I just left this store, and I couldn’t have had a better experience! Kelly, the district manager, Edgar, and a young man in glasses (should have got his name) made my wait pleasant since background checks take a minute for guns. I’ve read the reviews that were extremely negative on this store. The employees I dealt with in the past who were awfully rude are no longer there. I’ve been there 2 days in a row and both days I left with a smile. Couldn’t say that 2 years ago. Everyone has their days. They have guidelines to abide by in giving loans for items. Pawn stars makes it look glamorous and it’s very tedious. My personal experience with them was very good. Thank you all for being helpful and friendly. I wasn’t made to feel any type of bad way here today. Thanks, guys!!!

The gentleman was very helpful with purchasing a firearm. The woman who checks the paperwork has no sense of customer service. Explains the poor Google reviews. Definitely will not return. I would rather pay a few dollars more than be made to wait while they socialize

I bought and pawned here. They gave me Im more than fair amount when pawning. However you must check your receipts because when I bought items that were listed for a certain price in their sales. Once I got home I realized on my ticket they charged me $7 more and that was by the manager Kelly. Otherwise it was good deals.

Bought ear rings for my girlfriend for Christmas and she wore them for a day and a half ears turned black!! Said they were gold but they lied and I asked for a refund after 3 days of purchase and told me all jewelry sales were final. No signs saying anything to that posted up anywhere in the store!! So don’t buy anything from this place!! They will screw you with a smile!! Never again will I ever step into any of there stores!!

My experience with SharpMart was not a pleasant one. I was the only person waiting for someone to assist me with after10 minutes I asked someone for help. He walked away. Three managers walked out of the back room and stood right in front of me. When two employees walked up and began assisting others who were standing behind me. On top of that they had just walked into the establishment. I was forced to wait another 15 minutes before I was finally able to get assistance from someone.

This place should be shutdown, they are very experienced con artist. Who are extremely kind when they are taking your stuff. They over charged me by $200 and there is nothing you can do about it. Someone needs to run an undercover operation here. If you are going here record everything and keep your receipts because they are going to take every opertunity to rip you off.

Avoid. I got continuously hit on by a particular employee over the course of my lay away. (He asked me out more than once via text, knowing i was vulnerable/misplaced due to the pandemic. He had no permission to use my info for personal reasons) Cant pay over the phone or online. The employees that were not trying to have intercourse with me were very dull, misleading, rude regarding store policy. You can always tell when a place panders to minorities and pays low wages to employees. Sad bunch of folx there.

I just want to say It was slow but the employees were nice and helped me once I got to counter. I feel some of the workers I saw walking around did not say hello or no smiles on their faces it is a nice place though with lots of items. Smile more and be more friendly thank you

The worst pawnshop Ive ever been to have no social skills leaves people waiting with no one in line completely rude high on drugs and completely unprofessional they acted extremely upset when I came to pick up my motor bike and decided to keep my ID then to shred it its all I can give me as much difficult time as I possibly could I would not recommend this place to anybody across the street would be a better place even on the corner at least I got some common courtesy to be able to talk to somebody I have some idea of the products that theyre selling

This is a great location I have purchased several guns from there and have pawn my personal gun a few times the staff is always friendly and ready to help and their gun prices are awesome

Well where do I start. I called in the day before forfeit of my items and get the ok to come in the following Friday. I come in and all the items are on the floor for sale. Not only that they did not even keep the attachments or accessories together. Nor did the female manager keep her word. I was told it was all about crunching numbers. Well crunch my business that you will no longer receive. Horrible customer service. Also, they have no integrity and are low ballers. STAY AWAY from Sharp Mart. Would not recommend.

This place should be SHUT DOWN....I will be submitting a complaint with the states attorneys office regarding the business practices of this business....If youre looking for the original SHARP MART, THIS IS NOT IT ANYMORE....It is being run by crackheads....

