 minutes. A smooth experience I would say !

This is a good King Soopers. Lots of good veggies, clean, helpful staff. I docked one star because these people cant keep soda water in stock to save their lives. You ask, they say ok, still no soda water. This isnt just a problem theyve had for a month or so... Ive been asking/requesting/commenting for TWO YEARS. They dont actually look at sales data to make ordering decisions, because then there would actually be soda water.They tell you to special order it, you do that, and it never comes in. It irritates me. Just keep the stuff in stock and if youre not going to, then actually order what I ask for, send me the silly postcard when its in, and Ill come get it.

Wanted to buy some RC Cola. Ive never seen more that five 2 liters on the shelf at any time. Today as usual there werent any. They never keep stuff stocked worth a damn.The self checkout has some new software that has entered a new level of hell.Oh, and Im sick to death of them taking up a big portion of the parking lot for their plants or Christmas trees. At least they could us the other half of the lot occasionally.

The bakery is a joke and so is the management.I have been to the store 3 times to order a cake for my sons 5th birthday party, and apparently that is way to difficult for anyone who “works” there!Save yourself a headache, go somewhere else!!!!!

The deli at this location takes forever to help the customer. All the deli employees run away and hesitate to help, and put off the vibe of irritation that you are there to purchase there food. I am very disappointed,as this has been brought to management attention. And still nothing is resolved again this deli is the worst and makes the rest of the store look bad

Always an open lane, we shop here a few times a week. Sometimes it is actually faster to have a clerk check you out! Fast pharmacy service, and all the employees are very nice!!

Its your standard big box grocery store. Nothing impressed me but also it wasnt that bad. It is a cheaper alternative to Alfalfas around the corner.

My primary grocery store, with high quality products, good sales, and always a fast checkout. You can easily load coupons electronically to your shopper card on their website or app for even more savings.

King Soopers was wonderful with a giant meat selection the manager name Scott is great A little on at all side but hes a lot of fun to deal with

After visiting the floral department I came home feeling disappointed. Every King Soopers floral department I’ve ever visited has seen me with my children and have always given them a balloon. This time I arrived with my son. I told the floral receptionist if she could lower the prices on the roses because a lot of the roses were becoming old and were tearing on the ends of the petals. She refused. She didn’t even acknowledge my 16 month old son who was pointing at the balloons, saying “ball”. Her tone of voice was “professional”, but her customer service skills demonstrated otherwise. I would prefer transparent friendliness over professionalism anyday.

I go to a lot of trouble downloading digital coupons. And its time consuming.But just like last time I get home and check my receipt and Im not getting the coupon discount. And the cashier scanned my KS card.Plus Im not getting the SALES price on items.I had a coupon for Squirt, buy 1 get 1 free for 2 liters bottles.And the sale price was .99I was charged 1.67 EACH!I feel cheated every time I go to King Super.If this is happening to me, its happening to everyone. Folgers coffee, the manager needs to address ordering the variety blends a Folgers coffee. Not just one blend. Its inportent, I only shop there for a few things at time. But finding more and more, the stocking sucks. The mike, had to accommodate, on the milk, also. Please the order person needs to wake up. Thank you.I hate louisville.

This is one of the most magnificent grocery stores Ive ever had the pleasure of shopping at. King Soopers is 10x as good as Krogers and its owned by the same people. Weird

We have shopped at Louisville King Soopers since it opened. The Louisville location is terribly outdated and they badly need to move to a larger building. The aisles are too narrow with way too many obstructions (e.g. giant load bearing posts) To add to that - they fill the aisles with way too many freestanding product displays. I am not a wheelchair user but have witnessed how difficult it is for those who are to get thru this mess. I would be suprised if they were not violating some ADA regulations. I have always preferred King Soopers but might stop going there because it is such a miserable experience to get from one end to the other! If you care about your customers at all you will do something to improve this.

This is my FAVORITE King Sooper location, very friendly and they always have what I need! Love the Starbucks too! Brittany is by far my FAVORITE Barista! She is doing a good job training the new guy too! Morgan is also my favorite! Would reccomend for families in Louisville/Lafayette Area!

Large supermarket with good selection of products. Im from Illinois and found the prices a little expensive, but that is probably the area. Lots of variety and choices.

