Lillian and I had an excellent experience with Dr. Meg. She is very professional, thorough and competent. Lillian has had a long-standing relationship with Dr. Meg, who has never let us down. She donates her time and expertise, coming to Balfour to see making sure that Lil’s hearing is always improving and her hearing aids are functioning as they should. FIVE STARS to her!!!!!

While vacationing in CO one of my hearing aides quit working. I was able to make an appointment with Dr. Meg Cates in a short amount of time. She checked over both hearing aides, fine tuned the aid that was still working and advised me that the other aid was not repairable. She told me how to go about making an appointment for a hearing test when I returned to my home city which met insurance requirements. I appreciated the quick service I received and was able to enjoy the remainder of our time in CO.

I have had the good fortune to come across Dr. Cates several years ago. She earned my trust. The services she provides are top-notch, always provided professionally, and with an eye towards what is best for me. She does not up-sell, but focuses upon - and explains why - what will best address my hearing problems in forming her recommendation(s). She is receptive to my questions (and I ask a lot), and I have not had any moment where I believed or it seemed as if she was blowing smoke.

Meg Cates just tested my hearing, adjusted my hearing aids, and made several practical suggestions to improve my hearing in social situations such as restaurants. She was very thorough, technically savvy, and focused on making good recommendations. I plan to see her for my future hearing issues.

Dr. Meg has handled me very well. When I had a small technical issue with one of the hearing aids, she promptly and quickly repaired it. In the past she has also given me recommendations for add-ons that make my hearing aids better for listening to the television and for connecting to my iMac.

I have been going to Hearing solutions for years and since Dr. Meg took over my experiences have been terrific. The last time I was in to get a hearing test and when finished with that she tuned my hearing aids better than they have ever been and now I have to turn the volume down on the TV I can hear so well/ I would recommend her to anyone.

My appointment with Dr Meg when super good. I was greeted very welcoming and invited into the service room and immediately was asked how can I help you.From that beginning I felt ready to tell my need for my hearing aids help. With knowledge of my problem with my hearing aids the service started with a good cleaning of them. I put them back into my ears and immediately notice the improvement which acknowledged to the doctor.We then covered preventive way to help me in the future. We then covered features of hearing aids I was not aware of which will benefit in my near future. I have been a patient at Hearing Solutions for several years. I must admit when Chris and Buddy retired from their practice I was unsure as to what I would do. Dr. Meg put all my concerns to rest. She is very caring and listens intently. Not only does she listen, she hears my concerns about my special needs hearing loss and acts on them. Dr. Meg not only fit me with a new and great pair of hearing aids but also introduced me to an option of being able to plug into my tv, computer and or tablet. I am disappointed with a recent situation with Hearing Solutions. I was called three days ago to schedule an appointment. They said they could get us in today so I made the appointment. I never received any confirmation of the appointment, but I didn’t think anything of it since I blocked out the time on my calendar. Unfortunately, I discovered it was NOT the same place I thought I was going to. I showed up at Flatirons Audiology ( who are wonderful) and discovered my mistake. I called when I realized what happened and apologized to Hearing Solutions and cancelled the appointments with them. Dr. Meg called me back about 15 minutes later and I explained to her what happened and again apologized for my honest mistake. However, she told me I would have to still pay the cancellation fee. I agreed, but I still think that as a courtesy or good will gesture that she would have been more understanding. Is this really the best way to treat customers or grow your practice? It is what it is and again I gave her the credit card to pay immediately, since I believe what comes around goes around.

Dr Meg and her staff were terrific. She thoroughly explained my audiogram and went over several hearing aid recommendations in great detail. I highly recommend Hearing Solutions.

Meg knows her hearing aids and was instrumental in sending out my bum Phonak aid for repairs. She also sent the new (to me) set of Oticon hearing aids to the mfg. (because she discovered theyre still under warranty) to be checked out before she sets them up for my specific hearing loss. I highly recommend Meg Cates for any Hearing Solutions you may require.

I believe I get a couple of years of free upkeep visits, which is so smart, because it takes a while to learn everything about wearing hearing aids - you come up with questions you never could have asked on day #1. Dr. Meg actually enjoys keeping your ears & hearing aids clean & functioning at 100%. I feel so lucky that she is in my own hometown, downtown where I love to go anyway. Getting my good hearing back has been nothing but a pleasure.

Since they have changed the Dr. The new one, Dr. Meg doesnt care about the patients, only about her money. I cant pay $20-$50.00 each time. Now I have no one to take care of my hearing aids. Really nice Dr. Meg!!!!