I went there yesterday with 4 gold rings! They were gonna Give me 116.00 for all 4!!! The guy was nice, but they give you absolute minimum!!!I kept 3 of them, n sold other for 70.00! It was slow, waited forever, and staff wasnt smiling or friendly at all!! I wont be back!

I had a great experience, as well as help buying my first firearm.I was directed to the exact piece I needed and a good deal. I got case, locks, and 2 extra mags. I would recommend them for anything from jewelry, to firearms, to quality power tools and plenty T.V.s A+++

I was helped by David and Jonas. I did not intend to buy more than one item. However, I was able to test and look up the value of the items I needed. I will go there first before I ever go to Craigslist. Awesome value and quick service. This is the place to go if you are buying and need construction equipment. It is worth you while to come there at least 2 times a month.

Every time I go there the Customer Service is excellent. Store Manager Simon is second to none. Ivey in the gun department is top shelf. I recommend it to a lot of people

Went to pawn ps3 and controller plus headphones, plus the pads and games for the skylander Disney..offered a super lowball offer even after I explained the my pawn ratio was 100..the two employees couldnt have been more rude, disrespectful and flat out leaving me a viticm of prejudice..I asked for the manager more than once until I was finally told the manager had left all of a sudden. I understand how the business is supposed to work I believe and when a loyal customer comes to do buisness that part of getting the best pawn rates is to pay off your pawns and collect your things back, thus the pawnshop knows that he is likely repeat..this maybe the best offer and money..very disappointed..when I get this item out..will NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE EVER AGAIN!!

I feel horrible for the employees at Sharpmart. I went there shopping for a tv and almost needed an inhaler due to the heat. I was only in there to shop so I couldnt imagine what its like to work there! Maybe the employees would smile a little more if their working conditions were acceptable. I dont like to need a shower after leaving a store I decided to try a different place.

Typical thief. We pawned something and they put it in as it was being sold. $300 tool set that was new being sold for $40.00 then said they’d sell it back to me. Check your paperwork or they will screw you over. Manager that done it was Enzinga. Never shop at sharp art!

The place has been run into the ground by inept managers. It used to be pretty good place and now not so much. The people who come in expect $100 for a $10 item and throw a temper tantrum and threaten violence and death. The drug dealer hangs out down by the old Pep Boys for addicts to bring him money. It is very unsafe unless you are armed to go in there. Not one bit if security is there. They only had about a third of the new guns they used to have. The police has access to all pawn shops pawn records, description, picture and licenses. They arent Informing on you to the police if you are a thief like one other person said in their reviews. If you are a thief stop stealing idiots! Market manager and First Cash the parent company was made aware but do nothing to fix anything. The top workers are now gone leaving a skeleton crew of unhappy, overworked and abused people. Two managers went on vacation leaving the third Dave in charge for more the ten days in a row. Monte the market manager probably didnt help out once. You dont mistreat people they ways I saw.

The staff is absolutely uneducated in every department. They are rude and dont want to help anyone at all. The junk here is usually always broken in some way and they charge twice retail price. I dont understand how this place is a business. Worst pawn Ive been too in KY. The building is somewhat clean.....only positive. All the current employees there are just clowns. RipOff Kings 2.) Police Informants and those two things right there is enough for me and everyone i know to no longer do any kind of business with these people any longer Since we found out about them and confirmed that the things we found out were ALL TRUE, No Doubt at all...100percent certain Take our word for it or find out for yourself. I just want to give everyone a heads up because i do Not have any respect or care for people of this sort at all and in fact i truely believe these type of people are one of the lowest lifeforms there is on the face of the earth and to put it even more simple il just end in saying that i think that they are very bad bad people -imo- So i think the pubilc should be informed if at all possible so thats just what i am doing. So take the Info. for what its worth and do with it what you will, just please know that it is true and if you have doubt but do care then just take a little time and effort to look into it yourself and it wont take much to find out the truth on your own.
