Ordered a customized portfolio from company on Jan 2nd. They didn’t confirm order until Jan 14. Was charged $212. Attempted to call numerous times but went straight to voicemail. Left message but no response. Emailed multiple times but have not responded to any emails. A friend living in Louisville tried to find them from their listed address..not accurate as they moved. When he did find them during normal operating hours they were closed and looked half abandoned. This was supposed to be a gift for a person serving overseas from his personnel l. Thanking him for everything he did at the command. But now won’t get it. Way to go Louisville Hiding and Co. Your business model is solid.

I ordered a custom portfolio on Black Friday for my brother. This company sent me a confirmation number but I’ve left several voicemails, emails, social media messages and social media comments (which they are quick to delete) basically can’t get a hold of them and I’m out $90 this place is fake or a scam. The irony the gift is for my brother who is a cop

Its really sad, they have beautiful products but their customer service is non-existent. They have not responded to phone calls or messages on social media. I hate to say you folks lost out on a large number of sales.

I would give zero stars if I could. I made an online purchase on December 2nd for a Christmas gift. I sent two emails and left a voicemail wondering where my package was and never got a message in return. I am now out on the money from the purchase and my husband does not have a Christmas gift.
