Just finished purchasing a new bed set and Dave is wonderful!! We found exactly what I was looking for and it was the most pleasant bed shopping I have ever done. I highly recommend BoxDrop Mattress and Furniture in Louisville.Caveat- you do need to make an appointment, it’s a mom and pop operation, but I loved not being interrupted every few minutes as at other stores.

Not only are the mattresses awesome, the customer service for this business is beyond amazing. Their delivery men were running behind with a hectic schedule on a Saturday, but when the owners found out I had a certain time frame I could have the mattress delivered before I would no longer be home, and the delivery guys would not be able to meet that need, the owners PERSONALLY delivered my mattress to ensure my needs were met. Absolutely best way to run a business and guarantee repeat customers!
