I live right by this location and shop here, at least twice a week. Sometimes carts are rare, the shelves need to be restocked or there’s a line at the self scan. Either way I’m good with all of that. It’s a very popular location. But tonight takes the cake. I stood in the self checkout line for about 10 minutes and as I came up to be the next person in line, a Kroger employee asked me if they could cut in front of me. Now me personally, I don’t care, I will let somebody cut in front of me any time but I did have roughly 12 people behind me. As the Kroger employee went up to scan before me because like I said I let them, there were a couple groans behind me as this happened.

That far the biggest Kroger I frequent. They even have a small section of clothes and shoes. Wide variety of wide variety of seasonal and HomeGoods as.

You can have the best sushi located in this Kroger. So amazing 👏😍

The last two time I got sauce in a jar I noticed it had been already opened. First time was alfredo sauce by delivery. I waited a few days before I used it but when I went to open it, there was no *pop* sound and it smelled sour. Then today my husband got cheese dip from the chip aisle and when he opened it there was no *pop* sound either. It smelled fine but I advised him to throw it out. I dont know if employees are randomly doing it or someone who is coming in the store. The alfredo sauce was Kroger brand but the cheese sauce was not.

Seems to be out of stock on many items. Limited selections. Did online order Thursday for about 114.00 and received about 4 bags of groceries. Making a 43.00 purchase. No subs offered except for 3 / 12 packs of diet pepsi for Diet Cherry. I thought this was supposed to be a super store?

On a Friday morning, they have 3 cashier lines open that are all backed up, halfway down the aisle but yet Ive seen plenty of employees congregating in the aisles, just laughing and having a good time. I literally have 5 items and have been in line 10 min so far and Im still a quarter way down the aisle by the beer. Just ridiculous. Its Friday and they should do way better than this. I cant go thru the self scan cause its an insta cart order besides the fact that I dont get paid to scan/bag my own stuff, thats what they are getting paid to do.

Its very aggravating to have a grocery store as reputable and widely known as Kroger to have the wrong hours posted online. Youre a multi-billion dollar corporation, POST THE CORRECT HOURS. This particular Kroger, has TERRIBLE parking, is always busy, and the hours listed online are wrong (its not difficult to update it. Its probably easier than posting an employee at the entrance to tell everyone that shows up that they open at 7 and have been doing it since the beginning of the pandemic - as if youre late to the memo and you shouldve known better. ) Im gladly taking my business elsewhere and dont plan to be back at any Kroger owned grocery stores unless its absolutely needed!

Good variety to choose from on most items. A must stop here type place for dinner items

Food always molds as soon as I get home and I never complain and the one time I call they tell me to keep the moldy food and bring it back in.? 🤣🤣Im not keeping mold in my fridge and I threw it away before i even called as soon as I saw it. Why should I have to go through the most because they cant sell decent food and make another trip instead of reimbursing me or replacing it on my next shopping trip.. THEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS SMARTALECK. WOW CAN YOU SAY ALDIS. WALMART LOL AND I BEEN SHOPPING AT KROGER MY ENTIRE LIFE. THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REP LOST ME. IM GOOD. GOOD RIDDENS.✌🏾🤮 not to mention not opening on time and having me stand outside 8 months pregnant until they decided to opem the doors. Ridiculous

This Kroger is always packed, parking lot is always full, they advertise the wrong times. It’s just a horrible location.

Went out to get gas. Good customer service. Fast and speedy. Pump was in functioning order and as I said, fast fill up

I have noticed this is the second location which has an associate in the parking lot assisting customers as well as making sure the lots stays clean. Is this a new process? I love the idea because it creates additional jobs (for those who want to work). It keeps the area pleasant (some people just dont care). And it definitely creates a positive atmosphere during hard times.Thank you Kroger and its associates.🎉

Do not do their click list. The whole point is to save time by not having to go inside and shop. Then they call and tell you to come later because they are behind. Okay cool. Show up when they asked you to and still wait for over an hour for your groceries. It’s literally faster to just go in and do it. Great service when done correctly. Has multiple things missing from the click list and went in the store and found all of them. So frustrating.

