I went in today to try and adjust the hearing quality. I’ve had mine about 20 months. After arriving home, everything sounded like talking through tin. The technician also did not repair my hearing aids with my phone or with my television transmitter. I can’t get an appointment for three days and can’t stand to have them on. They need to set aside an hour each day for emergencies. I’m disappointed in the customer service.

Excellent product. I purchased the Kirkland brand of hearing aids and they are the best I have had so far. I have had 2 other types, one set was external and the other fit inside the ear. They were both good brands but these have both of them beat. They can be adjusted on the aids themselves or with my cell phone!! The cost is almost half the previous hearing aids I purchased. Great customer service and the most comprehensive hearing test I have had to include the ENT office. Highly recommend!!
