Good care. Had a problem the day of. But they called me to get feedback and we felt mostly heard.
This is a very caring and involved place, that cares very much for the people in which they serve.
Great place for hearing impaired child
Nice people. They were able to work with my son who hates his ears touched. He left a happy kid, singing and playful. We left as thrilled parents. The way they handled my son was compassionate, caring and attentive to his sensitivities. They were thorough and even notified us he may have a latex allergy (that was a shock to us but she saw the signs and even the hives). They were just simply amazing to work with.
I brought my twins in today to check hearing for a speech delay. I cant brag enough about the ladies in Little Ears. We had a couple tears and one that wanted to talk and talk (go figure?!) They were so patient and had tricks up their sleeves to help. It felt like we were a team. Absolutely amazing!
They were great with my 1 year old ! I loved the people an service
Fast, clean, & professional environment . They handeled my 5 year old with so much charisma and patience. The process was quick they told me the results right there and they send me the evaluation paperwork within a week via mail.