Had to give 1 star because zero was not an option little clinic is horrible no consideration for your time.made covic shot appointments for 20 people at the same time.took 35 minutes to just sign in. Stay away they dont Care

Went to get a flower bouquet and experienced amazing customer service from two staff members in the floral department. They went above and beyond to help me with my purchase.

There shelves are never filled. They blame the covid but they have been like that for years. This last time there couldnt believe we got up there fast.

I dont have any complaints about the store itself and if needed, most of the associates I have ran across have been pleasant or helpful to my needs. My bank is also inside this store which is always the first thing I do any time I enter this store but by the time i leave i am furious at how im treated like some theif! Ive worked in retail so, I understand there is a job to be done but what i dont understand is why it cant be done so aggressively, while still being respectful. I am followed from several employees from beginning until end no matter what. This has went on for months even with me spending atleast $100 or more two or three times a week and they never caught me stealing anything nor will they ever because fortunately for them I am not a theif! It really is quite ridiculous and Im sure I am not the only one!

This is my favorite Kroger in Louisville. The meat and cheese selection is great! They have a new DIY stir fry station as well as a salad and sushi bar! The produce is always fresh and the staff are friendly. This Kroger also has a Starbucks inside which is a big plus. Love this place; it makes grocery shopping such a fun adventure.

This Kroger has one if not the best Deli in town. The people are cool, nice and the food is fresh.

I found a great deal on steaks tonight. They were delicious. Friendly staff. When i inquired about products I was shopping for, the employee walked me to the correct location. This happened twice in the same shopping experience.Good prices and I love the digital coupons. I just add them to my loyalty card and avoid all the clipping and keeping up with the coupons.

The pharmacists are rude here, and they also lack discretion. Its unfortunate.

Went to the Kroger wine and spirits to get a four-pack of Sutter home wines to go and there were none in the cooler! They were all on the shelf! If someone is coming to get those four packs more than likely they want them cold 🙄

Having retired from Kroger after 25 years, I am delighted to see the awesome changes that are happening there! It is definitely becoming a one stop shopping experience! I, for one, love it and I feel fortunate to be one of the lucky people that lives close to it and can do all my shopping there! I might even try their new order pick up service that they have started! Ive been a Kroger shopper for many years and will continue to be one for many years to come!

This store is spacious but not overwhelming. They usually have everything I need in stock, and self checkout is quick. My son loves the car carts and free fruit! (I havent told him about the free cookies...)

Always great place for shopping

The store being new is a success for myself. Fresh fruits and veg are greatly improved. Of course Kroger is known for their dedication to ensuring quality products for value and most of the employees rate an A+ for service.

Product availability is generally on the money and the front end service is usually decent. The only reason I do not score this place a 5 star rating is because its difficult to navigate the store on any given day and time due to displays cramming up the aisles (especially the middle aisle) and other features such as the promotional tastings. The parking lot is even more hard to navigate. I understand the need for the displays and tastings but I love to have room to move as well. Other than the parking lot and cramped shopping space, a fine store to shop for provisions.

I love this Kroger. My advice is to avoid it at all cost on Sundays. It is a mad house. We have found that any other day is just fine. We especially like the guys in the meat department they go out of their way to make everything PERFECT!!

The store is alright.I would advise anyone who has never shopped there before to wear a good pair of walking shoes.To me its 3 stores in one. Grocery, clothing, and furniture on a small scale. All in all I wish them success.

I always enjoy my shopping trips to Kroger. I find everything I need for a decent bargain and they have some of the freshest produce aside from health food stores such as Whole Foods and Trader Joes.

Nice store. Havent been to this one before, and its huge! Fortunately, I used the Kroger app, and changed the store setting to that store, instead of my home store, and my list adjusted automatically. I was able to breeze through the store!

Its a HUGE Kroger! They have everything to clothes, things for the kitchen, and Hibachi Foods like sushi etc (which samples are 5.00 every Wednesday since sushi on regular days are very pricey but very delicious). The bakery is very empty though😐 Over all a great store with helpful staff (All the lanes are always open😂)

The HR Manager Linda is terrible. Shes not organized and seems like shes always trailing behind. My advice is to hire a new hiring manager. Linda seems like she doesnt take her job seriously. Not everyone should be HR.