Endangering the lives of customers and staff by allowing people to walk around with no mask

Several days ago when I was buying lunch a male employee harassed from the checkout aisle. Calling out rude things in a rude tone. It was nasty. I called costumer service and reported it, and the woman whom I spoke with promised to have a manager call me back. Well that never happened. Either this woman couldnt care less or the manager couldnt. This was a disgusting incident.

They have done a lot to take this old grocery store into Yuppy town. It was always a nice home-town place to get your groceries. I always appreciated it because they have many of the hippy brands I like from Whole Foods, at half the price. Recently they have remodeled and reorganized things. That went a long way to making the atmosphere more pleasant, but that wasnt necessary. I liked them before the remodel and will continue to shop with them.

Usually my go to place, clean and friendly for the most part. Heading to Alfalfas more often as the meat dept guy cant seem to ever wear his mask right. Whats the point of wearing a mask if your not going to cover your nose! Every time, so gross...

I use the motorized cart. Sometimes you can get one if you shop at off peak times. As far as the store in general goes they are stocked very well. For a smaller King Soopers goes. I find that there are bargains to be found in produce, bread and deserts. Certain times of the week you can come up with deals on eggs and dairy as well. This is all besides their regular sales. The employees are ver uh friendly and it is easy to find help if needed. The pharmacy is full of very nice people and they will find you the best price on your medication if it is not in your insurance formulary. The only reason I give this store a 4 of 5 stars is it is a smaller store and you wont always find exactly what you will in a larger store. But for a smaller store it is pretty well stocked and the space is utilized to its limit. I do recomend this store, I do all my shopping at this location except for maybe 2 times per month.

Its easy to get into and out of, plenty of front end help any time of the day, and the personnel are friendly and helpful.

Recently renovated in the past couple of years. The store has been around since before I moved to Colorado in the mid 1990s. Back then it definitely needed some dire renovating. Honestly, the store is kind of small but not as small as the Lafayette branch. The flow of traffic inside the store could have used some better thought when they were renovating as the lanes and choke points are very obvious when its busy. The self service lanes need to be opened more. The lane with larger bagging areas is almost always closed off for some reason so you have to wait longer for the smaller ones.The brands and products they offer are priced reasonably for the size of King Soopers and their parent company. They cant always or dont always beat WalMart but thats to be expected. Id rather shop at King Soopers than WalMart because at least King Soopers doesnt discriminate against same sex marriage.The Kroger brands are a hit or a miss. Dont buy too many of them unless youve tried them and know theyre good for the money. The Kroger brands are usually cheaper but not always worth it so take caution when buying them before you buy them in bulk. The app for the coupons and sale items could use a lot of work because youll spend half the time searching their app for sale items and coupons and half the time trying to find them int he store. Eventually you get used to where things are but the placement of some of their items is quite a ways away from where similar products are shelved.They need a better system to restock their shelves because the store is not only very busy but the good items are usually almost gone by the time the staff gets to restocking the shelves.They need more places to store their carts in the parking lot to be honest. Half of the parking doesnt even have close access to leave your cart so some carts are just left in a parking spot or near an island.

First Time Back!I havent shopped at this particular King Soopers since 1998! After moving to Colorado from Chicago, I became familiar with Albertsons, Safeway and King Soopers. I wouldnt even give them a star due to a very rude employee named Hailey andresen she used very fowl lanuguage after being confronted about trying to sell drugs to my 16 daughtet on the property I dont know why they have people like that working there! I live right by here but will travel to boulder from now on this young lady should be fired! Arent your employees drug tested!?

This kings still Boulder county... Ick. They apparently have time limits on customer parking. Particularly the spots that are shaded. Was literally parked for 30 minutes one morning meeting my daughter for breakfast. Wasnt long before 2 cops were all over my arrival. They circled around my parked vehicle several times like hungry sharks and then drove away. No contact made. Hmmmm, seems to me like the fuzz act as if theres an issue if theres no issues?Weird. I was followed around the store until check out and then the worker pretty muc hovered over me until I payed. No, I dont have a history of theft here or elsewhere. Being profiled is a drag...Theres more welcoming stores around.