My favorite Kroger! Lots of good food and always something new to find. Easy to get in and out of and usually plenty of cashiers!

Very huge, so much more than just groceries. Get fresh food and a variety of quality sushi. This is the best place to shop in the Dixie highway area. We love it!

Decently clean and easy to navigate this store is great for quick stops. Although its not very handicap accessible. Sharp corners a few random abandoned carts. But otherwise is a great place to shop.

The different kinds of fresh bread then theres all of those wonderful cheeses that they have and plenty of Boars Head products. I like all the different type of clothing that they have their and shoes a store that you must see I love hanging out in the store

Super nice! Basically like a super Wal-Mart, they have a little bit of everything including clothes, house wares and a large pharmacy. Always clean and organized when I go and always stocked with sale items. Great move combining the two yucky stores into 1. Best Kroger on Dixie

This Kroger is Awesome! It is a huge market with a food court and clothing and shoes. it has a HUGE beauty section. I will drive to this one even though I have a Kroger a little closer to me just so I can have Starbucks while I shop. Love!

I LOVE the new Krogers! I have bought a few clothing items for myself; the selection is unique and they are always running sales. The food selection is plentiful, my son loves the sushi options and I have tried so many new foods with the cheese selections and anti pasta station. The employees and very pleasant and always available to help.

Its clean, full of amazing products, the employees are very helpful. I love the cheese shop and fresh bread. It is however, much too big, I spend forever trying to find the things I need. I generally go to a smaller store for most of my shopping because it takes too long to shop here

This Kroger store is so large I dont like having to walk so far to pick up a few items. I prefer the store at Terry lane. At least today they had several check out lanes open.

This place is amazingly clean and the service is out of this world. They have everything from home-cooked style food to Sushi and their selection of groceries are larger than the average Kroger. The employees at the cheese Center are so much fun theyll let you try all kinds of varieties of food. And Tim at the cheese Center is a really great guy

Really great grocery store, very helpful and friendly employees. They have a great selection and its very clean. I dont like the parking lot setup. The registers lines are quite slow. Luckily I dont mind bagging my own groceries because they have a self checkout that I use to get out quicker.

Jessica the Deli Manager went above and beyond the call to help me this morning. The cashier CHEC 511 engaged me in pleasant conversation while someone else did a price check for me. The lady in the Wine and Spirits store was happy and helpful. A great way to shop!

I love this store... They have nearly everything.... Even health food store items... The only thing I dont like is their selection of basic produce(I like variety myself)

They tend to have items in stock and have the pretty-decent selection Kroger is known for. It’s irritating that the closing hours online and on the store signage are incorrect, especially for such a 3rd shift dense town (Ford, GE, UPS etc.). They close at midnight FYI! They’ve never had smaller carts or baskets available, no matter the time of day I go.

I am disabled when I got there got in the store they had 5 motorized wheelchairs and there was another gentleman he was handicapped could barely walk and all five of the chairs or dead they had not been charged my lady friend went out in the parking lot and found me a wheelchair however the other gentleman he left I asked to talk to a manager and the lady told me that the manager was in a meeting and couldnt come until later wanted to buy my lady some tulips but they couldnt get them uncrated so I talk to a manager finally he wasnt very helpful he said well theyre all charged at 1 when we close so hot lady friend and I left we didnt shop we went to the Kroger by 265 and we found everything we wanted there and my chair went dead on me the manager went and got another one at the other end of the store that was fully charged will never go back to the other Kroger store again up there will do all my shopping at Kroger there by 265

It has everything. Everything! Meat department is great, as-is deli. The beer selection is off the hook. On premises liquor store clothes and the crew is superb and store is clean. Go there!

Large selection of items. Parking is a premium as they do such great business. The people are friendly and will help you in any way possible. Plenty of carts for handicapped people.

I really like the way this store is laid out. My only complaint I have is when the have a sale on certain things in produce, they usually run out fairly quickly. If Im not there early in the day, I can rarely find any strawberries, if they are on sale.

The selections are good, fresh produce & the variety of items for healthy living are great. My complaint concerns the customer service desk & their lack of professionalism. At 3pm on this particular Saturday, the young girls were more interested into talking to their friends/relatives, allowing them to cut the line & begging for barbecue. Im sure out of all of the employees working at that time they should put people back there with a better work ethic & respect for the customers reflecting all of these new commercials Krogers promoting.

Kroger was busy but well stocked. Employees were friendly, especially the lady in fresh seafood, who went out of her way to help with the cod filets..very pleasant experience.

The deli at this store is Amazing. So many choices. Definitely not like any other Kroger near me. Everything is well organized and staff is friendly.

No pre-packaged chicken salad or potato salad so you can go to the deli and pay more except no one working at the deli. Largest Kroger in Ky! Wont go there again

Hate this Kroger. Only have one line open. So your forced to use self scan line. Difficult for me as am disabled. Some items would not scan. No one there to monitor. All were out front door. Guess they were on break. I just grabbed my purse and left my full cart there.

All Krogers are great stores, Im pretty Parshall to Kroger, they built a supper store about 400 yards from my mailbox and the property value doubled. Parking just like all the best places can be a challenge .pick a morning to shop and shop with a fresh cup of coffee. Relax this is Louisville, and Kroger has a store that is fairly close buy. The gas points plus the Kroger card discounts allow me to barely get buy, but I do. Thanks to the good lord and the Kroger gang. Merry Christmas Lou a ville. O yea Mr.Hines checking out🤓🤓

Overall, Im pleased with the new Kroger; however the produce dept is seriously lacking. I have been a loyal Kroger shopper for years and would like to remain so; however Im really tired of having to shop two stores in order to get produce that isnt already way past its prime. For instance, if I bought the slim pickings of avacodos available today they would have had to have been eaten today and still wouldve been over ripe. There were several bins of veggies empty such as radishes. It doesnt seem to be getting any better.

I really appreciate being greeted by an associate nearly every time I visit. You gotta try the delicious meat samples prepared by Stephon E in the meat department. Yum!

They need to hire more help for their Click List pickup department. I had ordered my groceries online had made it there 1/2hr before my reserved time was up, had to wait over an hour to get my groceries. I might as well did the shopping myself.

This was one of the cleanest bathrooms Ive seen and any business. Its easy access in and out of the parking lot, plenty of selections health food and many other items.

First time really walking through this Kroger. I was impressed with it. Sushi Bar, Ready Meals for home, Starbucks, Cheese Shop, they even sold clothes there. Like a Wal-Mart with specialty shops.

Not a single employee spoke to me. Not only that, they stood in my way multiple times and didnt apologise or say excuse me. I was also followed by who I assume was loss prevention my entire visit. Several people watching my friend and i.

My first 2 experiences were good but the last 3 have been horrible. Each time waiting more than 1 to 3 hours longer for my groceries. Today they gave groceries to someone else. Good concept if they can get it right.

Two black women come to the Deli counter for some cheese and the two white ladies behind the counter persist in wiping down two cutting machines at the same time while conversing with one another and allow the elderly black lady to wait. She then persist to walk off after waiting somewhat patiently. Then the one lady who was cleaning up her machine decides to show some customer service and say Miss can I help you. Too late we will go down to Meijer where customer service is A one no matter your color.

Its a nice Kroger there are always people hanging around the parking lot asking for money though... Other than that its a well kept store. Always has kept shelves stocked.

Kroger is taking over the world! Seriously, I like the variety of the veggies. I like that they have cut up veggies. I can get a tub and use a couple spoons in my morning omelette. Very handy. I dont like how huge the place is. Sometimes I have to walk the length of the store looking for things I never find. Maybe a digital map where I could search for isle numbers and maybe a picture of the product would work?

I found everything I needed with the help of a kind worker. A produce worker showed me where the beets were and got carrots for me because there were no more one lb. packages. Checkout clerk and bagger smiles and polite. Warm and friendly experience.

I love Kroger. The benefits you get from there you cant beat but the parking lot is ridiculous! Gettn out the parking is a issue too. I would recommend putting new lines at the exit so some morans know how to exit to Dixie hwy.

The store is great but your male employees are not. I walk in. And I understand that I was wearing shorts, but I am shopping with my family, my mother, and getting catcalled and harassed by your employees. It makes me feel uncomfortable to shop and I am sure thats not what your store police consists of.
